PROPER USAGE AND GENERAL INFORMATION

Cordless Multifunctional Tool (hereinafter «machine», «tool») is designed to perform cutting, grinding, stripping

and other operations with blanks and structures from almost any material depending on the type of special

tooling used.

The tool is designed for usage at environment temperature from 0 °С to 40 °С, relative humidity not more

than 80% and absence of direct exposure of atmospheric condensation and excessive air dustiness.

The machine is suitable only for private use and must be used in intermittent duty not more than 20 hours

per month. It is recommended to use on-loading not more than a nominal, during 10-15 minutes and then to have

a break for 20-30 minutes. This usage mode enables to complete domestic tasks eectively and prevents the tool

from a premature coming out of order.

This manual contains the information and the requirements necessary and sufficient for a sure, effective

and secure use of the tool.

Due to ongoing activities in order to improve the tool the manufacture reserves the right to make minor changes

in its construction, not mentioned in this manual and not worsening its consumer and operational properties,

eective and secure use.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FOR ELECTRIC TOOLS

WARNING!

Before starting work read all safety information and instructions. Failure to obey the information

and instructions can lead to electric shock, re and/or severe injury.

Keep all safety instructions for subsequent use

The term «power tool» refers to your network (with cable) or battery power (wireless) tool in all instructions below.

Workplace safety

a) Keep the workplace clean and provide good light. Bad light or mess at workplace can lead to an accident.

b) Do not use power tools if there is a danger of re or explosion, for example, near ammable liquids, gas or dust.

During work electric tools give up sparks, which can ignite dust or ammable vapors.

c) While working with power tools do not keep close children or other people. A distraction may cause loss

of control over the work.

Electrical safety

a) The cable plug of an electric tool must match a power outlet. Never modify an electrical cable plug. Do not use

connecting adapter plugs, if there is a ground wire in the power cable of the electric tool. Usage of the original

cable plug and a corresponding power outlet reduces the risk of electric shock.

b) While working with electric tool avoid physical contact with grounded objects such as pipelines, radiators,

electric stoves and refrigerators. Electric shock risk increases if your body is grounded.

c) Do not use electric tool in the rain or in a humid environment. Water entering into the electric tool increases

the risk of electric shock.

d) Handle electrical cable with care. Never use the cable for carrying electric tool or pulling his plug out of the re cep-

tacle. Do not expose electrical cable to high temperatures and lubricants; keep it away from sharp edges

and moving parts of the tool. Damaged or entangled cable increases the risk of electric shock.

e) While working with electric tool outdoors use an extension cable intended for outdoor use. Using the cable

suitable for working outdoors reduces the risk of electric shock.

f) While working with electric tool in a humid environment use a power supply equipped with a safety protective

shutdown device. The usage of this device reduces the risk of electric shock.

ATTENTION!

The use of a safety protective shutdown device with current of operation no more than 30 mA

is recommended.

Personal safety

a) While working with electric tools be careful, watch what you do, and use common sense. Do not use electric tool,

if you are tired, as well as being under the inuence of alcohol or drugs lowering the reaction and other remedies.

The slightest negligence may cause serious injury while working with electric tools.

b) While working use personal protective equipment. Always wear safety glasses. Timely use of protective

equipment such as: dust mask, boots with non-slip sole, safety hat or noise protection headphones, signicantly

reduces the risk of injury.

c) Do not allow unintended start. Before plugging in electric tool and/or connecting it to the battery lift or move

it, be sure the switch is in the “off” position. Do not carry electric tool with the trigger switch pressed

and do not plug the electric tool into a power outlet if the switch is set to "on". This may lead to an accident.

d) Before turning on the electric tool remove from it all adjusting keys or spanners. An adjusting key or spanner

left xed on the rotating part of the electric tool can cause severe injury.

e) Work in a steady posture. Always keep your balance and a steady posture. This will allow you not to lose control

when working with electric tool in an unexpected situation.

f) Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry while working. Make sure your hair, clothing or gloves

are at a constant distance from the rotating parts of the tool. Loose clothes, jewelry or long hair can get

into the rotating parts of the tool.

g) If the electric tool is equipped with a dust collection and removal device, make sure this device is properly

connected and used. The use of a dust removal device signicantly reduces the risk of an accident due to a dusty

working space.

