SAFETY MEASURES AND OPERATION

RECOMMENDATIONS

Read the operation manual carefully before using

the fan; after reading, keep it for future reference.

• Use the unit for its intended purpose only, as it is

stated in this manual.

• Mishandling the unit can lead to its breakage and

cause harm to the user or damage to the user’s

property, which is not covered by warranty.

• Do not use the power cord as a carrying handle for

the fan.

• Do not wind the power cord around the fan body.

• Provide that the power cord does not contact with hot

surfaces and sharp furniture edges.

• Protect the unit from impacts, falling, vibrations and

other mechanical stress.

• Avoid blocking the air inlet grid of the fan with foreign

objects, do not cover the unit during the operation.

• Do not use the unit in places where inammable

liquids are used or aerosols are sprayed, do not use

the unit in the places where such liquids are stored.

• Do not use the unit near heating appliances, heat

sources or open ame.

• Do not use the unit outdoors, in bathrooms or in

places with high humidity.

• Do not use the unit in proximity to the kitchen sink,

near swimming pools or other containers lled with

water.

• If the unit is dropped into water, unplug it

immediately, and only then you can take the unit out

of water. Apply to the authorized service center for

testing or repairing the unit.

• Do not touch the unit body, the power cord and the

power plug with wet hands.

• It is not recommended to use the unit during lightning

storms.

• Do not block the fan grids and do not insert foreign

objects onto them.

ATTENTION! A lithium battery is used in the remote

control. To avoid danger, do not allow children to play

with the battery. If your child swallowed a battery,

immediately see your doctor.

• Make sure that the operating voltage of the unit

indicated on the label corresponds to your home

mains voltage.

• Place the fan vertically on a at dry moisture- and

heat-resistant surface, do not place it horizontally and

do not turn it over.

• Do not place the fan on soft surfaces, such as

carpets with high pile, sofas or beds.

• Do not place the fan near curtains and do not direct it

to house plants.

• Do not use the fan in a limited space, for example, in

built-in cabinets or wall niches.

• It is not recommended to stay in the zone of the air

ow from the fan for a long period of time, especially

for children and the elderly.

• Never leave the unit connected to the mains

unattended.

• Unplug the unit after usage or before cleaning.

• Switch the fan o and unplug the power cord plug

from the mains socket.

• When unplugging the unit, hold the power plug and

carefully remove it from the mains socket, do not pull

the power cord, as this can lead to its damage or

cause a short circuit.

• Do not immerse the unit into water or any other

liquids.

• If water droplets fall on the fan body, switch it o and

disconnect the power plug from the mains before

touching the unit, then wipe the fan body with a dry

cloth.

• For child safety reasons do not leave polyethylene

bags used as packaging unattended.

ATTENTION!

Do not allow children to play with polyethylene bags

or packaging lm. Danger of suocation!

• During the unit operation and breaks between

operation cycles, place the unit out of reach of

children.

• The unit is not intended for usage by physically or

mentally disabled persons (including children) or by

persons lacking experience or knowledge if they are

not under supervision of a person who is responsible

for their safety or if they are not instructed by this

person on the usage of the unit.

• From time to time check the power cord integrity.

• If the power cord is damaged, it should be replaced

by the manufacturer, a maintenance service or

similar qualied personnel to avoid danger.

• Do not repair the unit by yourself. Do not

disassemble the unit by yourself, if any malfunction

is detected, and after the unit was dropped, unplug it

and apply to the service center.

• To avoid damages, transport the unit in the original

package.

• Keep the unit in a dry cool place out of reach of

children and disabled persons.

THE UNIT IS INTENDED FOR HOUSEHOLD USE

ONLY, DO NOT USE THE UNIT FOR COMMERCIAL

OR LABORATORY PURPOSES.

• The unit is not intended for usage by children.

• Do not leave children unattended to prevent using

the unit or the cool pack as a toy.

• Do not allow children to touch the operating surface,

the unit body, the power cord or the power plug

during operation of the unit.

• Be especially careful if children or disabled persons

are near the operating unit.

BEFORE THE FIRST USE

After the unit’s transportation or storage at negative

temperature, unpack it and wait for at least 3 hours

before using it.

