IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Please read the instructions carefully and completely before using the appliance.

 Before plugging into a socket, check whether your voltage corresponds to the rating label

of the appliance.

 Always disconnect the blender from the supply, if it is left unattended and before assembling,

disassembling and cleaning.

 Don’t plug the appliance into the power supply until it is fully assembled and always unplug

before disassembling the appliance or handle the blade.

 Don’t let the motor unit, cord or plug get wet.

 Never use a damaged appliance. If it has been damaged, please get it to approved service

center for check or repair.

 If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by approved service center.

 Don’t let excess cord hang over the edge of the table or worktop or touch hot surface.

 The blades are very sharp!

 Never place blender foot on hot surfaces or use in very hot food. Leave the hot food to cool

down to 80°C or less before processing with the blender.

 The appliance is constructed to process normal household quantities.

 Neither the measuring beaker, nor the chopping bowl is microwave proof.

 Short-time operating. Use the appliance for no longer than 1 minute, and don’t operate hard

food for longer than 15 seconds.

 This appliance should not be used by children and care should be taken, when used near

children.

 Switch off the appliance and disconnected from supply before changing accessories or

approaching parts, which move in use.

 Clean the hand blender with dry cloth.

 The user should follow instructions, stated in this manual, for the details on how to clean

surfaces in contact with food and the operating times and speed for accessories.

 Do not misuse the hand blender. Care shall be taken, when handling the sharp cutting

blades, emptying the bowl and during cleaning.

 This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,

sensory, or mental capacities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for

their safety.

HOW TO USE THE HAND BLENDER

The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing

dips, sauces, soups, mayonnaise and baby food, as

well as for mixing milkshakes.

1. Insert the blender stick onto the motor unit, until

it locks.

2. Introduce the hand blender into the vessel. Then

press the On switch.

3. Unplug, then press the ejection button to remove

the blender stick after use. You can use the hand

blender in the measuring beaker and just as well in

any other vessel.

CAUTION: The blade is very sharp!

Maximum weight of foodstuffs for preparing at once

should not exceed 500 g (no meat).

Blade Slicing: grating potatoes for dauphinoise, carrots,

cucumbers, etc.

Blade Grating: grated carrots, celery.

1. Slide the blade «S» into the blade –holder disc, place the

spindle drive onto the spindle in the middle of the bowl, then

the blade –holder disc onto the spindle drive , and then the

blender lid adaptor on the lid.

2. Position and lock the lid.

3. Put the motor unit in place on the adaptor then start the

appliance.

4. Put the foodstuffs into the feeder tube and guide them

HOW TO USE THE SLICING/GRATING CHOPPER

Chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping

meat, cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts,

almonds, prunes etc.

Don’t chop extremely hard food, such as ice cubes, nutmeg,

coffee beans and grains.

1. Carefully place the blade onto the central spindle in the

bowl, holding it by the plastic part. Caution: the blade is

very sharp! Always hold it by the upper plastic part.

2. 

3. Place the blade on the center pin of the chopper bowl.

Press down the blade and lock bowl. Always place the

chopper bowl on the anti-slip base.

4. Place the food in the chopper bowl.

5. Place the chopping bowl lid on the chopper bowl.

6. Turn the motor unit on the chopping bowl lid until it locks.

7. Choose switch to operate the chopper. During processing,

hold the motor unit with on hand and the chopper bowl the

other.

8. After use, turn the motor unit off the chopping bowl lid.

HOW TO USE THE S-BLADE

ENGLISH

Use the whisk only for whipping cream, beating egg whites

and mixing sponges and ready-mix desserts.

1. Insert the whisk into the whisk holder, then slot the gear

box onto the motor unit until it locks.

2. Place the whisk in a vessel and only then press the On

switch to operate it.

3. Unplug the appliance, then press the ejection button to

remove the gear box after use.

4. Pull the whisk out of the gear box.

CLEANING

Clean the motor unit and chopping bowl lid with a damp cloth only.

CAUTION: Do not immerse the motor unit in water!

 All other parts can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, after

processing very salty food, you should rinse the blades right away.

 

 When processing food with color, the plastic parts of the appliance

may become discolored. Wipe these parts with vegetable oil before

placing them in the dishwasher.