Use of electric tools and technical care

a) Do not overload the electric tool. Use your tool for its intended purpose. The electric tool works safe and secure

only if you keep to the parameters specied in its technical specications.

b) Do not use the electric tool if its switch cannot be set to the “on” or “o” position. Electric tool with a broken

switch is dangerous and must be repaired.

c) Unplug the electric tool from the power outlet and/or remove battery before adjusting, replacement of acces-

sories or when storing electric tool. Such precautions reduce the risk of an accidentally turning on of the electric

tool.

d) Store unused electric tools out of the reach of children and do not let persons who are not familiar with electric

tool or these instructions work with electric tools. Electric tools are dangerous in the hands of inexperienced users.

e) Check an electric tool regularly. Check alignment accuracy and ease of movement of moving parts, integrity

of parts and any other elements of the electric tool aecting its work. Do not use a broken electric tool until it is com-

pletely repaired. Most accidents are the result of insucient maintenance of the electric tool.

f) Watch out for sharpness and cleanness of cutting accessories. Sharp-edged accessories allow avoiding jamming

and make work less tiring.

g) Use electric tool and accessories in accordance with this manual and taking into account the working conditions

and nature of future work. Misuse of the electric tool can create a hazardous situation.

Maintenance

Your electric tool must be repaired only by qualied specialists using original spare parts. This will ensure safety

and reliability of your electric tool in further use.

Special safety warnings when working with battery machines

a) Battery charge should be done using the charger specied by the manufacturer (supplied). Charger suitable

for one type of battery may cause re when using a dierent type of battery;

b) Power supply of tools should be carried out only from rechargeable batteries compatible with this model

of machine and recommended by the manufacturer. Using any other batteries may cause damage and re;

с) If the battery is not used keep it separate from the machine and metal objects such as paper clips, coins, keys,

nails, screws, etc. that can accidentally close the contact pins. Short circuit of the contact pins of the battery may

cause burns or re;

d) The machine has an independent power source (battery) and always ready to go. Avoid pressing the switch

accidentally — it may cause injury and other damage;

e) Do not open the battery; there is a danger of a short circuit, which could cause re or explosion;

f) Protect the battery from high temperatures, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and re. There may be an explo-

sion hazard;

g) When performing operations in which the contact of fasteners (twisted screws or screws) with hidden wiring

is possible, hold the machine only on insulated surfaces designed to hold by hand. When they come into contact

with the live wire, accessible metal parts of the machine are energized, whereby the operator may be shocked

by electrical current;

h) Use appropriate metal detectors and detectors to determine the locations of hidden wires and / or ask for

help to the appropriate public utility. Contact with electrical wiring may cause electric shock and re; pipeline

damage – to an explosion; damage to plumbing - to property damage;

i) Hold the machine rmly in your hands. When screwing /unscrewing screws, high reactive moments may occur

for a short time;

j) The workpiece must be secured in the clamping devices or vice; thus, it is held more securely than in the hands;

k) Do not let the machine out of your hands until a complete stop of the working tool. Rotating tooling on an un control-

led machine may cause injury or damage to property.

Additional safety warnings when working with multifunctional tools

General warning instructions

а) Do not use tooling or accessories which are not provided by the manufacturer specically for this type of tool

and not recommended by the manufacturer. Only the physical ability to attach a tooling on your power tool

does not guarantee its safe and reliable use.

b) The outer diameter and thickness of the tooling must match the size of your electric machine. Tooling of the wrong

size cannot be safe to operate and properly monitored.

c) Use personal protective equipment. Depending on the work performed use a face shield, eye protection

or protective glasses. If necessary, use a dust respirator, hearing protection, protective gloves or a special apron

which protects against sparks, abrasive particles and material particles.

d) Never let an electric machine out of your hands until the tooling stops completely. Oscillating tooling can

damage surrounding objects and lead to unpredictable tool bounce.

e) Regularly clean the vents of the electric machine. The engine fan draws dust into the case and large amounts

of metallic dust can cause the tool to fail.

f) Do not use accessories that require the use of coolants. The use of water or other coolants can cause damage

to the electric machine.

g) Hold the electric machine tight and take a position in which you can counteract the reverse forces. Always use

the extra handle to best counteract reverse forces or the reactionary moments.

h) Be especially careful on corners, sharp edges, etc. Prevent a tooling bounce from the workpiece and its jamming.

A possible rebound and jamming of the tooling causes loss of control or kickback.

i) Use dust suction when processing stone. The vacuum cleaner must be adapted to work with stone dust. Using

these devices reduces the risk of exposure to dust.

