III. WARNINGS AND SAFETY MEASURES

When using any electrical appliance, it is necessary

to comply with some basic safety regulations.

In particular:

- The electrical system where the appliance is used must

conform to all safety regulations in force.

- Connect the appliance to a mains socket that is easy

to access.

- Never submerge the appliance in water or any other liquids.

- Never touch the appliance with wet or damp hands.

- Never touch the appliance if it accidentally falls into

water; unplug it immediately and do not use it again;

contact expert qualiﬁed operators or Artsana S.p.A. for

further instructions.

- If the appliance is faulty and/or not working correctly,

switch it off immediately and disconnect the plug from

the mains socket. Do not attempt to tamper with the

product. Contact your retailer or one of Artsana S.p.A.’s

authorised service centres.

- Before using the appliance, always make sure that nei-

ther the product nor its components are worn or dam-

aged. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact

your local retailer or qualiﬁed experts.

- Check that the voltage and frequency (see voltage rat-

ing on the plate located underneath the appliance) cor-

respond to those provided by your mains network.

- Always position the appliance on ﬂat stable surfaces, at

a safe distance from appliances or materials that may

be sensitive to heat, water and humidity. Never place

the appliance directly on or near hot surfaces, gas rings,

electric warming plates, delicate surfaces or surfaces

that are within the reach of children.

- Never leave the appliance unattended when it is

switched on.

- When the appliance is switched on, the outlet could

release hot steam. Always take great care.

- Before using the appliance, always make sure that all

the components (the transparent bowl and base in par-

ticular) are assembled correctly.

- It is not recommended to use this appliance to chop

very hard food such as, for instance, frozen food, as this

could damage the blades beyond repair.

- Always switch the appliance off and wait for at least 2

minutes before opening/removing the water tank cap (4).

- Never pour/insert liquids inside the water tank other

than drinkable tap water, or pour/add liquid and/or

solid foods other than those indicated in the “WATER

TANK MAINTENANCE” paragraph.

- During the warm-up/cooking cycle, if any steam starts

to be released around the edges of the water tank cap,

this indicates that there is a steam circuit malfunction:

do not open or remove the water tank cap, switch the

appliance off immediately and leave it to cool down

completely. Do not use the appliance again before con-

tacting and discussing the matter with Artsana S.p.A.

- Always clean and dry the blades carefully immediately

after use to prevent them from rusting.

- The parts and components of this appliance cannot be

repaired by the user. Do not attempt to open or repair

it. Should the product be damaged, contact a qualiﬁed

technician or Artsana S.p.A..

- The appliance can only be opened with special tools.

- Only use the power cable supplied with the appliance.

- If it is necessary to replace the power cable, contact

Artsana S.p.A. only

- Incorrect repair work performed by unqualiﬁed opera-

the appliance itself, dispose of them at an appropriate

differentiated collection point, as required by the laws

and can be hazardous.

Ensure that the plug is disconnected from the mains and

that the appliance is completely cold before carrying out

IV. PREPARING THE PRODUCT

BEFORE FIRST USE:

1) Remove all packaging from the appliance and acces-

sories and check they are all intact (if there is visible

damage or you have any doubts on its integrity, refrain

from using the appliance and/or its components), re-

move the instruction manual, the recipe book and any

additional informative, warning notes that must be

read carefully and kept for future reference.

Attention: all packaging materials must be kept out

of reach of children as they could suffocate (plastic bags)

or swallow small parts.

N.B. IMPORTANT: Before using any new electri-

cal appliances destined to contact with foodstuffs, it is

standard practice and highly recommended to clean the

appliance thoroughly to guarantee maximum levels of

hygiene.

The ﬁrst time the appliance is switched on, there may

be a slight odour; this is absolutely normal in all electri-

cal goods.

2) Clean the appliance following the instructions below:

a) Insert the steamer basket (7) inside the bowl (8), ap-

ply the transparent lid (6) to close the bowl (8) and

position the bowl in the appliance, as indicated in

paragraph V. USER INSTRUCTIONS

b) Fill the water tank with cold drinking water to its max-

imum level; ﬁrmly close the water tank using the cap.

c) Set the cooking time on the display (3) to 30 minutes

and turn the on/off knob to the left to switch the ap-

pliance on.

d) When the cycle has ﬁnished, allow the appliance and

water tank to cool down completely, then disconnect

the power cable from the mains and the appliance, re-

move the bowl (8), empty any residual water from the

inside and then wash the bowl, steamer basket and

bowl lid thoroughly using warm water and standard

washing up liquid; carefully rinse and dry all parts and

store them in a clean dry place.

e) Use your ﬁnger to close and keep the steam outlet

(13) closed.

f) Fill the water tank up with cold drinking water.

g) Insert and tighten the water tank cap (4) and give the

appliance a quick shake.

h) Remove the water tank cap (4) and, keeping the steam

outlet (13) closed with your ﬁnger, pour out all the

water into the sink.

i) Repeat this cleaning cycle again e) - f) - g) – h)

WARNING: Never wash the base (1) or immerse

it in water!

