PREPARATION
INSERTING THE BEER KEG
TIPS FOR BEER KEGS: after transporting the beer keg, let it rest in a refrigerator overnight.
Do not pierce beer kegs that have just been moved as they could be under pressure and could
partially spray out beer.
Should the temperature of the beer keg reach over 20°C, refrigerate it overnight to cool it
down.
A well-chilled beer keg guarantees the best taste.
TIPS FOR COOLING BEER KEGS: depending on the refrigerator, chilling the beer keg can
take between 2 to 12 hours. It is best to pre-chill the beer keg so you have a prepared beer
keg when you need it.
WARNING! Do not cool the beer keg in the freezer! Danger of explosion!