Special warnings for grinding and cutting

а) Use abrasive tools recommended exclusively for your electric machine. Abrasive tools not provided for this

electric machine may not be safe enough.

b) Abrasive tools may only be used for their intended purpose. Never sand by the side of the cutting disc. Cutting

discs are designed for cutting material by edge. Other use of the disk may lead to its destruction and injury.

Special warnings when sanding

Do not use oversized sanding sheets and follow the manufacturer's specications for sanding sheets. Sanding

sheets that protrude beyond the edge of the sanding pad, may cause injury and blockage, tear or back kick.

Residual risks

Despite compliance with the relevant safety instructions and the use of safety devices, some residual risks cannot

be completely eliminated. These include:

• injuries caused by touching hot or rotating instrument parts or workpiece;

• risk of pinching ngers when changing working tool;

• damage to health due to vibration appearing at work.

Machine structure

The machine consists of a plastic housing used as the main handle 4 (рiс. 1), with a DC motor located in it

and the actuator, on the output shaft (spindle) of which the tooling 9 (рiс. 1) is installed. The machine is equipped

with a high-speed tooling lock mechanism allowing replacing equipment without any additional tool. The locking

mechanism is controlled by the lever 2 (рiс. 1). On the body of the engine there is the key 3 (pic. 1) to start

the engine, having the ability to be xed in the “on” position, and the oscillation frequency controller 5 (рiс. 1).

The motor housing is terminating in battery connector.

In front of the case there are two LEDs illuminating the working area, which work simultaneously with the engine.

The battery is equipped with the residual charge indicator 12 (рiс. 1), which is enabled using the button 11 (рiс. 1).

The indicator turns o automatically after 3 ... 4 seconds after pressing the button 11.

The machine body, battery case and charger have keys, preventing the installation of batteries of inadequate

rated voltage and design.

OPERATION

ATTENTION!

Before preparing for the operation, setting up, and maintenance of the power tool always

disconnect the battery.

Installation / removal of tooling

To install a tooling it is necessary:

• to open the tooling lock mechanism by lifting the lever 2 (рiс. 1), remove it from the retainer, and rotate 120-140

degrees in the direction of the arrow «UNLOCK» printed on the right side of the case;

• to install selected tooling between the clamping washer and the spindle gear in such a way that the grooves

of the tooling coincide with the teeth of the spindle rim. When installing, select a convenient angular position

of the tooling for operation;

• to make sure that spindle nose teeth entered into engagement with the grooves of tooling and move lever

2 (pic. 1) in the opposite direction, at the same time the movable washer of the mechanism will press the tooling

to the ring gear, excluding its mixing while working. Insert the lever 2 (pic. 1) into the lock until it clicks.

Installing the side handle

ATTENTION!

You should always use the extra handle supplied with the tool. Losing control of the tool while

working may cause injury.

ATTENTION!

Always check that the side handle is secure before work.

Screw the handle 8 (рiс.1) into the threaded hole in the gear housing in a comfortable position to work.

Installation of the dust removal tube

When using the sanding pad, if necessary, install the dust removal tube in the position as shown in pic. 1. Dust

tube must be installed before the tooling (sanding pad) and xed with a yoke.

Installation and removing of the battery

Before removing or installing the battery as well as before transporting and storing the machine set the key 3

(pic. 1) to the “O” position to avoid accidental turning on the machine.

ATTENTION!

Never connect batteries other than the original design or type to the tool. The use of batteries

not intended for this model of tool can lead to failure of both the tool and the battery.

Installation

Attach a charged battery to the tool moving it until click along the guides in the lower part of the handle. Make

sure the battery is rmly xed and not staggering.

Do not use excessive force when installing the battery. If the battery is not installed on the tool without much

eort, it may be a sign of damage or inconsistencies with this type or model of the tool.

Removal

To remove the battery, press the release button 7 (pic. 1) and slide the battery forward along the guides until

it is completely separated from the tool case.

Battery charge

ATTENTION!

The charger should only be connected to a single phase AC power network, the voltage of which

corresponds to the voltage indicated on the label.

Plug the charger into wall outlet. In 1…2 s indicator 16 (pic. 1) of the charger glows green, which indicates

readiness for work.

Install the rechargeable battery into the charger guides until it stops, do not put much eort. If the battery is not instal-

led on the charger without much eort, check that the charger and battery match the rated voltage and model.

If the battery is low or not fully charged, charger indicator 16 (pic. 1) will change the color of the glow from

green to red, which indicates the ongoing process of charging. Battery indicator 12 (pic. 1) will ash, reecting

the charging process.

Upon reaching full battery charge the charger indicator 16 switches to green, the indicator on the battery

will glow without blinking.

