SAFETY GLASSES
1. GENERAL POWER TOOL SAFETY WARNINGS
WARNING
Read all safety warnings and all instructions. Failure to follow the
warnings and instructions may result in electric shock, re and/or serious injury.
Save all warnings and instructions for future reference! The term “power
tool” in the warnings refers to your mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-
operated (cordless) power tool.
1. Work area safety
a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite accidents.
b. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres, such as in
the presence of ammable liquids, gases or dust. Power tools create
sparks which may ignite the dust or fumes.
c. Keep children and bystanders away while operating a power tool.
Distractions can cause you to lose control.
2. Electrical safety
a. Power tool plugs must match the outlet. Never modify the plug in any
way. Do not use any adapter plugs with earthed (grounded) power
tools. Unmodied plugs and matching outlets will reduce risk of electric
shock.
b. Avoid body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces, such as
pipes, radiators, ranges and refrigerators. There is an increased risk of
electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
c. Do not expose power tools to rain or wet conditions. Water entering a
power tool will increase the risk of electric shock.
3
d. Do not abuse the cord. Never use the cord for carrying, pulling or
unplugging the power tool. Keep cord away from heat, oil, sharp
edges or moving parts. Damaged or entangled cords increase the risk of
electric shock.
e. When operating a power tool outdoors, use an extension cord
suitable for outdoor use. Use of a cord suitable for outdoor use reduces
the risk of electric shock.
f. If operating a power tool in a damp location is unavoidable, use
a residual current device (RCD) protected supply. Use of an RCD
reduces the risk of electric shock.
g. Hold power tool by insulated gripping surfaces, when performing an
operation where the fastener may contact hidden wiring or its own
cord. Fasteners contacting a “live” wire may make exposed metal parts of
the power tool “live” and could give the operator an electric shock.
3. Personal safety
a. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating a power tool. Do not use a power tool while you are tired
or under the inuence of drugs, alcohol or medication. A moment
of inattention while operating power tools may result in serious personal
injury.
b. Use personal protective equipment. Always wear eye protection.
Protective equipment such as dust mask, non-skid safety shoes, hard hat,
or hearing protection used for appropriate conditions will reduce personal
injuries.
c. Prevent unintentional starting. Ensure the switch is in the off-position
before connecting to power source and/or battery pack, picking up
or carrying the tool. Carrying power tools with your nger on the switch
or energizing power tools that have the switch on invites accidents.
d. Remove any adjusting key or wrench before turning the power tool
on. A wrench or a key left attached to a rotating part of the power tool may
result in personal injury.
e. Do not overreach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. This
enables better control of the power tool in unexpected situations.
f. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelers. Keep your
hair, clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes,
jewelers or long hair can be caught in moving parts.
g. If devices are provided for the connection of dust extraction and
collection facilities, ensure these are connected and properly used.
Use of dust collection can reduce dust related hazards.
4. Power tool use and care
a. Do not force the power tool. Use the correct power tool for your
application. The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the
rate for which it was designed.
4
b. Do not use the power tool if the switch does not turn it on and off.
Any power tool that cannot be controlled with the switch is dangerous and
must be repaired.
c. Disconnect the plug from the power source and/or the battery pack
from the power tool before making any adjustments, changing
accessories, or storing power tools. Such preventive safety measures
reduce the risk of starting the power tool accidentally.
d. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow
persons unfamiliar with the power tool or these instructions to
operate the power tool. Power tools are dangerous in the hands of
untrained users.
e. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving
parts, breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the
power tool’s operation. If damaged, have the power tool repaired
before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained power
tools.
f. Keep cutting tools sharp and clean. Properly maintained cutting tools
with sharp cutting edges are less likely to bind and are easier to control.
g. Use the power tool, accessories and tool bits etc. in accordance with
these instructions, taking into account the working conditions and
the work to be performed. Use of the power tool for operations different
from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
5. Battery tool use and care
a. Recharge only with the charger specied by the manufacturer.
A charger that is suitable for one type of battery pack may create a risk of
re when used with another battery pack.
b. Use power tools only with specically designated battery packs.
Use of any other battery packs may create a risk of injury and re.
c. When battery pack is not in use, keep it away from other metal
objects, like paper clips, coins, keys, nails, screws or other small
metal objects that can make a connection from one terminal to
another. Shorting the battery terminals together may cause burns or a
re.
d. Under abusive conditions, liquid may be ejected from the battery;
avoid contact. If contact accidentally occurs, ush with water. If
liquid contacts eyes, additionally seek medical help. Liquid ejected
from the battery may cause irritation or burns.

