INSTRUCTIONS DE SÉCURITÉ
Ce manuel d’utilisation comprend des indications sur le fonctionnement
de votre appareil et les précautions à suivre pour votre sécurité. Merci
de le lire attentivement avant la première utilisation et de le conserver
soigneusement pour toute relecture future. Ces instructions doivent
être lues et bien comprises avant toute opération. Toute modification
ou maintenance non indiquée dans le manuel ne doit pas être
entreprise. Tout dommage corporel ou matériel dû à une utilisation
non-conforme aux instructions de ce manuel ne pourra être retenu à
la charge du fabricant. En cas de problème ou d’incertitude, veuillez
consulter une personne qualifiée pour manier correctement l’appareil.
Cet appareil doit être utilisé uniquement pour faire du démarrage et/
ou de l’alimentation dans les limites indiquées sur l’appareil et le
manuel. Il faut respecter les instructions relatives à la sécurité. En cas
d’utilisation inadéquate ou dangereuse, le fabricant ne pourra être
tenu responsable.
Appareil destiné à un usage à l’intérieur. Il ne doit pas être exposé
à la pluie.
Cet appareil peut être utilisé par des enfants âgés d’au moins 8 ans
et par des personnes ayant des capacités physiques, sensorielles ou
mentales réduites ou dénuées d’expérience ou de connaissance, s’ils
(si elles) sont correctement surveillé(e)s ou si des instructions relatives
à l’utilisation de l’appareil en toute sécurité leur ont été données et
si les risques encourus ont été appréhendés. Les enfants ne doivent
pas jouer avec l’appareil. Le nettoyage et l’entretien par l’usager ne
doivent pas être effectués par des enfants sans surveillance.
A n’utiliser en aucun cas pour charger des piles ou des batteries non-
rechargeables.
Utiliser exclusivement le chargeur fourni avec l’appareil pour la
recharge des batteries.
Ne pas utiliser l’appareil, si le cordon de charge est endommagé ou
présente un défaut d’assemblage, afin d’éviter tout risque de court-
circuit de la batterie (Chargeur du NOMAD POWER).
Ne jamais charger une batterie gelée ou endommagée.
Ne pas couvrir l’appareil.
Ne pas placer l’appareil à proximité d’une source de chaleur et à
des températures durablement élevées (supérieurs à 50°C).
Risque d’explosion ou de projection d’acide en cas de mise en court-
circuit des pinces ou en cas d’une connexion du booster 12V sur un
véhicule 24V ou inversement.
Le mode de fonctionnement automatique ainsi que les restrictions
applicables à l’utilisation sont expliqués ci-après dans ce mode
d’emploi.
Risque d’explosion et d’incendie!
Une batterie en charge peut émettre des gaz explosif.
• Eviter les flammes et les étincelles. Ne pas fumer.

• En cas de contact avec les yeux ou la peau, rincer immédiatement

Connexion / déconnexion :
• Déconnecter l’alimentation avant de brancher ou de débrancher
les connexions sur la batterie.

Entretien :
• Le câble d’alimentation ne peut pas être remplacé. Si le câble est
endommagé, il convient de mettre l’appareil au rebut (Chargeur
du NOMAD POWER).
• L’entretien ne doit être effectué que par une personne qualifiée.
• Avertissement ! Débrancher toujours la fiche de la prise secteur
avant d’effectuer des travaux sur l’appareil.
• N’utiliser en aucun cas des solvants ou autres produits nettoyants
agressifs.
• Nettoyer les surfaces de l’appareil à l’aide d’un chiffon sec.

Mise au rebut :
• Ce matériel fait l’objet d’une collecte sélective. Ne pas jeter dans
une poubelle domestique.
• La batterie doit être retirée de l’appareil avant que celui-ci ne soit
mis au rebut.

L’appareil doit impérativement être déconnecté du réseau
d’alimentation avant de retirer la batterie.

DESCRIPTION DE L’APPAREIL
Grâce à leur batterie lithium-ion haute performance (PRO 12 XL : 118,4 Wh - PRO 24 XL : 236,8 Wh), les NOMAD
POWER PRO 12XL / PRO 24XL assurent 3 fonctions :
• Démarrage instantané des véhicules :
- PRO 12 XL : équipés d’une batterie 12 V (6 éléments de 2V), tels que les automobiles, véhicules utilitaires,
camping-car, bateaux, véhicules agricoles, etc.
- PRO 24 XL : équipés d’une batterie 24 V (12 éléments de 2V), tels que les bus, camions, engins de chantier, etc.
• Alimentation 12 V de tous les appareils électroniques via leurs ports USB et/ou ports allume-cigare. La plupart des
téléphones portables, smart phones, appareils de jeu portables, glacières électriques, etc, peuvent être chargés avec
les accessoires inclus.
• Éclairage d’assistance.