• Unpack the unit and remove all the packaging

materials.

• Keep the original package.

• Read the safety measures and operating

recommendations.

• Check the delivery set.

• Examine the unit for damages, in case of damage do

not plug it into the mains.

• Make sure that specied specications of power

supply voltage of the unit correspond to the

specications of your mains. When using the unit in

the mains with 60 Hz frequency, the unit does not

need any additional settings.

• Wipe the fan body with a slightly damp cloth and then

wipe it dry.

ASSEMBLING THE FAN

• The fan is delivered with a disassembled base (1).

Do not switch the fan on without the base (1).

• Use a crosshead or at tip screwdriver (not supplied)

to assemble the base (1).

• Position the fan body (3) horizontally.

• Assemble the base (1): superpose the halves of the

base (1) (pic. 1) and x them with 2 fastening screws

(pic. 2).

• Attach the base (1) to the bottom part of the fan body

(3) with 4 fastening screws (pic. 3).

• Place the fan vertically on the base (1).

Remote control (23)

ATTENTION! A lithium battery is used in the remote

control. To avoid danger, do not allow children to

play with the battery. If your child has swallowed

a battery, immediately see a doctor. Battery

installation/replacing (pic. 4)

• Press on the clamp and remove the battery holder

(30) from the remote

• control (23) body, insert a CR2025 battery (supplied

with the unit) into the holder, strictly following the

polarity.

• Install the battery holder (30) into the remote control

(23).

Notes:

-if there is an isolation insert in the battery holder

(28), remove the insert;

-replace the battery in time;

-do not recharge the lithium battery;

-remove the battery if you are not planning to use

the unit for a long time;

-remove the used battery from the remote control

(23) and dispose of it.

• When you use the remote control, direct it to the front

part of the fan body (3).

• The distance between the remote control and the fan

should not exceed 5 m, the coverage angle should

be up to 30 degrees.

• Avoid exposing the receiver to direct sunlight,

otherwise false activation of control commands is

possible.

USING THE FAN

• Use the handle (10) to carry the fan.

• Place the fan base (1) on a at, dry and steady

surface.

• Do not place the fanon soft surfaces, such as carpets

with high pile, sofas or beds.

• Insert the power cord plug into the mains socket, you

will hear a sound signal.

Switching the fan on/o and selecting the airow

speed

Notes:

-the buttons on the control panel (6) are sensory,

you just need to touch the button to switch the

necessary operation mode on;

-each pressing of buttons on the control panel (6)

or on the remote control (23) is accompanied with

a sound signal;

-if no buttons are pressed, then the display (5)

illumination will go out after 1 minutes. Digital

indications will go out after 3 minutes. To switch the

display on, press any button on the control panel (6)

or on the remote control (23).

• To switch the fan on, press the button (11) «ON/OFF»

on the control panel (5) or the button (24) «ON/OFF»

on the remote control (23), you will hear a sound

signal, and the fan will switch on at low airow speed,

the symbol (17) « » will light up on the display (5).

• The digital symbols (18) on the display (5) will show

the air temperature in the room.

Note: the temperature digital indications (18) may

be slightly dierent from the readings of another

thermometer.

• Pressing the button (16) «SPEED» on the control

panel (6) or the button (23) «SPEED» on the remote

control (23) you can select the airow speed, the

symbols (17) « ,,» will appear on the display.

• To switch the fan o, press the button (11) «ON/OFF»

on the control panel or the button (24) «ON/OFF» on

the remote control (23). The fan will be switched o

and the display (5) will go out.

Fan operation time timer

• To set the operating time of the fan, press the button

(15) «TIMER» on the control panel (6) or the button

(26) «TIMER» on the remote control (23), you will hear

a sound signal, the ashing digits (18) on the display

(5) will how the timer operation time «0 0» and the

symbol (21) « ».

• Press again the buttons (15 or 26) to set the timer

operation time. Timer operation time can be set from

1 hour to 15 hours with 1 hour setting step.

• To switch the timer o, press the button (15 or 26)

repeatedly until the digital symbols (18) on the

display (5) show the room temperature.