Before performing the cleaning cycle above, check that

all components, except the steamer basket (7) have been

removed from the bowl (8).

V. USER INSTRUCTIONS

THE BOWL

To release and remove the bowl (8) from the base (1):

i: Turn the on/off knob (2) to the central position marked

“0”.

Note: For safety reasons, the bowl (8) and lid must only

be removed when the on/off knob (2) is set to “0”.

ii. Turn the bowl connector knob (5) counter clockwise

(Diag. C1) and slide the bowl (8) backwards out of its

seat (Diag. A).

To open the transparent bowl lid (6)

i: Lift the transparent lid to remove it from the bowl (6)

To close the transparent bowl lid (6)

i. Insert the lid in the bowl (6) making sure the reference

bars coincide (Diag.B).

To insert the bowl and lid inside the base:

i. Hold the bowl by the handle and lower it all the way

into the base as seen in Diag. A,; check that the bowl is

ﬁtted correctly inside the support base seat.

ii. Turn the connector knob (5) clockwise (Diag. C2) to

block the bowl (8) in place.

WARNING! For safety reasons, the cooking func-

tion mode must never be used if:

1) the steamer basket (7) or baby food jar warm-up bas-

ket (12) have not been placed inside the bowl (8);

2) the bowl (8) has no lid on it (6) or the lid is not posi-

tioned correctly;

3) the bowl (8) is not positioned correctly inside the base

(1)

4) the blade group is ﬁtted inside the bowl (8)

THE BLADE GROUP

To ﬁt the blade group inside the bowl (8):

i: Check that blade protection caps (9B) have been re-

moved from the blade group (9). If this is not the case,

remove them carefully as the blades (9A) are extremely

sharp

ii. Carefully grasp the blade group (9) and place it inside

the bowl (8) making sure it is centred correctly on the

metal rod that protrudes from the bottom of the bowl

(8).

To remove the blade group (9) from the bowl (8):

i. Lift the blade group (9) out of bowl (8).

WARNING!: Always pay attention when handling

the blades (9A) as they are very sharp.

When the blade group (9) is not placed inside the bowl

(8), protect the blades (9A) by replacing the blade pro-

tection caps (9B)

and store the blade group (9) in a safe place, out of the

reach of children.

BEFORE MINCING/CHOPPING/BLENDING FOOD,

ALWAYS CHECK THAT:

- the steamer basket (7), baby food jar warm-up basket

(12) or other accessories have not been placed inside

the bowl (8)

- the blade protection caps (9 B) have been removed

from the blades (9A)

- the blade group (9) is ﬁtted correctly inside the bowl

(8)

- the bowl lid (6) is ﬁtted correctly inside the bowl (8)

- the bowl (8) is correctly connected to the base (1) and

the bowl connector knob (5) is turned to the closed

position (Diag. C2).

HOW TO PREPARE BABY FOOD

HOW TO USE THE COOK CYCLE

The Food Processor PureSteam Cooker steam cooks fruit,

vegetables, meat, ﬁsh, rice and all other foods which can

be cooked using this method. Its Intense Steam system

gathers the steam inside the bowl (8); this system pre-

serves the protein and vitamin nutritional values in food

making it the ideal method when cooking food for babies

during the weaning phase. Note: If the water in the tank

runs out, or the set cooking time expires, the cooking

process will automatically switch off.

*Please refer to the recipe book supplied in the pack to

set the correct cooking times for the various foods.

Check that the appliance is disconnected from the mains

and the on/off knob (2) is set to “0”.

• If the bowl (8) is ﬁtted in the base (1) remove it and

then remove the transparent lid (6).

• Remove the steamer basket (7) from the bowl (8)

• Place the diced or sliced food inside the steamer basket

(7) making sure you don’t overﬁll it.

Do not pack the food in and make sure it doesn’t spill

over the top of the basket.

• Place the basket (7) inside the bowl(8), ﬁt the lid on (6),

then connect the bowl (8) to the base(1)

• Unscrew the water tank cap (4) turning it counter

clockwise and lift it up.

• Use a baby food jar (11) to ﬁll the water tank to the

right level.

WARNING!

Never ﬁll up the water tank by placing it directly under a

tap of running water (diag.D).

• Do not overﬁll the water tank, making sure it remains

below the lower edge of the black seal ﬁtted on the

tank inlet spout.

• Turn the water tank cap (4) clockwise until ﬁrmly in

place, making sure the reference marks on the cap and

tank are perfectly aligned.

• Connect the power cable to the appliance and plug the

other end into a mains socket; the display (3) will light

up and “00” will appear on the screen; this conﬁrms

that the appliance is connected to the mains and ready

to use.