ATTENTION!

Battery charging is possible at ambient temperatures from 0 °С to +40 °С. DO NOT charge the bat-

tery when the ambient temperature is negative.

NOTE. Remember to turn o the charger when charging is complete.

Your tool is equipped with a lithium-ion rechargeable battery which does not have memory eect. Batteries

of this type are rechargeable.

Keep the battery charged at a temperature not lower than 0 °С.

NOTE. New battery can reach its rated capacity after two or three charge-discharge cycles.

Battery charge level can be estimated using the indicator 12 (pic. 1) located on the battery case. The indicator turns

on when you press the button 11 (pic. 1) and turns o automatically after 3..4 sec. The glow of the three elements

of the indicator indicates a full battery, if glows one then the charge is about 30% and it is time to charge the battery.

Turn on the machine and adjust the oscillation frequency

To turn o the engine of the machine, turn the power switch 3 (piс. 1) to the "on" / "I" position pushing it forward

towards the actuator housing.

ATTENTION!

The machine has electronic engine control with soft start function. When you turn it on,

you must wait for the engine to develop its maximum speed, after which start processing.

Release the switch 4 (рiс. 1) to shut o the machine engine or, if the key is xed, click on its back ribbed part.

Use the regulator 5 (рiс.1) to adjust the frequency of the oscillations. Choose the frequency of oscillations

depending on the material being processed and the type of the tooling used. Consider that too high oscillation

frequency can lead to burning or melting of the processed material. The optimum frequency of oscillations

is determined empirically. The numbers printed on the ring of the regulator reect only the position of the regulator

and do not indicate a specic frequency of oscillations, expressed in units per minute.

Before using you must:

• after transportation in winter conditions, before switching on, keep the machine at room temperature until

the water condensation is completely dry;

• wipe the exterior of the machine with a cloth;

• check the charger supply voltage. The power supply voltage must match the value indicated on the charger label;

• check the compliance of the rated voltage of the machine with the rated voltage of the battery. Using a battery

with a higher rated voltage will damage the machine;

• wear personal protective equipment (glasses, headphones, gloves) before starting work, set the tool in a comfor-

table position, take a steady position;

• try the machine at idle.

While working:

• after turning on the engine, let the machine develop the set speed of the tooling and only after that enter

the tooling and the workpiece into contact.

• always use the machine only for the types of work for which it is intended. When processing, use only the designated

tooling which is absolutely safe;

• do not allow mechanical damage, shock, falling of the tool on hard surfaces, etc.;

• protect the machine from exposure to intense heat sources or chemically active substances, as well as from

the ingress of liquids and foreign solid objects inside the machine;

• ensure eective removal of processing products from the cutting zone;

• do not block or obstruct the ventilation openings in the machine case;

• turn the machine o using the power switch before connecting / disconnecting the battery;

• monitor the condition of the tooling and the heating of the electric motor.

At the end of the work:

• disconnect the tool from the power supply, making sure the switch is in the “o” position;

• clean the machine and accessories from dirt.

Recommendations for use

Before you start processing a part, you must x it, especially if it has a light weight.

Keep in mind that heavy or rigidly xed on a massive base workpieces are processed more eciently.

In the process, the machine creates signicant vibrations, use anti-vibration gloves. Do not overheat the exterior

of the machine during prolonged use. If overheated, stop working, let the machine work without load for 30 ... 60

seconds to cool the engine, turn o the engine and take a break to cool down the actuator housing.

Do not allow the machine to work when there is unwanted or unusual noise in the engine or mechanism. If noise

appears, turn o the machine and contact to an authorized service.

NOISE AND VIBRATION

Noise and vibration characteristics are given in the table №1.

However, if the tool is used for other work with the use of working tools, not provided by the manufacturer,

or maintenance will not meet the requirements, then the vibration level may be dierent.

ATTENTION!

Always use personal hearing protection.

MAINTENANCE

ATTENTION!

Before starting maintenance work and setting up the tool disconnect the battery. To ensure

quality and safe functioning keep your tool and vents clean at all times.

If you have noticed a decrease in the eciency of the tool, extraneous noise or smell then you must contact

the service center for timely diagnosis and repair.

Tooling maintenance

The use of the worn working tool reduces the eectiveness of the work and may result in motor or gearbox failure,

so you need to sharpen periodically or replace worn removable tools, as soon as there is a need.

Electric motor care

You must be especially careful with the electric motor, avoid getting liquids and foreign objects inside the case.

