IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

· Before the first connecting of the appliance check that voltage indicated on the rating label corresponds to the

mains voltage in your home.

· For home use only. Do not use for industrial purposes. Do not use the appliance for any other purposes than

described in this instruction manual.

· Do not use outdoors.

· Do not disassemble the appliance when it is plugged to the power supply. Always unplug the appliance

from the power supply before cleaning and when not in use.

· To prevent risk of electric shock and fire, do not immerse the appliance in water or in any other liquids. If it was

happened, unplug it immediately and check in service center.

· Close supervision is necessary when it is used near children.

· Do not leave the appliance switched on when not in use.

· Do not use other attachments than those supplied.

· Do not operate after malfunction or cord damage.

· Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the appliance. Check and repair the malfunctioning appliance

in the nearest service center only.

· Keep the cord away from sharp edges and hot surfaces.

· Do not pull, twist, or wrap the power cord around appliance.

· Do not place the appliance near gas or electric oven or store at heated surface.

· Avoid contacting with moving parts.

· The blades are very sharp, so handle them with care.

· Do not run food slicer continuously for longer than 15 minutes. Turn off the appliance and let it rest for

at least 5 minutes.

· Be sure to switch off appliance after each use. Make sure the motor stops completely before disassembling.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE

PREPARATION

· Wash all contacting with a food parts with soapy warm water and wipe dry.

· Take out the power cord and insert it into the slot designed on the right part of the unit.

· Place the food slicer on a dry and flat surface.

· The sliding board is placed on the base.

· Place the pusher on the sliding board.

· Turn on the slide thickness control to choose the slice thickness.

OPERATION

NOTE: Use the appliance only with the pusher and the sliding board at any time.

· Plug the unit to the power supply.

· Place a product on the sliding board, then, press a product by pusher to slicing board and pull the pushing board

to yourself with your left hand. Always keep your fingers near safety plate. Do not push products by hand.

· Push down the On/Off switch and safety switch together. Keep pressing On/Off switch during operation.

· After operating, pull out the power plug. Turn slice thickness control to «0» position.

CLEANING

NOTE: For convenient cleaning take down all parts as follows:

· Take down the pusher; remove the sliding board from the base.

· Turn out the blade locking screw counterclockwise and take out the slicing blade carefully. When it is assembled

again, keep the bolt consistent with the incision in the cover of motor, and then turn right ensuring the meshing of

screw lines (picture 1).

· Clean all the slicing parts by special detergents

· Do not use abrasive cleaners or hard brush.

· Do not use dishwasher to clean the parts and attachments of slicer.

· Never immerse the motor fitted in the machine shell in water.

NOTE: After cleaning for storage purposes turn slice thickness control to 0position.

USEFUL ADVICES

· Slice meat without bones and fruit without pits.

· Before slicing the food with soft surface cool it down as it is difficult to slice.

· The food slicer is suitable for slicing all kinds of vegetables and fruit, including potato, tomato, carrots, cabbage,

pumpkin.

STORAGE

· Switch off and unplug the appliance; let it entirely cool.

· Complete all requirements of Chapter CLEANING.

· Reel on the power cord.

· Keep the appliance in a dry cool place.
