Introduction
• We advise you to carefully read the instruction
contained in this package.
• If you wish to make the best use of the meat
mincer and exploit all its possibilities, you must
be thoroughly familiar with its performance and
operating features.
• The meat mincer may only be used for mincing
fresh meat.
• Maintenance requires just a few simple opera-
tions that may be carried out by the operator.
• To ensure a long life and minimize operating
costs, you should carefully follow the rules given
in this booklet.
• The manufacturer has designed the meat mincer
to ensure safe operating conditions:
Exclusion or removal of the safety features in-
stalled by the manufacturer will seriously under-
mine the guaranteed safety conditions.
• To ensure these conditions you must also fully
comply with the instructions regarding the instal-
lation and power supply of the meat mincer.
• The meat mincer must be installed in a work en-
vironment free of corrosive agents.
• The installation site must not be subject to ex-
plosion.
• The manufacturer company is not liable for any
breakdown, accidents or faults caused by a fail-
ure to observe ( or to apply ) the instructions con-
tained in this booklet. It is likewise not liable for
any modifications, variations or the installation of
accessories not previously authorized.
• Use only original SPARE PARTS.
• This instruction booklet is an integral part of the
meat mincer and must be kept in a safe place.
The features, information and drawings pub-
lished in this booklet are the exclusive property
of the manufacturer company.
• No part of this publication may be reproduced or
transmitted in any form.
ATTENTION! Do not continuously operate the
ap- pliance for too long to avoid overheating the
motor. The continuous operation time must not
exceed 10 minutes. Let the appliance cool down
if the appliance housing becomes too hot. Only
operate the appliance again, after it has cooled.
IMPORTANT: Before connecting your units to the
power supply, be sure the machine’s electrical
specifications, printed in the unit’s nameplate,
match those of your local power.
• For first-time use, remove the mincer head and
wash all parts thoroughly.
•
Before grinding, tighten the thumb screw clock-
wise until secure. Do not use a tool or over-tighten.
• Prepare meat for grinding by remove all skin and
bones. Then cut the meat into appropriately sized
pieces for grinding.
• Feed meat into the grinding chamber with spe-
cial meat pusher that was included with your
machine. Never use fingers, hands, or any other
objects.
• After use, disconnect unit from the power sup-
ply. Disassemble the head, wash and dry all parts
thoroughly.
• If the unit is overloaded, it will shut off to prevent
internal damage. Turn the grinder off, allow cool-
ing for several minutes, press the reset button
and turn the mincer on to continue.
• If there is a blockage in the mincer head, switch
the machine to Reverse and then Forward.
Troubleshooting
If the appliance does function properly, please
check the below table for the solution. If you are
still unable to solve the problem, please contact the
supplier/service provider.
Note: During grinding, meat should be discharged
from the mincer smoothly. If the discharge is not
smooth, or if it is in the form of a paste, the fol-
lowing causes and remedies should be considered:
Possible Cause Remedy
Coupling too tight
Loose and hand-tighten only until sung.
Don't over-tighten.
Discharge plate is blocked Remove discharge plate and clean, then reinstall.
Blade edges had dulled May be sharpened, recommend replacing.