Keep your ventilation holes clean, blow them regularly with compressed air or clean them with a brush. When

noticeable sparks appear, contact an authorized service center for diagnostics and possibly replacement of carbon

brushes.

RECYCLING

A tool, developed a designated service life, must be recycled according the rules established by environmental

and other laws of the country, where the tool is operated.

STORAGE

During the assigned service life, store the tool in a dry heated room. Recommended storage temperature from 0 °C

to + 40 °C. Store the tool in original packaging. Store batteries in a charged state.

Before placing the tool in storage remove the tooling.

TRANSPORTATION

During the transportation direct exposure of precipitation, direct sunlight, heat and shock is not allowed.

Transportation should be carried out only in the original packaging at ambient temperature from -20 °С to +40 °С.

LIFE TIME

Average product life time is 3 years if the customer follows the rules of operation.

WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

The product is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty period is specied in the warranty card and calculated from the date of sale. Terms of warranty

service are given in the warranty card.

НАЗНАЧЕНИЕ И ОБЩАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ

Многофункциональный инструмент аккумуляторный (далее по тексту «машина», «инструмент») предназна-

чен для выполнения отрезных, шлифовальных, зачистных и других видов операций с заготовками и кон-

струкциями практически из любых материалов в зависимости от вида применяемой специализированной

оснастки.

Машина предназначена для эксплуатации при температуре окружающей среды от 0 °С до +40 °С, относи-

тельной влажности воздуха не более 80% и отсутствии прямого воздействия атмосферных осадков и чрез-

мерной запыленности воздуха.

Машина относится к бытовому классу инструмента и должна эксплуатироваться в повторно-кратковремен-

ном режиме с наработкой до 20 часов в месяц. Рекомендуется эксплуатация с нагрузкой, не превышающей

номинальную, в течение 10-15 минут и последующим перерывом 20-30 минут. Такой режим эксплуатации

позволяет эффективно выполнять все задачи, возникающие в быту, и предохраняет инструмент от пре-

ждевременного выхода из строя.

Настоящее руководство содержит сведения и требования, необходимые и достаточные для надежной,

эффективной и безопасной эксплуатации инструмента.

В связи с постоянной деятельностью по совершенствованию инструмента изготовитель оставляет за собой

право вносить в его конструкцию незначительные изменения, не отраженные в настоящем руководстве

и не ухудшающие его потребительские и эксплуатационные свойства, безопасность и эффективность работы.

ОБЩИЕ ПРАВИЛА БЕЗОПАСНОСТИ ПРИ РАБОТЕ С ЭЛЕКТРОИНСТРУМЕНТАМИ

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Несоблюдение перечисленных ниже правил безопасности и инструкций может привести

к поражению электрическим током, возникновению пожара и/или получению тяжелой травмы.

Сохраните все правила безопасности и инструкции для последующего

использования

Термин «Электроинструмент» во всех приведенных ниже указаниях относится к вашему сетевому (с кабе-

лем) или аккумуляторному (беспроводному) электроинструменту.

Безопасность рабочего места

a) Содержите рабочее место в чистоте и обеспечьте хорошее освещение. Плохое освещение или беспоря-

док на рабочем месте может привести к несчастному случаю.

б) Не используйте электроинструменты, если есть опасность возгорания или взрыва, например, вблизи

легко воспламеняющихся жидкостей, газов или пыли. В процессе работы электроинструменты создают

искровые разряды, которые могут воспламенить пыль или горючие пары.

в) Во время работы с электроинструментом не подпускайте близко детей или посторонних лиц. Отвлечение

внимания может вызвать у вас потерю контроля над рабочим процессом.

Электробезопасность

a) Вилка кабеля электроинструмента должна соответствовать штепсельной розетке. Ни в коем случае не видо-

изменяйте вилку электрического кабеля. Не используйте соединительные штепсели-переходники, если в сило-

вом кабеле электроинструмента есть провод заземления. Использование оригинальной вилки кабеля и соот-

ветствующей ей штепсельной розетки уменьшает риск поражения электрическим током.

б) Во время работы с электроинструментом избегайте физического контакта с заземленными объектами,

такими как трубопроводы, радиаторы отопления, электроплиты и холодильники. Риск поражения элек-

трическим током увеличивается, если ваше тело заземлено.

в) Не используйте электроинструмент под дождем или во влажной среде. Попадание воды в электроин-

струмент увеличивает риск поражения электрическим током.