1 - Brancher l’adaptateur voiture (11) sur la prise allume cigare du véhicule.
2 - Brancher au port de charge 18 V/2 A (7) du NOMAD POWER l’autre extrémité de
l’adaptateur pour démarrer la charge.
FIXATION AVEC LA SANGLE
Placer le NOMAD POWER sur une surface plane. Le xer en insérant la sangle de sécurité
dans la poignée et en l’attachant solidement au véhicule à l’aide du mousqueton fourni.
UTILISATION COMME BOOSTER
RECHARGER LA BATTERIE DU NOMAD POWER avant la première utilisation et après chaque utilisation.
Avant toute utilisation, bien s’assurer que le NOMAD POWER est chargé à 50% minimum de sa capacité de
charge. Un booster chargé garantie le démarrage de véhicule et permet la possibilité d’utiliser les 118,4 Wh
(PRO 12 XL) / 236,8 Wh (PRO 24 XL) pour charger un grand nombre d’accessoires.

Allumer le booster en appuyant sur l’interrupteur principal (2), il devient lumineux et l’af-
cheur s’allume.

Débrancher la pince rouge et la pince noire du booster. Un «8» clignotant rouge et vert ap-
parait sur l’afcheur. Il indique que le chargeur recherche une batterie.

1- Brancher la pince rouge au (+) de votre batterie.
2- Brancher la pince noire le plus éloigné possible d’un tuyau ou d’un raccord de carburant
et le plus proche possible de la masse du démarreur.
L’indicateur LED afche un «8» vert pour indiquer que la batterie est détectée et correcte-
ment connectée.
Si le voyant (8) s’allume et un «8» rouge apparait sur l’afcheur, cela signie qu’il y
a une erreur qui doit être corrigée. Consulter les codes défauts (PRO 12 XL) ou le
tableau «Anomalie, Causes, remèdes» (PRO 24 XL) de cette notice.

Tourner la clé de contact en position de marche et démarrer le moteur.

Une fois le démarrage effectué, débrancher les pinces de la batterie puis remettre les pinces
en place sur le booster.

7 Éteindre l’appareil.
UTILISATION DE LA BATTERIE INTERNE DU BOOSTER
Lorsque la batterie du véhicule est trop déchargée, il est possible d’utiliser la batterie du booster comme source
d’énergie pour effectuer le démarrage. Procéder comme suit :
1. Débrancher les cosses du bloc moteur de la batterie du véhicule.
2. Relier les cosses du bloc moteur aux pinces du NOMAD POWER. Le booster ne détecte pas de batterie, un «8»
clignotant rouge et vert apparait sur l’afcheur.
3. Appuyer 3 secondes sur le bouton ON (4). L’indicateur LED afche un «8» vert pour indiquer que la batterie lithium
du NOMAD POWER devient la source d’énergie principale du véhicule.
4. Effectuer le démarrage. Le moteur se sert de l’énergie fournie par la batterie lithium du NOMAD POWER PRO XL
pour démarrer.
5. Relier de nouveau les cosses du bloc moteur à la batterie du véhicule.
Une fois le véhicule démarré, le bloc moteur doit toujours être alimenté par une batterie.
Le raccordement des cosses du bloc moteur à la batterie du véhicule doit s’effectuer avant
de débrancher les pinces du NOMAD POWER des cosses.
CHARGE DE TÉLÉPHONES PORTABLES
Le NOMAD POWER est équipé de deux ports USB (6) et d’un câble USB 3-en-1 (USB-C, connections Micro USB) (13)
offrant une exibilité pour la plupart des téléphones ou tablettes. Des accessoires USB standard supplémentaires
peuvent également être utilisés (non inclus).