WARNING! Never start the cooker without the

bowl (8) inserted in the base, without the steamer bas-

ket (7) inside the bowl (8), or without the water tank cap

tightened ﬁrmly in place; failure to observe these rec-

ommendations can damage the appliance beyond repair.

• Select the cooking time using the buttons ( to in-

crease the cooking time; to decrease it). The cook-

ing time ranges from 1 to a maximum of 3 minutes (if

you do not set a speciﬁc cooking time, the PureSteam

Cooker will automatically use the default setting of 30

minutes).

• Turn the on/off knob (2) left to start the cooking cycle:

the diagram will appear on the display to indicate

the water tank is on, and the timer will start to count-

down the remainder cooking time on the display.

• when the set cooking time expire, the cooking cycle

will switch off: at this point the PureSteam Cooker will

beep 5 times in succession and the symbol will start

ﬂashing on the display (3).

• If the water in the tank runs out before the selected

cooking time expires, the PureSteam Cooker will auto-

matically switch off the cooking cycle and an acoustic

alarm will emit a 10 second beep: the cooking cycle

symbol will disappear and the

symbol will start to

ﬂash together with the remainder cooking time; write

down the remainder time and turn the on/off knob (2)

to “0” to switch off the appliance. Now disconnect the

power cable from the mains and wait for 2 minutes be-

fore opening and removing the water tank cap to top

it up with water.

Attention: There may still be hot steam in the water tank

so be very careful when opening and removing the water

tank cap (4).

Once you have topped it up with water, put the cap back

on (4), plug the power cable into the mains and use the

and buttons to set the cooking time that you

wrote down earlier, plus a couple of extra minutes; turn

the on/off knob (2) left to switch the appliance on again.

• When the cooking cycle is running, if you wish to

change the cooking time, simply press the or

button to set the new time (never over 30 minutes).

• When the cooking cycle ends, turn the on/off switch (2)

to the central “0” position.

• Unplug the cable from the mains socket.

• Remove the bowl (8) from the base (2) and open the

transparent lid (6), paying attention as these parts can

be very hot (see the section entitled: BOWL) and there

may be some hot steam still inside the bowl.

• Use a standard oven glove to remove the steamer bas-

ket (7) from the bowl (8) as these parts may still be

very hot.

• You can either throw away or store the cooking water

found in the bowl, according to the recipe recommen-

dations or as you prefer.

When you have ﬁnished cooking, allow the appliance to

cool down completely before removing any water left in

the water tank; when you pour the liquid out, keep your

ﬁnger on the steam outlet (13) so that the liquid cannot

pass through this hole.

HOW TO USE THE BLENDER CYCLE

The Food Processor PureSteam Cooker can be used to

blend all the different foods generally used during the

weaning phase: Fruit, vegetables, meat, ﬁsh, rice etc. The

special design of the blades helps reduce the amount

of air bubbles in blended food which can cause colic in

small children.

• Check that the appliance is disconnected from the

mains and the on/off knob (2) is set to the central “0”

position.

• If the bowl (8) is ﬁtted in the base (1) remove it and

then remove the transparent lid (6), see section: BOWL).

• Remove the steamer basket (7) from the bowl (8) (if it

is still hot, follow the handling instructions in the HOW

TO USE THE COOK CYCLE section).

• Check that the blade group (9) is ﬁtted correctly and

each protection cap (9B) has been removed; see sec-

tion:: BLADE GROUP).

• Place the diced or sliced food inside the bowl (8).

WARNING! To ensure the appliance continues to

work properly, never place hard food (for instance frozen

food) inside the bowl (8) or too much food inside the

steamer basket.

• Place the transparent lid (6) on the bowl (8) and ﬁt the

bowl onto the base (1) see section: BOWL).

• Plug the power cable into a mains socket; the display

(3) will light up and “00” will appear on the screen; this

conﬁrms that the appliance is connected to the mains

and ready to use.

• Select blender mode by turning the on/off knob (2) to

the right; an indicator light will be visible on the right

of the display which indicates that the blades (9B) are

in use.

To blend the food to the desired consistency, turn and

hold the knob (2) in this position for about 10 seconds,

then turn it back to “0” for another 10 seconds; repeat

this operation until you achieve the desired results. It is

recommended to wait at least 10 seconds between one

10 second blend cycle and another; do not exceed the 10

second blend cycle time.

• Remove the food from the bowl (8) using the practical

spatula (10) included in the pack. Never use your hands

to remove the food as the blades (9) are extremely

sharp.

It is highly recommended to check the temperature of

the contents and mix them well before giving them to

children.

HOW TO WARM-UP AND DEFROST FOOD

Thanks to the “intense steam” option, the food processor

PureSteam Cooker can also be used to warm-up and de-

frost food that has been prepared in advance. To defrost

baby food stored in jars:

• Prepare the food processor PureSteam Cooker to run in

warm-up mode, following the instructions in the sec-

tion: HOW TO USE THE COOKER CYCLE

In short:

a) insert the baby food jar (11) without its lid inside the

baby food jar basket (12);

b) place the baby food jar basket inside the empty bowl

making sure the rod on the bottom of the bowl is slotted

into the hole under the baby food jar basket properly.