г) Бережно обращайтесь с электрическим кабелем. Ни в коем случае не используйте кабель для переноски

электроинструмента или для вытягивания его вилки из штепсельной розетки. Не подвергайте электри-

ческий кабель воздействию высоких температур и смазочных веществ; держите его в стороне от острых

кромок и движущихся частей инструмента. Поврежденный или запутанный кабель увеличивает риск

поражения электрическим током.

д) При работе с электроинструментом на открытом воздухе используйте удлинительный кабель, предна-

значенный для наружных работ. Использование кабеля, пригодного для работы на открытом воздухе,

снижает риск поражения электрическим током.

е) При необходимости работы с электроинструментом во влажной среде используйте источник питания,

оборудованный устройством защитного отключения (УЗО). Использование УЗО снижает риск поражения

электрическим током.

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Рекомендуется использование устройства защитного отключения (УЗО) с током срабаты-

вания не более 30 мА.

Личная безопасность

a) При работе с электроинструментами будьте внимательны, следите за тем, что вы делаете, и руковод-

ствуйтесь здравым смыслом. Не используйте электроинструмент, если вы устали, а также находясь под

действием алкоголя или понижающих реакцию лекарственных препаратов и других средств. Малейшая

неосторожность при работе с электроинструментами может привести к серьезной травме.

б) При работе используйте средства индивидуальной защиты. Всегда надевайте защитные очки. Своевременное

использование защитного снаряжения, а именно: пылезащитной маски, ботинок на нескользящей подошве,

защитного шлема или противошумовых наушников – значительно снизит риск получения травмы.

в) Не допускайте непреднамеренного запуска. Перед тем как подключить электроинструмент к сети и/или

аккумулятору, поднять или перенести его, убедитесь, что выключатель находится в положении «Выклю-

чено». Не переносите электроинструмент с нажатым курковым выключателем и не подключайте к сете-

вой розетке электроинструмент, выключатель которого установлен в положение «Включено», это может

привести к несчастному случаю.

г) Перед включением электроинструмента снимите с него все регулировочные или гаечные ключи. Регули-

ровочный или гаечный ключ, оставленный закрепленным на вращающейся части электроинструмента,

может стать причиной тяжелой травмы.

д) Работайте в устойчивой позе. Всегда сохраняйте равновесие и устойчивую позу. Это позволит вам не поте-

рять контроль при работе с электроинструментом в непредвиденной ситуации.

е) Одевайтесь соответствующим образом. Во время работы не надевайте свободную одежду или украшения.

Следите за тем, чтобы ваши волосы, одежда или перчатки находились в постоянном отдалении от движу-

щихся частей инструмента. Свободная одежда, украшения или длинные волосы могут попасть в движу-

щиеся части инструмента.

ж) Если электроинструмент снабжен устройством сбора и удаления пыли, убедитесь, что данное устройство под-

ключено и используется надлежащим образом. Использование устройства пылеудаления значительно сни-

жает риск возникновения несчастного случая, связанного с запыленностью рабочего пространства.

Использование электроинструментов и технический уход

a) Не перегружайте электроинструмент. Используйте ваш инструмент по назначению. Электроинструмент рабо-

тает надежно и безопасно только при соблюдении параметров, указанных в его технических характеристиках.

б) Не используйте электроинструмент, если его выключатель не устанавливается в положение включения или

выключения. Электроинструмент с неисправным выключателем представляет опасность и подлежит ремонту.

в) Отключайте электроинструмент от сетевой розетки и/или извлекайте аккумулятор перед регулирова-

нием, заменой принадлежностей или при хранении электроинструмента. Такие меры предосторожности

снижают риск случайного включения электроинструмента.

г) Храните неиспользуемые электроинструменты в недоступном для детей месте и не позволяйте лицам,

не знакомым с электроинструментом или данными инструкциями, работать с электроинструментом.

Электроинструменты представляют опасность в руках неопытных пользователей.

д) Регулярно проверяйте исправность электроинструмента. Контролируйте точность совмещения и лег-

кость перемещения подвижных частей, целостность деталей и любых других элементов электроинстру-

мента, воздействующих на его работу. Не используйте неисправный электроинструмент, пока он не будет

полностью отремонтирован. Большинство несчастных случаев являются следствием недостаточного тех-

нического ухода за электроинструментом.

е) Следите за остротой заточки и чистотой режущих принадлежностей. Принадлежности с острыми кром-

ками позволяют избежать заклинивания и делают работу менее утомительной.