Switching the fan body oscillation on/o

• To switch the fan body oscillation on, press the button

(14) «OSC» on the control panel (5) or the button

(29) «Oscillatior» on the remote control (23) to switch

the oscillation o, press again the button (14) «OSC»

on the control panel (5) or button (29) «Oscillatior»

on the remote control (23).

Selecting the airow type

• Press the button (12) «WIND» on the control panel

(6) or the button (28) «WIND» on the remote control

(23), while the display (5) will show the symbol (19)

«» - «natural wind», press the button (12 or 28)

again to switch the night mode on, the display (5) will

show the symbol (20) « », to switch the night mode

o, press the button (12 or 28) again, the symbol (20)

«» on the display (5) goes out.

Notes:

- «natural wind» is a natural wind imitating airow,

the airow speed is chaotically changing: from soft

breeze to strong gust of wind.

- «night mode» - the airow speed will increase and

decrease gradually;

• To switch the fan o, press the button (11) «ON/OFF»

on the control panel or the button (24) «ON/OFF» on

the remote control (23). The fan will be switched o

and the display (5) will go out.

Cool shot function

ATTENTION!During the hot season it is recommended

to regularly replace the water in the tank to avoid water

spoiling.

• Place the fan base (1) on a at, dry and steady

surface.

• •Make sure that the power plug is not inserted into

the mains socket.

• Remove the water tank lid (7).

• Fill the tank with clean water, do not exceed the

maximum water level mark «MAX» on the scale (2),

it is recommended to use water additionally cleaned

with a domestic lter.

Note: maximal capacity of the water tank is 5 l.

• Install the lid (7) back to its place.

Using the cool pack

ATTENTION! Do not leave children unattended to

prevent using the cool pack as a toy.

• For additional cooling of water, it is recommended to

use a cold pack (supplied with the unit).

Note: the cold pack can have two versions: with a

removable cover or with a sealed cover - this type of

cold pack does not need additional maintenance.

• Let’s take a look at the cold pack withremovable

cover:

- unscrew the lid and will the cold pack with water to

the «MAX» mark (pic. 5).

- wait 1-2 hours until the crystals in the cold pack

dissolve.

• •Place the cold pack in the freezer of the refrigerator

for several hours, until the liquid inside the cold pack

is completely frozen.

• Remove the water tank lid (7) and put the cold pack

in the water tanl, close the lid (7) (pic. 6).

• Note: - to avoid damage, be careful when putting the

cold pack into the water tank and removing it.

• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.

• Switch the fan on by pressing the button (11) «ON/

OFF» on the control panel or the button (24) «ON/

OFF» on the remote control (23), you will hear a

sound signal and the fan will switch on at low airow

speed, the symbol (17) « » will light up on the

display (5).

Note: do not switch the cool shot function on when the

water tank is empty.

• To switch the cool shot function on, press the button

(14) «COOL» on the control panel (6) or the button

(27) «COOL» on the remote control (23), the symbol

(22) « » will light up on the display. To switch the

cool shot function o, press the button (14 or 27)

again, the symbol (22) « » on the display (5) will

go out.

• To switch the fan o, press the button (11) «ON/OFF»

on the control panel or the button (24) «ON/OFF» on

the remote control (23), the fan will be switched o

and the display (5) will go out.

• If it is necessary to transport the fan, remove the

lid (7), if the cold pack is installed, remove it and

carefully drain the water from the water tank.

• To avoid foreign odors, thoroughly dry the water tank

before packing and transporting the fan.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Before cleaning the fan, switch it o and unplug it.

• Wipe the fan body with a slightly damp cloth and then

wipe it dry.

• Do not use liquid detergents, abrasive cleaners and

any solvents to clean the fan (3).

• To avoid the risk of electric shock provide that no

water or other liquid gets into the fan body.

• To clean the air inlet grid (8), use a vacuum cleaner

with a corresponding attachment. Press on the

clamps (9) and remove the grid (8), clean the grid

with a vacuum cleaner and then install it back to its

place.

STORAGE

• After cleaning put the fan away for storage in a dry

cool place away from children and disabled persons.