Do not insert jars that are larger than those in the baby

food jar basket.

• Note: Warm-up or defrost times can vary according to

the temperature and amount of food in question;

follow these default instructions and adapt as

necessary:

- Warm-up mode: 80 g of food takes about 15 minutes

to cook; 120 g of food takes about 20 minutes to cook;

if the baby food jars have been removed from the

fridge, double these times.

- Defrost mode: set the cooking time to about 20 min-

utes; this operation may need repeating according to

the amount of food and how compact it is. Once the

food has defrosted, you can cook/warm-up the con-

tents following the relative instructions.

- When the warm-up cycle has been completed, remove

the baby food jar basket paying attention as it could

still be very hot. Use of oven gloves or pads is highly

recommended.

Warming up diced food

• Prepare the FOOD PROCESSOR

- PURESTEAM COOKER to warm-up diced food follow-

ing the instructions in the section: HOW TO USE THE

COOKER CYCLE

WARNING! Never reheat food more than once, or

for over an hour, in accordance with food hygiene and

biological safety practices.

VI. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

It is necessary to remove the bowl (8) and all its ac-

cessories from the base (1) in order to clean the FOOD

PROCESSOR - PURESTEAM COOKER thoroughly.

WARNING! Never immerse the base (1) in water or any

other liquids. Never place the base (1) under running

water.

CLEANING THE BASE/TANK/MOTOR UNIT

Unplug the appliance from the mains to disconnect the

power supply. Leave it to cool down.

Clean the appliance using soft cloths only. Do not place

the base (1) in the dishwasher or under running water; do

not immerse it in any liquids.

CLEANING THE BOWL AND ACCESSORIES

The bowl (8) and all its plastic accessories (lid, basket,

handle, spatula, baby food jars, baby food jar warm-up

basket, must all be hand washed using standard washing

up liquid (never use abrasive products).

Never wash the bowl (8) without removing the blade

group (9) or any other contents still inside.

CLEANING THE BLADE GROUP

To reduce the risk/protect the blades against rust or cor-

rosion, the blade group (9) must always be washed and

dried thoroughly each time they are used.

Before removing the blade group (9) from the bowl (8),

rinse it thoroughly and remove all food residue.

Remove the blade group (9) following the instructions

provided in the blade group user instructions section.

Remove each blade protection cap (9B) (if ﬁtted).

Use soap and water, or neutral detergent, to clean the

blades (9 a), being very careful as they are all very sharp.

Aggressive detergents, such as bleach or peroxides, can

be hazardous for the steel compound and the blades may

become marked or rust beyond repair.

It is prohibited to use detergents containing chlorine or

chlorine by-products.

Rinse thoroughly under running water and dry gently us-

ing a soft (non abrasive) cloth.

Warning! Do not place the blades in the dishwasher

as the humid environment, combined with the cleaning

salts, can cause rusting.

WATER TANK MAINTENANCE

When the water tank is used, it is normal for limescale to

form inside the tank; if this is left to accumulate, how-

ever, it can compromise the functions of the appliance

and must therefore be removed every now and again.

Do not use standard limescale removers (liquids, pow-

ders, tabs etc.) available on the market as they could

contain toxic substances which are not suitable for con-

tact with foodstuffs; to clean the tank, proceed as fol-

lows:

Check that:

• the power cable is unplugged from the mains, and the

other end is disconnected from the appliance

• the appliance and water tank have both cooled down

completely

• the on/off knob (2) is set to the central position

marked “0”.

Unscrew the water tank cap (4) counter clockwise.

WARNING! Never switch the appliance ON when

the tank is being soaked in the water-white vinegar lime-

scale remover mix.

a) Use your ﬁnger to close and keep the steam outlet

(13) closed.

b) Take a baby food jar (11) and make up a limescale

remover solution using equal amounts of cold drinking

water and white wine vinegar

WARNING!: do not overﬁll the water tank, making

sure it remains below the lower edge of the black seal

ﬁtted on the tank inlet spout.

c) Use your ﬁnger to keep the steam outlet (13) closed,

insert and close the tank cap (4) and give the appli-

ance a quick shake.

d) Leave the limescale remover to act at least overnight

e) Use your ﬁnger to keep the steam outlet (13) closed,

and give the appliance another quick shake.

f) Remove the water tank cap (4) and, keeping the steam

outlet (13) closed with your ﬁnger, pour out all the

solution into the sink.

