EWS2 is a wireless outdoor device with a built-in siren speaker, LED indicators and operates with ELDES wireless alarm systems. EWS2 has to
be bind to the alarm system by sending a corresponding SMS message or using software ELDES Conguration Tool. Upon successful EWS2
binding process, the system adds one wireless zone and one wireless PGM output. In case of alarm, the siren provides a sound alarm ( up
to 6 minutes long). ESIM264, EPIR, EPIR2, EPIR3 and PITBULL ALARM PRO alarm systems support up to 16 EWS2 devices, while ESIM364 and
ESIM384 - up to 32 EWS2 devices. The maximum wireless connection range is up to 150 meters (in open areas).

EWS2 yra belaidis įrenginys su įmontuotu aliarmo garsiakalbiu ir LED indikatoriais. Ši sirena yra pritaikyta montavimui lauke ir jungiama prie
ELDES belaidžių apsaugos sistemų, aktyvavus belaidį ryšį. Tai galima atlikti siunčiant SMS žinutę arba naudojantis ELDES Conguration Tool
programine įranga. Sėkmingai prijungus EWS2 sireną, sistema sukuria vieną belaidę zoną ir vieną belaidį PGM išėjimą. Aliarmo metu sirena
skleidžia garsą (maksimali garso skleidimo trukmė - 6 min). ESIM264, EPIR, EPIR2, EPIR3 ir PITBULL ALARM PRO apsaugos sistemos palaiko

3. MONTAVIMAS
1. Atidarykite EWS2 korpusą. Nuimkite mažą
mėlyną dangtelį, esantį ant priekinės korpuso
dalies, traukdami jį aukštyn. (žr. 2 pav.).

Atsukite varžtą, esantį priekinėje
korpuso dalyje. (žr. 3 pav.).

Nuimkite korpuso priekinę dalį, keldami ją į viršų. (žr. 4 pav.).

2. Atidarę korpusą, išimkite plastikinį tarpiklį, įterptą tarp vienos iš
baterijų ir baterijos lizdo (žr. 5 pav.).

3. Varžtais pritvirtinkite sireną prie sienos (žr. 6 pav.).

3. INSTALLATION
1. Open EWS2 enclosure. Remove the small blue
lid located on the front side of the enclosure by
pulling the lid up. (see Fig. No. 2).

Unscrew the front side of the enclosure (see Fig. No. 3).

Detach the front side of the enclosure by pulling the front side
up (see Fig. No. 4).

2. Once the enclosure is opened, remove the plastic tab inserted
between one of the battery terminal and battery slot contact
(see Fig. No. 5).

3. Fix the siren on the wall using the screws (see Fig. No. 6).

4. Close EWS2 enclosure (see Fig. No. 4, Fig. No. 3, Fig. No. 2).
5. Pair the device with the alarm system using Eldes Conguration Tool software. Open Wireless Device Management section and enter
the 8-character Device ID located on the EWS2 enclosure or select the device icon with a message NOT CONNECTED indicated next to it
and click the Add button. The device can also be paired by sending a corresponding command via SMS text message. For more details,
please refer to the software‘s HELP section and ELDES alarm system user/installation manual.
6. Upon the successful binding process, EWS2 device icon becomes visible in Wireless Device section as well as Battery Level and Signal
Level. If attempt to bind is unsuccessful, try to move EWS2 closer to the alarm system device and bind anew.
7. EWS2 siren is ready for use.
NOTE: If you are unable to bind the wireless device, please, restore the parameters of the wireless device to default
and try again. See chapter 6. RESTORING DEFAULT PARAMETERS for more details.
4. EWS2 ZONE, PGM OUTPUT & TAMPER
Upon successful EWS2 outdoor siren binding process,the system adds 1 wireless Instant zone and 1 wireless Siren PGM output. The wireless
zone is intended for EWS2 tamper control and the wireless PGM output is for siren control.
In case of tamper violation, the alarm is caused regardless of system being armed or disarmed. There are 2 ways to detect tamper violation
on EWS2:
• By tamper button. EWS2 has a built-in tamper button intended for monitoring the enclosure status. Once the enclosure of EWS2
is illegally opened, the tamper button becomes unpressed. This action is followed by alarm which is sent by SMS message and
phone call to the user (-s) by default. The SMS message contains the violated tamper number.
• By wireless connection loss. The wireless connection loss between EWS2 and ELDES alarm system leads to alarm. The system
identies this event as a tamper violation and sends alarm by SMS message and phone call to the user (-s) by default. The SMS
message contains the violated tamper number and a star * character indicating wireless connection loss as a tamper alarm cause.
ATTENTION: The tamper will not operate if the wireless zone is disabled.
5. TEMPERATURE SENSOR
The device comes equipped with a built-in temperature sensor allowing to monitor the temperature of the area surrounding EWS2 device.
When using the with EPIR3 alarm system, you may set the MIN and MAX temperature thresholds ranging from -30°C to +55°C resulting in
SMS text message delivery to the listed user phone number once exceeded. The accuracy of temperature measurement depends on the
environment’s temperature boundary, which is +5°C. The accuracy of the temperature measurement will be +/-1°C at the temperature
above +5°C and +/-2°C at the temperature below +5°C.
6. BATTERY REPLACEMENT
1. Open EWS2 enclosure.
2. Remove all 4 old batteries from the battery slots.
3. Position the 4 new 1,5V alkaline AA type batteries according to the appropriate battery slot positive/negative terminals indicated on
the PCB (printed-circuit-board) of EWS2.
4. Batteries replaced.