• Before using the fan next time, it is recommended to

check the unit operability and integrity of the power

cord isolation and the power cord plug.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE UND

BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG

Bevor Sie den Ventilator benutzen, lesen Sie die

Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch und

bewahren Sie sie zum späteren Gebrauch auf.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät nur bestimmungsmäßig und

laut dieser Bedienungsanleitung.

• Missbrauch des Geräts kann zu seiner Störung

führen, den Benutzer oder sein Eigentum

beschädigen und ist kein Garantiefall.

• Stellen Sie den Ventilator in keiner Nähe von

Vorhängen oder Gardinen auf und richten Sie den

Ventilator auf keine Zimmerpanzen.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, den Ventilator während

des Betriebs im begrenzten Raum (z.B. in

Einbauschränken oder Wandnischen) zu benutzen.

• Es ist nicht empfohlen, sich längere Zeit im

Ventilatorluftstrombereich aufzuhalten, insbesondere

für Kinder und älteren Menschen.

• Verwenden Sie das Netzkabel als Gri zum Tragen

des Ventilators nicht.

• Wickeln Sie das Netzkabel aufs Ventilatorgehäuse

nicht auf.

• Vermeiden Sie die Berührung des Netzkabels mit

heißen Oberächen und scharfen Möbelkanten.

• Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Stößen, Stürzen,

Vibrationen und anderen mechanischen

Einwirkungen.

• Vermeiden Sie die Verstopfung des Lufteinlaßgitters

des Ventilators mit Fremdkörpern; es ist verboten,

das Gerät während seines Betriebs abzudecken.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät an keinen Orten, an denen

Aerosole oder leichtentzündbare Flüssigkeiten

benutzt oder versprüht werden; verwenden Sie

das Gerät an keinen Orten, an denen solche

Flüssigkeiten aufbewahrt werden.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät in direkter Nähe von

Heizgeräten, Wärmequellen oder oenem Feuer

nicht.

ACHTUNG!

Die Fernbedienung funktioniert mit einer

Lithiumbatterie. Lassen Sie Kinder mit keiner Batterie

spielen, um Gefahren zu vermeiden. Wenn ein Kind

die Batterie verschluckt, wenden Sie sich sofort

an einen Arzt.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die auf dem

Bezeichnungszettel angegebene Betriebsspannung

und die Netzspannung übereinstimmen.

• Stellen Sie den Ventilator senkrecht auf

einer ebenen, trockenen, feuchtigkeits- und

hitzebeständigen Oberäche auf, legen Sie ihn

horizontal nicht und kippen Sie ihn nicht um.

• Stellen Sie den Ventilator auf keinen weichen

Oberächen wie langorige Teppiche, sowie auf

keinen Sofas oder Betten auf.

• Verwenden Sie das Gerät im Freien, im Badezimmer

oder in Räumen mit erhöhter Luftfeuchtigkeit nicht.

• Benutzen Sie das Gerät in der Nähe von Spülbecken,

neben Wasserbecken oder anderen mit Wasser

gefüllten Behältern nicht.

• Falls das Gerät ins Wasser gefallen ist, ziehen Sie

den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose sofort heraus,

erst danach holen Sie das Gerät aus dem Wasser

heraus. Wenden Sie sich an einen autorisierten

Kundendienst, um das Gerät prüfen oder reparieren

zu lassen.

• Berühren Sie das Gerätegehäuse, das Netzkabel

und den Netzstecker mit nassen Händen nicht.

• Decken Sie die Ventilatorgitter nicht ab und stecken

Sie keine fremden Gegenstände darin.

• Blockieren Sie keinen Luftaustrittskanal und stecken

Sie keine Fremdgegenstände in den Kanal ein.

• Lassen Sie das ans Stromnetz angeschlossene

Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt.

• Trennen Sie das Gerät nach dem Gebrauch oder vor

der Reinigung vom Stromnetz unbedingt ab.

• Schalten Sie den Ventilator aus und ziehen Sie den

Netzstecker aus der Steckdose heraus.