N.B. IMPORTANT: it is completely normal to ﬁnd dark

coloured residue as this is caused by the salts and min-

erals found in standard tap water (in varying amounts

according to the hardness of the water in the area); when

the appliance is being used, this residue deposits on the

base and walls of the tank and can be removed using the

water and vinegar limescale remover solution.

g) Use your ﬁnger to keep the steam outlet (13) closed,

ﬁll the tank again with cold drinking water, insert and

close the tank cap (4) and give the appliance a quick

shake.

h) Remove the water tank cap (4) and, keeping the steam

outlet (13) closed with your ﬁnger, pour out all the

water into the sink.

i) Repeat the procedures in points g) and h) until there is

no residue left inside the tank. The tank cleaning pro-

cedure has now been completed.

If large amounts of limescale have formed and prove

very difﬁcult to remove, repeat the operation increasing

the percentage of vinegar in the solution.

The frequency with which the limescale is removed de-

pends on how often the appliance is used and the hard-

ness of the water. If the appliance is used often and/or

the water in the area is very hard, it may be necessary to

remove the limescale more often.

Standard practice recommends that these operations

should be performed at least once a fortnight.

VII. BABY FOOD STORAGE JARS

The food processor PureSteam Cooker pack also includes

2 practical jars to store baby food or carry it when out

and about. These jars are made from shock-proof plastic

and can be used both in the fridge and to warm-up the

contents (using the food processor PureSteam Cooker, a

bain-marie saucepan, traditional methods or in the mi-

crowave).

The jars have a graduated scale on the side to measure

liquids and baby foods more easily.

When the jars are used to warm-up baby food, follow the

instructions below:

• Always remove the jar lids when warming up baby food.

• Do not place the jar directly onto heating plates, open

ﬂame hobs or in the oven.

• Never reheat baby food more than once, and/or for

over an hour.

At the end of the warm-up cycle:

• Be very careful when handling jars as they could be very

hot and cause burns.

• At the end of the warm-up cycle, always mix the con-

tents of the jar so that the temperature is even.

• Always check that the temperature of the contents is

not too hot before giving it to children.

VIII. TROUBLESHOOTING

IF THE FOOD PROCESSOR PURESTEAM COOKER

DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY

• Check that the power plug is plugged into the mains

properly.

• Check there is no visible damage to the cable or ap-

pliance.

• Check that the display is on.

• Check that the bowl (8) is correctly ﬁtted on the base

(1), (check that the ﬁtting indicator marks are aligned

properly as indicated in the user instructions section:

the bowl).

• Check that the transparent lid (6) is correctly ﬁtted

on the bowl, (check that the ﬁtting indicator marks are

aligned properly as indicated in the user instructions

section: the bowl).

• Check that the bowl fastener knob (5) is turned the

right way (as indicated in the user instructions section:

the bowl).

• Should the product still not work, please contact your

retailer.

IF YOU PUT TOO MUCH FOOD OR EXCESSIVELY

HARD FOOD IN THE FOOD PROCESSOR PURESTEAM

COOKER

If too much food, or excessively hard food, is placed in

the bowl, this may block the rotation of the blades. In

this case, proceed as follows:

• Do not try to use the motor as this could damage it

beyond repair.

• Unplug the appliance from the mains to disconnect all

power supply.

• Remove the bowl (8) following the steps indicated in

the user instructions section: the bowl, and carefully

release the blades, using a wooden cooking utensil if

necessary (e.g.: a wooden spoon).

• Remove the excess food from the bowl and/or remove

all excessively hard contents.

WARNING!

• Never place your hands inside the bowl (8) to release

the blade group (9) as this could cause serious injuries.

• Placing very hard food in the bowl (8) could break the

blades and become very hazardous for the user.

- Перед каждым использованием проверять, что все

компоненты (в частности, прозрачная чаша и основа-

ние) правильно собраны.

- Не рекомендуется использовать этот прибор для раз-

мельчения особо твердых продуктов, например, замо-

роженных, поскольку это может привести к поврежде-

нию ножей.

Откручивать или снимать колпачок с нагревательного

бачкаможно только через две минуты после выклю-

чения прибора

Запрещается наполнять нагревательный бачок лю-

быми жидкостями, кроме питьевой воды. Для ухода

за нагревательным бачком должны использовать-

ся только те средства, которые указаны в разделе

«ТЕХОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ НАГРЕВАТЕЛЬНОГО БАЧКА»

- Чтобы избежать окисления ножей, требуется тщатель-

но их очищать и вытирать насухо после каждого ис-

пользования.

- Данный аппарат не содержит частей или компонентов,

которые пользователь может починить самостоятель-

но. Не следует пытаться вскрывать его или ремонтиро-

вать. В случае поломки прибора обратиться за помо-

щью к квалифицированному компетентному персона-

лу или в компанию Artsana S.p.A..

- Вскрытие прибора проводится только с помощью спе-

циальных инструментов.

- Использовать только шнур питания, поставляемый

вместе с прибором.

- Для замены шнура питания обращаться исключитель-

но в компанию Artsana S.p.A.

- Неправильно проведенный ремонт может привести к

повреждению прибора или травмированию физиче-

ских лиц.