ATTENTION: Only 1,5V Alkaline AA type batteries can be used. Install only new, high quality and unexpired batteries.

ATTENTION: At least 1 battery must be removed if the device is not in use.
ATTENTION: In order to avoid re or explosion hazards, the system must be used only with approved battery. Special
care must be taken when connecting positive and negative battery terminals. Dispose old batteries only into special
collection sites. Do not charge, disassemble, heat or incinerate old batteries.
NOTE: The system sends an SMS message to a preset User 1 as soon as the battery level runs below 5%.
NOTE: The battery status can be monitored in real-time using ELDES Conguration Tool software.
7. RESTORING DEFAULT PARAMETERS
1. Remove one battery from EWS2.
2. Press and hold the RESET button.
3. Insert the battery back to EWS2.
4. Hold the RESET button until LED indicator starts blinking.
5. Release the RESET button.
6. Parameters reset to default.

This device carries a 24-month warranty by the manufacturer “ELDES UAB”. Warranty period starts from the day the system has been pur-

and within specied operating conditions. Receipt must be kept as a proof of purchase date. The warranty is voided if the system has been
exposed to mechanical impact, chemicals, high humidity, uids, corrosive and hazardous environment or other force majeure factors.

4. Uždarykite EWS2 korpusą (žr. 4 pav., 3 pav., 2 pav.)
5. Aktyvuokite belaidį ryšį su ELDES apsaugos sistema, naudodami ELDES Conguration Tool programinę įrangą. Atverkite Wireless De-
vice Management skyrių ir įveskite 8 skaitmenų belaidžio įrenginio ID numerį, esantį ant EWS2 korpuso (arba jo vidinėje pusėje), arba
pasirinkite įrenginio piktogramą, prie kurios užrašyta NOT CONNECTED, ir paspauski te Add mygtuką (žr. 7 pav.). Belaidis ryšys taip pat
gali būti aktyvuotas siunčiant atitinkamą SMS žinutę. Plačiau apie tai skaitykite programinės įrangos skyriuje PAGALBA ir ELDES apsau-
gos sistemos montavimo vadove.
6. Sėkmingai aktyvavus belaidį ryšį tarp EWS2 įrenginio ir apsaugos sistemos, EWS2 ikona, Battery Level ir Signal Level tampa matomi Wi-
reless Device skyriuje. Nepavykus sėkmingai aktyvuoti belaidžio ryšio, perkelkite EWS2 arčiau apsaugos sistemos ir bandykite aktyvuoti
belaidį ryšį iš naujo.
7. EWS2 sirena paruošta naudojimui.
PASTABA: Nepavykus aktyvuoti belaidžio ryšio, atstatykite belaidžio įrenginio gamyklinius parametrus ir bandykite
aktyvuoti belaidį ryšį iš naujo. Plačiau apie tai skaitykite skyriuje 6. Gamyklinės kongūracijos atstatymas.
4. EWS2 ZONA, PGM IŠĖJIMAS IR TAMPERIS
Sėkmingai aktyvavus belaidį ryšį, sistema sukuria 1 belaidę momentinio tipo zoną ir 1 belaidį sirenos tipo PGM išėjimą. Belaidė zona yra
skirta EWS2 tamperio valdymui, belaidis PGM išėjimas - sirenos garsiakalbio valdymui.
Pažeidus tamperį, siste ma sukelia aliarmą, nepaisant tuo metu esamos apsaugos būsenos (įjungta/išjungta). EWS2 yra 2 tamperio pažei-
dimo būdai:
• Tamperio mygtuku. EWS2 turi integruotą tamperio mygtuką, skirtą korpuso būklės stebėjimui. Neteisėtai atidarius EWS2 korpu-
są, suveikia tamperio mygtukas. Sistema šį veiksmą traktuoja kaip tamperio pažeidimą ir, pagal gamyklinę kongūraciją, siunčia
SMS žinutę bei skambina registruotam vartotojui. SMS žinutėje pateikiamas pažeisto tamperio numeris.
• Sutrikus belaidžiam ryšiui. Sutrikus belaidžiam ryšiui tarp apsaugos sistemos ir EWS2, sistema šį įvykį traktuoja kaip tamperio
pažeidimą ir, pagal gamyklinę kongūraciją, siunčia SMS žinutę bei skambina registruotam vartotojui. SMS žinutėje pateikiamas
pažeisto tamperio numeris ir žvaigždutės * simbolis, reiškiantis belaidžio ryšio sutrikimą, sukėlusį tamperio pažeidimą.
DĖMESIO: Išjungus belaidę zoną, tamperis neveiks.
5. TEMPERATŪROS JUTIKLIS
EWS2 turi įmontuotą temperatūros jutiklį, kuris leidžia stebėti temperatūrą EWS2 įrenginį supančioje erdvėje. Kai įrenginys naudojamas
su EPIR3 apsaugos sistema, galite nustatyti minimalią (MIN) ir maksimalią (MAX) temperatūros reikšmių ribą, intervale nuo -30°C iki +55°C.
Viršijus ribą, sistema apie tai praneša nurodytam vartotojo numeriui SMS žinute. Temperatūros matavimo paklaida priklauso nuo aplinkos
temperatūros ribos (kuri yra +5°C); temperatūros matavimo paklaida yra +/-1°C, jeigu aplinkos temperatūra yra aukščiau + 5°C; jeigu že-
miau - paklaida bus +/-2°C.
6. BATERIJOS KEITIMAS
1. Atidarykite EWS2 korpusą
2. Išimkite visas 4 senas baterijas iš lizdų.
3. Įdėkite 4 naujas 1,5V Alkaline AA tipo baterijos, atsižvelgdami į atitinkamą baterijos lizdo teigiamo/neigiamo polio žymėjimą, esantį ant
EWS2 plokštės.
4. Baterijos pakeistos.