• Wenn Sie das Gerät vom Stromnetz abtrennen,

halten Sie den Netzstecker fest und ziehen Sie ihn

aus der Steckdose vorsichtig heraus; ziehen Sie das

Netzkabel nicht, da es zu seiner Beschädigung und

einem Kurzschluss führen kann.

• Es ist nicht gestattet, das Gerät in Wasser oder

jegliche andere Flüssigkeiten einzutauchen.

ACHTUNG!

Lassen Sie Kinder mit Plastiktüten oder

Verpackungsfolien nicht spielen. Erstickungsgefahr!

• Das Gerät ist nicht für Kinder bestimmt.

• Beaufsichtigen Sie Kinder, damit sie das Gerät und

den Kältespeicher als Spielzeuge nicht benutzen.

• Lassen Sie Kinder die Arbeitsäche, das

Gerätegehäuse, das Netzkabel oder den Netzstecker

während des Gerätebetriebs nicht berühren.

• Besondere Vorsichtsmaßnahmen sind in den

Fällen angesagt, wenn sich Kinder oder behinderte

Personen während des Gerätebetriebs in der Nähe

• Prüfen Sie die Komplettheit.

• Prüfen Sie das Gerät auf Beschädigungen; wenn

es beschädigt ist, schließen Sie es ans Stromnetz

nicht an.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die angegebenen

Parameter der Geräteversorgungsspannung und die

Stromnetzparameter übereinstimmen. Beim 60-Hz-

Stromnetz-Gerätebetrieb sind keine zusätzlichen

Maßnahmen erforderlich.

• Wischen Sie das Ventilatorgehäuse mit einem leicht

angefeuchteten Tuch, danach trocknen Sie es ab.

VENTILATORMONTAGE

• Der Ventilator wird mit einem demontierten Untersatz

(1) geliefert. Der Ventilator darf nicht ohne den

Untersatz (1) eingeschaltet werden.

• Montieren Sie den Untersatz (1) mit einer

Kreuzschlitz- oder Flachkopfschraube (nicht

mitgeliefert).

• Stellen Sie das Ventilatorgehäuse (3) horizontal auf.

• Montieren Sie den Untersatz (1): lassen Sie die

Hälften des Untersatzes (1) zusammenfallen (Abb. 1)

und befestigen Sie sie mit 2 Befestigungsschrauben

(Abb. 2).

• Befestigen Sie den Untersatz (1) am Unterteil des

Gehäuses (3) mit 4 Befestigungsschrauben (Abb. 3).

• Stellen Sie den Ventilator senkrecht auf den

Untersatz (1) auf.

Fernbedienung (23)

- laden Sie keine Lithiumbatterie wieder auf;

- nehmen Sie die Batterie heraus, wenn das Gerät

längere Zeit nicht benutzt wird;

- nehmen Sie die verbrauchte Batterie aus der

Fernbedienung heraus und entsorgen Sie sie.

• Wenn Sie die Fernbedienung verwenden, richten Sie

sie auf den Vorderteil des Ventilatorgehäuses (3).

• Der Abstand von der Fernbedienung zum Ventilator soll

5 Meter nicht überschreiten, der Fernbedienungswinkel

beträgt bis zu 30 Grad.

• Vermeiden Sie direktes Sonnenlicht aufs

Empfangelement, da sonst die Steuerbefehle falsch

aktiviert werden können.

VERWENDUNG DES VENTILATORS

• Tragen Sie den Ventilator mit dem Gri (10).

• Stellen Sie den Ventilatoruntersatz (1) auf eine ebene,

trockene und standfeste Oberäche auf.

• Stellen Sie den Ventilator auf keinen weichen

Oberächen wie langorige Teppiche, Sofas oder

Betten, auf.

• Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Steckdose ein,

dabei ertönt ein Tonsignal.