ж) Используйте электроинструмент, аксессуары и насадки в соответствии с данным руководством и с уче-

том рабочих условий и характера будущей работы. Использование электроинструмента не по назначе-

нию может создать опасную ситуацию.

Техническое обслуживание

Ремонт электроинструмента должен производиться только квалифицированными специалистами с исполь-

зованием оригинальных запасных частей. Это обеспечит безопасность и надежность электроинструмента

в дальнейшей эксплуатации.

Специальные предупреждения безопасности при работе с аккумуляторными

машинами:

a) Перезарядку аккумуляторной батареи следует осуществлять, используя зарядное устройство, указанное

изготовителем (поставляемое в комплекте). Зарядное устройство, которое годится для одного типа акку-

муляторной батареи, может вызвать пожар при использовании другого типа батареи.

б) Питание машин следует осуществлять только от аккумуляторных батарей, совместимых с данной моде-

лью машины и рекомендованных производителем. Использование любых других батарей может при-

вести к повреждениям и пожару.

в) Если аккумуляторная батарея не используется, ее следует хранить отдельно от машины и металлических

предметов, таких как скрепки для бумаг, монеты, ключи, гвозди, винты и т.п., которые могут случайно

замкнуть контактные выводы. Короткое замыкание контактных выводов аккумуляторной батареи может

вызвать ожоги или пожар.

г) Машина имеет автономный источник питания (аккумуляторную батарею) и всегда готова к работе. Избегайте

случайных нажатий на клавишу выключателя — это может привести к травмам и иным повреждениям.

д) Не вскрывайте аккумуляторную батарею, при этом возникает опасность короткого замыкания, что может

привести к возникновению пожара или взрыва.

е) Защищайте аккумуляторную батарею от воздействия высоких температур, длительного воздействия пря-

мых солнечных лучей и огня. Может возникнуть опасность взрыва.

ж) Держите электрическую машину только за изолированные поверхности рукояток, если вы выполняете

работы, при которых оснастка может попасть на скрытую электропроводку. Контакт с токоведущим про-

водом ставит под напряжение все металлические части электроинструмента и ведет к поражению элек-

трическим током.

з) Заготовку необходимо закреплять в зажимных приспособлениях или тисках, таким образом она удержи-

вается более надежно, чем в руках.

Дополнительные меры безопасности для многофункциональных инструментов

Общие предупреждающие указания

а) Не применяйте оснастку и принадлежности, которые не предусмотрены изготовителем специально

для данного типа инструмента и не рекомендованы им. Только физическая возможность крепления

оснастки на вашем электроинструменте не гарантирует ее безопасного и надежного применения.

б) Наружный диаметр или длина оснастки должны соответствовать рекомендациям производителя вашей

машины. Оснастка несоответствующего размера не может быть безопасной в эксплуатации и должным

образом контролироваться.

в) Применяйте средства индивидуальной защиты. В зависимости от выполняемой работы применяйте

защитный щиток для лица, защитные средства для глаз или защитные очки. При необходимости приме-

няйте противопылевой респиратор, средства защиты органов слуха, защитные перчатки или специаль-

ный фартук, которые защитят от искр, абразивных частиц и частиц материала.

г) Никогда не выпускайте электрическую машину из рук, пока оснастка полностью не остановится. Вибри-

рующая оснастка может повредить окружающие предметы и привести к непредсказуемому отскоку

машины.

д) Регулярно очищайте вентиляционные отверстия электрической машины. Вентилятор двигателя затягивает

пыль в корпус, и большое скопление металлической пыли может привести к выходу инструмента из строя.

е) Не используйте оснастку, требующую применения охлаждающих жидкостей. Применение воды или дру-

гих охлаждающих жидкостей может привести к выходу машины из строя.

ж) Крепко держите электрическую машину и займите положение, в котором вы можете противодейство-

вать обратным силам. Всегда используйте дополнительную рукоятку, чтобы как можно лучше противо-

действовать обратным силам или реакционным моментам.

з) Особенно осторожно работайте на углах, острых кромках и т.д. Предотвращайте отскок оснастки от заго-

товки и ее заклинивание. Вероятный отскок и заклинивание оснастки вызывают потерю контроля

или обратный удар.

и) При обработке камня применяйте отсос пыли. Пылесос должен быть приспособлен для работы с камен-

ной пылью. Использование этого устройства снижает опасность от воздействия пыли.

Специальные предупреждающие указания при шлифовании и отрезке

а) Применяйте рекомендуемые исключительно для вашей электрической машины абразивные инстру-

менты. Абразивные инструменты, не предусмотренные для этой электрической машины, не могут быть

достаточно безопасны.