- Утилизация упаковки, изнашиваемых принадлежно-

стей или самого прибора должна выполняться путем

дифференциального сбора отходов, согласно законо-

дательству, действующему в каждой конкретной стра-

не.

- Прибор, его принадлежности и части упаковки (пла-

стиковые пакеты, картонные коробки и пр.) являют-

ся источником потенциальной опасности для детей.

Храните их вдали от детей.

Запрещается очищать прибор или выполнять его техоб-

служивания, если он подключен к сети питания или не

полностью остыл.

IV. ПОДГОТОВКА ИЗДЕЛИЯ

ПЕРЕД ПЕРВЫМ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЕМ:

1) Извлечь прибор и принадлежности из упаковки,

проверить их целостность (при обнаружении явных

дефектов или подозрений на них не использовать

прибор и/или его принадлежности). Достать руковод-

ство пользователя, сборник с рецептами и дополни-

тельные иллюстративные листкивнимательно озна-

комиться с ними и сохранить на будущее

ВНИМАНИЕ! Упаковка и ее части должны хранить-

ся в недоступном для детей месте, поскольку являются

источником опасности удушения (пакеты) или заглаты-

вания мелких деталей

ВАЖНОЕ ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ как и всякая электриче-

ская аппаратура, предназначенная для контакта с пи-

щевыми продуктами, перед первым использованием

данная пароварка требует тщательной очистки с целью

соблюдения санитарно-гигиенических норм.

При первом включении прибора возможно появление

легкого запаха - это нормально.

2) Процедура очистки прибора:

a) Вставить в чашу (8) паровую корзину для готовки (7),

закрыть чашу (8) прозрачной крышкой (6) и вставить

чашу в прибор, как указано в разделе V. ИНСТРУКЦИЯ

ПО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ

b) Полностью наполнить нагревательный бачок холод-

ной питьевой водой, надеть колпачок и закрутить его.

c) Задать на дисплее (3) время приготовления

- 30 минут и включить прибор, повернув влево переклю-

чатель.

d) По окончании цикла дождаться полного охлаждения

прибора и нагревательного бачка, вынуть вилку из

электрической розетки, извлечь чашу (8), вылить из

нее оставшуюся воду и промыть теплой водой с обыч-

ным моющим средством для посуды саму чашу, кор-

зину и крышку чаши, затем ополоснуть их, вытереть

насухо и убрать на хранение в чистое сухое место.

e) Закрыть пальцем отверстие для выхода пара (13).

f) Полностью наполнить нагревательный бачок холод-

ной водой из-под крана.

g) Закрыть колпачком нагревательный бачок (4) и бы-

стро встряхнуть прибор.

h) Снять колпачок с нагревательного бачка (4) и, удер-

живая закрытым отверстие для выхода пара (13),

слить в мойку всю воду из прибора.

i) Повторить операции e) - f) - g) – h)

ВНИМАНИЕ! Запрещается мыть или погружать в

воду основание (1)!

Перед выполнением описанной выше процедуры очист-

ки следует убедиться в том, что из чаши (8) извлечены

все компоненты, за исключением паровой корзины (7).

V. ИНСТРУКЦИЯ ПО ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЮ

ЧАША

Как снять с блокировки и извлечь чашу (8) из основания (1):

i. Установить переключатель (2) в центральное положе-

ние, соответствующее «0».

Примечание: Исходя из соображений безопасности

чашу (8) вместе с крышкой можно снимать только, когда

переключатель (2) установлен на «0».

ii. Повернуть ручку для блокировки чаши (5) против ча-

совой стрелки (рис. C1) и вынуть назад чашу (8) из свое-

го гнезда (рис.A).

Как открыть прозрачную крышку чаши (6):

i. Поднять прозрачную крышку чаши (6) и снять ее.

Как закрыть прозрачную крышку чаши (6):

i. Вставить крышку в чашу (6), совмещая соответствую-

щие отметки (рис.B).

Как установить чашу с крышкой в основание:

J Взять чашу за ручку и вставить ее в основание (рис.

А) до упора в соответствующее гнездо; проверить, что

чаша надежно закреплена на выступе, имеющемся в

опорном основании

JJПовернуть ручку блокировки по часовой стрелке

(рис$, чтобы заблокировать чашу

ǠǬǧǫǞǬǧǤИсходя из соображений безопасности,

запрещается включать приготовление на паруесли

паровая корзинаили корзина для разогрева кон-

тейнеров с детским питаниемне вставлены в чашу



чашабез крышкиили с неправильно установ-

ленной крышкой

в чашу установлен блендер.

БЛЕНДЕР

Как закрепить блендер (9) в чаше (8):

i. Убедиться, что с ножей блендера (9) сняты защитные

чехлы (9B). В противном случае их следует осторожно

снять, учитывая, что ножи (9A) остро заточены.

ii. Аккуратно взять блендер (9) и вставить его в чашу (8)

так, чтобы он плотно закрепился на центральном метал-

лическом штифте, выходящем из дна чаши (8).