Ventilatorein-/ausschaltung und

Luftgeschwindigkeitswahl

Anmerkungen:

-die Tasten auf der Bedienungsplatte (6) sind

berührungsempndlich; um den gewünschten Betrieb

zu aktivieren, berühren Sie einfach die Taste;

ACHTUNG! Die Fernbedienung funktioniert mit einer

Lithiumbatterie. Lassen Sie Kinder mit keiner Batterie

spielen, um Gefahren zu vermeiden. Wenn ein Kind

die Batterie verschluckt, wenden Sie sich sofort

an einen Arzt. Ein-/Ersetzen einer Batterie (Abb. 4)

• Drücken Sie die Verriegelung und nehmen Sie den

Batteriehalter (30) aus der Fernbedienung (23)

heraus, setzen Sie eine CR2025-Batterie (nicht

mitgeliefert) ein, beachten Sie dabei die Polarität

streng.

• Setzen Sie den Batteriehalter (30) in die

Fernbedienung (23) ein.

Anmerkungen:

- bei einer Isolierzwischenlage im Batteriehalter (30)

entfernen Sie die diese;

- die Batterie soll rechtzeitig ersetzt werden;

- Jede Tastenberührung auf der Bedienungsplatte (6)

oder jedes Tastendrücken auf der Fernbedienung

(23) wird von einem Tonsignal begleitet.

- wenn keine Steuertasten gedrückt wurden, erlischt

in diesem Fall die Bildschirmbeleuchtung (5) nach 1

Minuten. Die Zahlenanzeige erlischt nach 3 Minuten,

um den Bildschirm einzuschalten, drücken Sie eine

beliebige Taste auf der Bedienungsplatte (6) oder auf

der Fernbedienung (23).

• Um den Ventilator einzuschalten, drücken Sie die «ON/

OFF»-Taste (11) auf der Bedienungsplatte (6) oder

die Taste «ON/OFF» (24) auf der Fernbedienung (23),

dabei ertönt ein Tonsignal, und der Ventilator startet mit

einer niedrigen Luftgeschwindigkeit, der Bildschirm (5)

zeigt das Symbol (17) « » an.

• Der Bildschirm (5) zeigt die Raumlufttemperatur mit den

Zahlensymbolen (18).

Anmerkung: die Temperaturzahlenanzeigen (18) können

von den Anzeigen eines anderen Thermometers gering

unterscheiden.

• Durchs Drücken der «SPEED»-Taste (16) auf der

Bedienungsplatte (6) oder der «SPEED»-Taste

(25) auf der Fernbedienung (20) können Sie die

Luftgeschwindigkeit wählen, dabei werden die Symbole

(17) « ,,» auf dem Bildschirm (5) angezeigt.

• Um den Ventilator auszuschalten, drücken Sie die

«ON/OFF»-Taste (11) auf der Bedienungsplatte (6)

oder die Taste «ON/OFF» (24) auf der Fernbedienung

(23), dabei wird der Ventilator ausgeschaltet, und der

Bildschirm (5) erlischt.

Ventilatorbetriebszeittimer

• Um die Ventilatorbetriebszeit einzustellen, drücken Sie

die «TIMER»-Taste (15) auf der Bedienungsplatte (6)

oder die «TIMER»-Taste (26) auf der Fernbedienung

(23), dabei ertönt ein Tonsignal, der Bildschirm (5) zeigt

die Timerbetriebszeit «0 0» mit den Zahlensymbolen (18)

und das Symbol (21) « » an.

• Stellen Sie die Timerbetriebszeit durch wiederholtes

Drücken der Tasten (15 oder 26) ein. Der Timer

kann von 1 bis 15 Stunden mit einem 1-Stunden-

Einstellungsschritt eingestellt werden.

• Um den Timer auszuschalten, drücken Sie nochmals die

Taste (15 oder 26), bis die Raumlufttemperatur auf dem

Bildschirm (5) mit den Zahlensymbolen (18) angezeigt

wird.

Ein-/Ausschaltung der Ventilatordrehung

• Um die Ventilatordrehfunktion zu aktivieren, drücken

Sie die «OSC»-Taste (14) auf der Bedienungsplatte (6)

oder die «Oscillatior»-Taste (29) auf der Fernbedienung

(23), dabei wird das Symbol (18) « » auf dem

Bildschirm (5) angezeigt; um die Ventilatordrehfunktion

auszuschalten, drücken Sie die «OSC»-Taste (14) auf

der Bedienungsplatte (6) oder die «Oscillatior »-Taste

(29) auf der Fernbedienung (23).