б) Абразивные инструменты допускается использовать только по назначению. Никогда не шлифуйте боко-

вой поверхностью отрезного круга. Отрезные круги предназначены для резки материала кромкой. Иное

применение круга может привести к его разрушению и травмам.

Специальные предупреждающие указания при шлифовании наждачной бумагой

Не применяйте шлифовальные листы с завышенными размерами, а следуйте данным изготовителя по раз-

мерам шлифовальных листов. Шлифовальные листы, выступающие за край шлифовальной тарелки, могут

стать причиной травм и блокирования, рваться или привести к обратному удару.

Остаточные риски

Несмотря на соблюдение соответствующих инструкций по технике безопасности и использование предо-

хранительных устройств, некоторые остаточные риски невозможно полностью исключить. К ним относятся:

• травмы в результате касания горячих или движущихся частей инструмента или обрабатываемой детали;

• риск защемления пальцев при смене рабочей оснастки;

• ущерб здоровью в результате воздействия вибрации, возникающей при работе.

Устройство машины

Машина состоит из пластмассового корпуса, используемого в качестве основной рукоятки 4 (рис. 1), с рас-

положенным в нем электродвигателем постоянного тока и исполнительного механизма, на выходном валу

(шпинделе) которого устанавливается оснастка 9 (рис. 1). Машина снабжена быстродействующим механиз-

мом фиксации оснастки, позволяющим без применения дополнительного инструмента проводить замену

20 ИНСТРУМЕНТ АККУМУЛЯТОРНЫЙ МНОГОФУНКЦИОНАЛЬНЫЙ

оснастки. Механизм фиксации управляется рычагом 2 (рис. 1). На корпусе двигателя имеется клавиша 3

(рис. 1) включения двигателя, имеющая возможность фиксироваться во включенном положении, и регуля-

тор частоты колебаний 5 (рис. 1). Корпус двигателя оканчивается разъемом для присоединения аккумуля-

торной батареи.

В передней части корпуса расположены два светодиода подсветки рабочей зоны, которые включаются

одновременно с двигателем.

Аккумуляторная батарея оборудована индикатором остаточного заряда 12 (рис. 1), который включается

с помощью кнопки 11 (рис. 1). Отключение индикатора происходит автоматически через 3…4 сек с момента

нажатия на кнопку 11.

Корпус машины, корпус аккумуляторной батареи и зарядное устройство имеют ключи, препятствующие

установке аккумуляторных батарей несоответствующего номинального напряжения и конструкции.

ЭКСПЛУАТАЦИЯ

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Перед работами по подготовке к эксплуатации, настройке, техническому обслуживанию

электроинструмента всегда отключайте аккумуляторную батарею.

Установка и снятие оснастки

Для установки оснастки необходимо:

• Поднять рычаг 2 (рис. 1), выведя его из фиксатора, и повернуть на 120-140 градусов в направлении

стрелки «UNLOCK», нанесенной на правой стороне корпуса, для открытия механизма фиксации оснастки;

• Установить выбранную оснастку между прижимной шайбой и зубчатым венцом шпинделя таким обра-

зом, чтобы пазы крепления оснастки совпали с зубьями венца шпинделя. При установке выберите удоб-

ное для работы угловое положение оснастки;

• Убедитесь, что зубья венца шпинделя вошли в зацепление с пазами оснастки и переместите рычаг 2

(рис. 1) в обратном направлении, при этом подвижная шайба механизма прижмет оснастку к зубчатому

венцу, исключая ее смещение во время работы. Введите рычаг 2 (рис. 1) в фиксатор до щелчка.

Установка боковой рукоятки

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Следует всегда использовать поставляемую с машиной дополнительную рукоятку. Потеря

контроля над машиной может привести к травме.

ВНИМАНИЕ!

Перед работой всегда проверяйте надежность крепления боковой рукоятки.

Вкрутите рукоятку 8 (рис.1) в резьбовое отверстие корпуса редуктора в удобное для работы положение.

Установка пылеотводной трубки

При использовании шлифовальной подошвы при необходимости установите пылеотводную трубку в поло-

жение, как показано на рис. 1. Пылеотводная трубка устанавливается до оснастки (шлифовальной подо-

швы) и закрепляется хомутом.

Установка и снятие батареи

Перед снятием или установкой батареи, а также перед транспортировкой и хранением машины установите

клавишу 3 (рис. 1) в положение «Выключено» во избежание случайного включения машины.