Как извлечь блендер (9) из чаши (8):

i. Приподнять блендер (9) из чаши (8) и вынуть его

другие компоненты;

с ножей блендера (9А) сняты защитные чехлы #;

крышка правильно установлена на чашу (8);

чаша  правильно зафиксирована в основании  и

ручка крепления  заблокирована в положении за-

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЕ НА ПАРУ

КАК ГОТОВИТЬ ПИЩУ

Cuocipappa “Здоровая пища” служит для приготовления

на пару фруктововощей, мяса, рыбы, риса и других про-

дуктовпригодных для этого типа тепловой обработки

Система приготовленная на интенсивном паруобеспе-

чивает поступление пара в чашу. Эта система идеаль-

но подходит для приготовления пищи в период отнятия

детей от груди, поскольку гарантирует сохранность бел-

ков и витаминов в продуктах.

Примечание: приготовление прекращается, если израс-

ходована вода в нагревательном бачке или если исте-

кло заданное для приготовления время.

Время для приготовления указано в прилагающемся

сборнике рецептов

tЕсли вода в бачке будет израсходована до истечения

заданного времени пароварка «4BOPWBQPSF» авто-

матически прерывает приготовление и подает не-

прерывный звуковой сигнал в течение 10 секунд на

дисплее гаснет иконка , указывающая на процесс

приготовления, и начинает мигать иконка вместе

с указанием времени, оставшегося до конца приготов-

ления. Необходимо пометить себе оставшееся время,

выключить прибор путем установки переключателя 

в центральное положение на «0»вынуть вилку шнура

питания из электрической розетки и подождать не ме-

нее 2 минут, затем раскрутить и снять колпачок с бачка

(4), чтобы долить воду

Внимание!Внутри бачка может находиться горячий пар

открывать и вынимать колпачок  следует с особой

осторожностью

После добавления воды вернуть на место и закрутить

колпачок , вставить вилку прибора в электрическую

розетку и задать на дисплее кнопками или остав-

шееся (предварительное отмеченное для себя) время

приготовления, увеличив его на пару минут, затем вклю-

чить прибор, повернув переключательвлево

tЕсли требуется изменить время уже после начала об-

ычного приготовления достаточно нажать на кнопки

или (время задается не более, чем наминут

tПо окончании приготовления повернуть переключа-

тельв центральное положение на «0»

tВынуть вилку из электрической розетки

tОсторожно вынуть чашуиз основанияи открыть

прозрачную крышку, учитывая, что эти части могут

и внутри чаши образуется очень горячий пар

tОсторожно извлечь паровую корзину  из чаши ,

используя защитные рукавички

tОставшуюся на дне чаши воду можно вылить или со-

хранить, по желанию или согласно указаниям рецепта

По окончании приготовления и после полного охлажде-

ния прибора удалить оставшуюся воду.Чтобы она слу-

чайно не попала внутрь прибора через отверстие для

выхода пара, закрыть отверстие пальцем

КАК ПЮРИРОВАТЬ ПРОДУКТЫ

Пароварка «4BOPWBQPSF» обеспечивает пюрирование

всех пищевых продуктов, обычно вводимых в питание

детей на этапе отлучения от грудифрукты, овощи, мясо,

рыбу, рис и пр. Благодаря особой форме ножей бленде-

ра в приготовленных пароваркой «4BOPWBQPSF» пюриро-

ванных продуктах уменьшается количество воздушных

пузырьков, вызывающих колики у детей

VI. УХОД И ОЧИСТКА

Запрещается мыть основаниев посудомойной маши-

не, под проточной водой или погружать ее в жидкости

ЧИСТКА ЧАШИ И ПРИНАДЛЕЖНОСТЕЙ

Чашу и пластмассовые принадлежностикрышку, па-

ровую корзину, ручкулопатку, контейнеры для детского

мыть вручную с помощью обычного моющего средства

ЧИСТКА БЛЕНДЕРА

Чтобы избежать/уменьшить опасность окисления и

коррозии ножей, чистка и сушка блендера  должна

выполняться после каждого использования

Перед повторной установкой блендерав чашу его

следует тщательно ополоснуть и удалить остатки еды

Вынуть блендер  как указано в инструкциях по ис-

пользованию в разделе, посвященном блендеру

Удалить все защитные чехлы# с ножейесли они оста-

лись

Вымыть ножи " водой с мылом или с нейтральным

моющим средством, аккуратно обращаясь с режущими

кромками Агрессивные моющие средства, такие как

отбеливатели могут отрицательно воздействовать на

металлоставляя пятна и вызывая окисление

Строго запрещается использовать моющие средства,

содержащие хлор или его составляющие

Тщательно прополоскать под проточной водой и сразу

вытереть насухо мягкой тряпкойне абразивной

Внимание!Не следует мыть ножи в посудомойной

машине, поскольку влажная среда совместно с солями

может вызвать их окисление

ТЕХОБСЛУЖИВАНИЕ НАГРЕВАТЕЛЬНОГО БАЧКА

Во время нормального использования прибора вну-

три бачка образовывается накипь, которая со вре-

менем может отрицательно сказаться на его работе

Следовательно, необходимо периодически удалять

накипь.