Protection thermique du booster.
Le booster est en surchauffe car la tempéra-
ture ambiante est élevée. Attendre quelques
minutes que le booster refroidisse avant de
retenter un démarrage.
Court-circuit. Batterie endomagée. Changer la batterie.
Un «8» rouge xe apparaît sur l’écran LCD
dès l’allumage du booster.
La batterie est fortement déchargée
(<4 V).
Remplacer la batterie du véhicule.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
La garantie couvre tous défauts ou vices de fabrication pendant 2 ans, à compter de la date d’achat (pièces et main
d’oeuvre).
La garantie ne couvre pas :
• Toutes autres avaries dues au transport.
• L’usure normale des pièces (Ex. : câbles, pinces, etc.).
• Les incidents dus à un mauvais usage (erreur d’alimentation, chute, démontage).
• Les pannes liées à l’environnement (pollution, rouille, poussière).
En cas de panne, retourner l’appareil à votre distributeur, en y joignant :
- un justicatif d’achat daté (ticket de sortie de caisse, facture….)
- une note explicative de la panne.

This device may be used by children from age 8 and by persons

Cleaning and servicing tasks may not be carried out by children

Do not use for charging non-rechargeable batteries
Do not use any charger other than the one supplied with the machine
to charge the batteries.
Do not use the device if the charging cable appears to be damaged
or assembled incorrectly in order to avoid any risk of short circuiting
the battery (NOMAD POWER charger).
Never charge a frozen or damaged battery.
Do not cover the device
Do not place the device near a fire or subject it to heat or to longterm
temperatures exceeding 50°C
Risk of explosion or acid projection if the clamps are short-circuited
or if the 12V booster is connected to a 24V vehicle or vice versa.
The automatic mode of operation and usage restrictions are
explained below in these operating instructions.

A battery being charged can emit explosive gas.
• Avoid flames and sparks. Do not smoke.
• Protect the electrical contacts of the battery against short-circuiting.
Acid projection hazard!
• Wear safety goggles and protective gloves
• If your eyes or skin come into contact with battery acid, rinse the
affected part of the body with plenty of water and seek immediate
medical assistance.

Connection / disconnection:
• Disconnect the power supply before connecting/disconnecting
the device to/from the battery.
Class II device (NOMAD POWER charger)
Class III device (NOMAD POWER).
Maintenance:
• The power supply cable cannot be replaced. If the cable is
damaged,the device should not be used (NOMAD POWER
charger).
• Service should be performed by a qualified person
• Warning! Always remove the power plug from the wall socket
before carrying out any work on the device.
• Under no circumstances should solvents or other aggressive
cleaning agents be used.
• Clean the device’s surfaces with a soft, dry cloth.

1 - Plug the car adaptor (11) to the vehicle’s cigarette lighter socket.
2 - Connect the other end of the adapter to the 18 V/2 A charging port (7) of the NOMAD
POWER to start charging.
STRAP FASTENING
Put the NOMAD POWER on a at surface. Secure it by inserting the safety strap into the
handle and attaching it securely to the vehicle using the carabine hook provided.
USE AS A BOOSTER
RECHARGE THE NOMAD POWER before rst use and after each use.
Before use, make sure that the NOMAD POWER is charged to at least 50% of its load capacity. A charged
booster guarantees vehicle starting and allows the 118.4 Wh (PRO 12 XL) / 236.8 Wh (PRO 24 XL) to be
used to charge a wide range of accessories.

Disconnect the red and black clamps from the booster. A ashing red and green «8» appears
on the display. It indicates that the charger is looking for a battery.

1- Connect the red clamp to the (+) of the battery.
2- Connect the black clamp as far as possible from a fuel hose or tting and as close as
possible to the starter ground.
The LED indicator shows a green «8» to indicate that the battery is detected and properly
connected.
If the LED (8) lights up and a red «8» appears on the display, it means that there
is an error that needs to be corrected. Refer to the fault codes (PRO 12 XL) or the
table «Troubleshooting» (PRO 24 XL) of this manual.

Turn the ignition key to the on position and start the engine.

After starting, disconnect the battery clamps from the battery and replace the clamps on the
booster.

USE OF THE BOOSTER’S INTERNAL BATTERY
When the vehicle battery is too discharged, the booster battery can be used as a power source for starting. Proceed
as follows:
1. Disconnect the engine block terminals from the vehicle battery.
2. Connect the terminals of the engine block to the clamps of the nomad power. The booster does not detect a battery,
a ashing red and green «8» appears on the display.
3. Press the on button (4) for 3 seconds. The led indicator displays a green «8» to indicate that the nomad power’s
lithium battery is becoming the vehicle’s primary power source.
4. Performing a start. The engine uses the power from the nomad power pro xl’s lithium battery for starting.
5. Reconnect the terminals of the engine block to the vehicle battery.
Once the vehicle is started, the engine block must always be powered by a battery.
The connection of the engine block terminals to the vehicle battery must be made before
disconnecting the NOMAD POWER clamps from the terminals.