DĖMESIO: Įrenginio maitinimui naudokite tik 1,5V Alkaline AA tipo baterijas. Naudokite tik naujas, kokybiškas ir ga-
liojančias ba terijas. Nenaudokite senų baterijų kartu su naujomis.
DĖMESIO: Nenaudojant įrenginio bent 1 baterija turi būti išimta.
DĖMESIO: Siekdami išvengti gaisro ar sprogimo, naudokite tik tinkamo tipo baterijas. Būkite dėmesingi įstatydami
baterijas į lizdus – baterijos polių sukeitimas vietomis yra draudžiamas. Senas nebenaudojamas baterijas išmeskite tik
tam skirtose vietose. Draudžiama įkrauti, ardyti, kaitinti ar deginti senas baterijas.
PASTABA: Nukritus baterijos lygiui žemiau 5%, sistema siunčia SMS pranešimą registruotam Vartotojui 1 (User 1).
PASTABA: Baterijos būklė gali būti realiu laiku stebima naudojant ELDES Conguration Tool programinę įrangą.
7. GAMYKLINĖS KONFIGŪRACIJOS ATSTATYMAS.
1. Išimkite bateriją iš EWS2.
2. Paspauskite ir laikykite RESET mygtuką.
3. Įstatykite atgal bateriją į EWS2.
4. Laikykite RESET mygtuką, kol LED indikatorius keletą kartų
trumpai sumirksės.
5. Paleiskite RESET mygtuką.
6. Parametrų reikšmės atstatytos į gamyklines.
8. PAPILDOMA INFORMACIJA

neįvyks, bei nebus asmenų sužeidimų, turto praradimo ar sunaikinimo atvejų. UAB „ELDES“ neprisiima jokios atsakomybės už tiesioginę
ar netiesioginę žalą ar nuostolius, taip pat negautas pajamas, naudojantis sistema. UAB „ELDES“ atsakomybė, kiek tai lei džia galiojantys
įstatymai, neviršija produkto įsigijimo kainos. Korinio ryšio paslaugas teikiantys GSM operatoriai nėra susiję su UAB „ELDES“ bendrove. Todėl

UAB „ELDES“ suteikia įsigytam produktui 24 mėn. garantiją. Garantinis laikotarpis pradedamas skaičiuoti nuo produkto pardavimo pirmam
galutiniam vartotojui datos. Garantija taikoma tik jei sistema buvo naudota pagal paskirtį, laikantis visų vartotojo vadovo instrukcijų, bei
techninėje specikacijoje nustatytų sąlygų ir maksimalių leistinų reikšmių. Pardavimo data laikoma čekio, sąskaitos ar kito pardavimo doku-
mento data. Garantija taikoma tik kartu su minėtais dokumentais pateikus užpildytą garantinį taloną. Garantija netaikoma jei sistema buvo
paveikta mechaniškai, cheminių medžiagų, drėgmės, korozijos, skysčių, ekstremalių aplinkos veiksnių ar kitokių force majeure aplinkybių.

Eldes EWS2 — беспроводная уличная сирена с температурным датчиком и светодиодными индикаторами. Она предназначена для использования с беспроводными охранными системами ELDES и подключается к ним с помощью SMS-команды или через ПО ELDES Configuration Tool. После успешного подключения к системе EWS2 добавляет одну беспроводную зону и один беспроводной выход PGM. В случае тревоги сирена издает звуковой сигнал (длительностью до 6 минут). Охранные системы ESIM264, EPIR, EPIR2, EPIR3 и PITBULL ALARM PRO поддерживают до 16 устройств EWS2, а ESIM364 и ESIM384 — до 32 устройств EWS2.