Не использовать для этого средства для удаления на-

кипижидкие, порошковые, в таблетках и т.п, которые

обычно представлены в продаже, поскольку они могут

содержать токсичные вещества, не предназначенные

для контакта с пищевыми продуктами. Ниже предлага-

ется процедура по удалению накипи:

Убедиться в том, что

· вилка шнура питания извлечена из электрической ро-

зетки, разъем шнура питания извлечен из прибора;

· прибор и нагревательный бачок полностью остыли;

· переключательустановлен в вертикальное положе-

ние на «0».

Раскрутить колпачок бачка против часовой стрелки

ВНИМАНИЕ!Запрещается включать прибор, если

внутри него имеется водно-уксусный раствор для уда-

ления накипи 

a) Закрыть пальцем отверстие для выхода пара (13).

b) Заполнить бачок раствором из холодной питьевой

воды и белого винного уксуса в равных частях, ис-

пользуя контейнер для детского питания (11).

ВНИМАНИЕ!Запрещается переполнять бачок, уро-

вень воды не должен превышать нижний край черной

прокладки на входном отверстии бачка

c) Закрыв пальцем отверстие для выхода парауста-

новить и закрутить колпачок бачкабыстро встрях-

нуть прибор.

d) Оставить раствор для удаления накипи не менее, чем

на ночь.

e) Закрыв пальцем отверстие для выхода пара (13), бы-

стро встряхнуть прибор.

f) Снять колпачок с нагревательного бачкаи, удержи-

вая закрытым отверстие для выхода пара, слить в

мойку весь раствор из бачка

ВАЖНОЕ ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: выходящие остатки, даже тем-

ного цвета, абсолютно нормальны, так как являются

остатками солей и минералов, содержащихся/раство-

ренных во взятой из-под крана водеих количество

зависит от качества и жесткости воды в водопроводной

сети). Во время нормального использования изделия та-

кие осадки оседают на дне и на стенках нагревательно-

го бачка и затем удаляются с помощью водно-уксусного

раствора

g) Закрыв пальцем отверстие для выхода пара (13), сно-

ва заполнить бачок холодной питьевой водой из-под

крана, установить и закрутить колпачок бачка (4), бы-

стро встряхнуть прибор.

h) Удерживая закрытым отверстие для выхода пара,

снять колпачок с нагревательного бачка (4) и слить в

мойку всю воду из него.

i) Повторить все действия из пунктов g) и h) до полного

удаления остатков из бачка. После этого очистка бачка

считается корректно выполненной.

В случае устойчивой и/или обильной накипи повторить

операцию, увеличив процентное содержание уксуса

Частота удаления накипи зависит от интенсивности ис-

пользования изделия и от жесткости водыЧем интен-

сивнее используется изделие и/или чем жестче вода,

тем чаще следует удалять накипь

Рекомендуется выполнять вышеописанные операции

раз вдней

VII. КОНТЕЙНЕРЫ ДЛЯ ДЕТСКОГО ПИТАНИЯ

В комплект поставки пароварки «4BOPWBQPSF» входят

удобных контейнера для хранения и перевозки детско-

го питания.Они выполнены из прочного противоудар-

ного пластика и могут использоваться как для хранения

детского питания в холодильнике, так и для его разогре-

вав пароварке «4BOPWBQPSF»на водяной бане oтради-

ционным способом oили в микроволновой печи

На контейнерах имеется градуированная шкала для из-

мерения жидкостей или детского питания.

При использовании контейнеров с целью разогрева

пищи следует придерживаться таких указаний

tВо время разогрева пищи обязательно снимать крыш-

ки с контейнеров

tНе ставить контейнер прямо на электрические, газо-

вые конфорки или в духовку

tНе разогревать детское питание повторно и/или более

часа

По окончании разогрева:

tОсторожно обращаться с контейнером, чтобы не ошпа-

риться (она может сильно нагреться

tОбязательно перемешать разогретую пищу для равно-

мерного распределения температуры

tПеред кормлением ребенка обязательно убедиться,

что пища не обжигает

ПРИ ИЗЛИШНЕМ ЗАПОЛНЕНИИ ПАРОВАРКИ

«SANOVAPORE» ИЛИ ПРИ ВВОДЕ ТВЕРДЫХ

ПРОДУКТОВ

Заполнение чаши излишними или слишком твердыми

продуктами может заблокировать ножиВ этом случае

tНе принуждать двигатель к работе, чтобы не вывести

его из строя