The battery is heavily discharged (<4V). Replace the vehicle battery.
WARRANTY
The warranty covers faulty workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase (parts and labour).
The warranty does not cover:
• Transit damage.
• Normal wear of parts (eg. : cables, clamps, etc..).
• Damages due to misuse (power supply error, dropping of equipment, disassembling).
• Environment related failures (pollution, rust, dust).
In case of failure, return the unit to your distributor together with:

Nehmen Sie die rote Klemme und die schwarze Klemme vom Booster ab. Eine blinkende rote
und grüne «8» wird, solange das Gerät nicht mit einer Batterie verbunden ist.

1- Befestigen Sie die rote Klemme am Pluspol (+) Ihrer Batterie.
2- Befestigen Sie die schwarze Klemme an einer blanken Stelle der Karosserie, in aus-
reichendem Abstand zu Brennstofeitungen und Batterie und so nah wie möglich zum
Anlasser.
Die LED-Anzeige zeigt eine grüne «8» an. Dies bedeutet, dass eine Batterie erkannt wurde
und diese korrekt angeschlossen ist.
Die Fehler-LED (8) und ein rotes «8» auf dem Anzeigefeld zeigen einen Fehler
an. Beachten Sie die Fehlercodes (PRO 12 XL) oder die Tabelle «Fehler, Ursache,
Lösung» (PRO 24 XL) dieses Handbuchs.

Starten Sie den Motor des Fahrzeugs.

7 Schalten Sie das Gerät aus.
VERWENDUNG DER INTERNEN BATTERIE DES BOOSTERS
Bei einer tiefentladenen Fahrzeugbatterie kann der Booster zum direkten Starten des Fahrzeugs verwendet werden.
Gehen Sie vor wie folgt :
1. Entfernen Sie die Anschlüsse des Motorblocks von der Batterie des Fahrzeugs.
2. Verbinden Sie die Anschlüsse des Motorblocks mit den Klemmen des NOMAD POWER PRO. Der Booster erkennt
keine Batterie; eine rot und grün blinkende «8» erscheint auf dem Anzeigefeld.
3. Drücken Sie 3 Sekunden lang die Taste ON (4). Die LED-Anzeige zeigt eine grüne «8» an und die Lithium-Batterie
des NOMAD POWER PRO wird zur Energiequelle des Fahrzeugs.
4. Starten Sie das Fahrzeug. Der Motor bezieht Energie aus der Lithium-Batterie des NOMAD POWER PRO XL zum
Starten.
5. Verbinden Sie die Anschlüsse des Motorblocks wieder mit der Batterie des Fahrzeugs.
Nachdem das Fahrzeug gestartet wurde, muss der Motorblock wieder mit der Fahrzeugbat-
terie verbunden werden.
Die Verbindung muss wieder hergestellt werden, bevor die Klemmen des NOMAD POWER
PRO von den Anschlüssen entfernt werden.
LADEN VON MOBILTELEFONEN
Die NOMAD POWER PRO besitzen zwei USB-Ports (6) und einem 3-fach USB-Kabel (USB-C, Micro USB) (13), so dass
eine Vielzahl von Mobiltelefonen und Tablets angeschlossen werden können. Auch anderes USB-Zubehör (nicht inbe-
griffen) kann verwendet werden.

Kurzschluss. Beschädigte Batterie. Wechseln Sie die Batterie.
Ein rotes «8» erscheint auf dem
LCD-Anzeigefeld beim Einschalten des
Boosters.
Die Batterie ist stark entladen (<4 V). Kontaktieren Sie den Kundendienst.
GARANTIE
Die Garantieleistung des Herstellers erfolgt ausschließlich bei Fabrikations- oder Materialfehlern, die binnen 24 Monate
nach Kauf angezeigt werden (Nachweis Kaufbeleg).
Die Garantieleistung erfolgt nicht bei:
• Durch Transport verursachten Beschädigungen.
• Normalem Verschleiß der Teile (z.B. : Kabel, Klemmen, usw.) sowie Gebrauchsspuren.
• Von unsachgemäßem Gebrauch verursachten Defekten (Sturz, harte Stöße, Demontage).
• Durch Umwelteinüsse entstandene Defekte (Verschmutzung, Rost, Staub).
Die Reparatur erfolgt erst nach Erhalt einer schriftlichen Akzeptanz (Unterschrift) des zuvor vorgelegten Kostenvo-