varten! Varoituksissa ”sähkötyökalulla” tarkoitetaan hankkimaasi verkkovirralla
toimivaa (johdollista) sähkötyökalua tai akkukäyttöistä (johdotonta) sähkötyökalua.
1. Työskentelyalueen turvallisuus
a. Pidä työskentelyalue siistinä ja hyvin valaistuna. Onnettomuuksia
sattuu helposti sotkuisilla tai pimeillä alueilla.
kaasun.
c. Pidä lapset ja sivulliset loitolla sähkötyökalua käytettäessä.
Häiriötekijät voivat johtaa laitteen hallinnan menettämiseen.
2. Sähköturvallisuus
a. Sähkötyökalun pistotulpan on sovittava pistorasiaan. Älä koskaan
muokkaa pistotulppaa millään tavalla. Älä koskaan käytä minkäänlaisia
sovitinpistoketulppia maadoitettujen sähkötyökalujen kanssa.
Alkuperäiset pistotulpat ja yhteensopivat pistorasiat vähentävät
sähköiskun vaaraa.
b. Vältä kosketusta maadoitettuihin pintoihin, kuten putkiin,
lämpöpattereihin, liesiin ja jääkaappeihin. Sähköiskun vaara kasvaa,
jos kehosi on maadoitettuna.
13
c. Älä altista sähkötyökaluja sateelle tai märille olosuhteille.
Sähkötyökalun sisään pääsevä vesi lisää sähköiskun vaaraa.
d. Älä kohtele johtoa huonosti. Älä käytä johtoa milloinkaan
sähkötyökalun kantamiseen, vetämiseen tai irti kytkemiseen.
Pidä johto poissa lämmön, öljyn, terävien reunojen tai liikkuvien
osien luota. Vaurioituneet tai sotkeutuneet johdot lisäävät sähköiskun
vaaraa.
e. Käytä sähkötyökaluja ulkona vain ulkokäyttöön soveltuvan
jatkojohdon kanssa. Ulkokäyttöön tarkoitetun jatkojohdon käyttäminen
vähentää sähköiskun vaaraa.

välttää, käytä vikavirtasuojakytkimellä (VVSK) suojattua virtalähdettä.
Vikavirtasuojakytkimen käyttäminen vähentää sähköiskun vaaraa.
3. Henkilöturvallisuus
a. Pysy valppaana: katso, mitä olet tekemässä, ja käytä maalaisjärkeä
sähkötyökalun käytössä. Älä käytä sähkötyökalua, kun olet väsynyt
tai huumeiden, alkoholin tai lääkkeiden vaikutuksen alaisena.
Keskittymisen herpaantuminen sähkötyökalua käytettäessä voi johtaa
vakavaan loukkaantumiseen.
b. Käytä henkilönsuojaimia. Käytä aina silmäsuojaimia. Käyttötilanteen
mukaisten suojainten kuten hengityssuojaimen, luistamattomien
turvakenkien, kypärän tai kuulosuojainten käyttäminen vähentää
loukkaantumisia.
c. Estä laitteen käynnistyminen vahingossa. Varmista, että kytkin
on OFF-asennossa ennen virtalähteeseen ja/tai akkuyksikköön
kytkemistä, laitteen nostamista tai sen kantamista. Sähkötyökalun
kantaminen sormi virtakytkimellä tai virtalähteen kytkeminen
sähkötyökaluun, jonka virtakytkin on päällä, altistaa onnettomuuksille.

Monet onnettomuuksista johtuvat
sähkötyökaluista, joita ei ole pidetty kunnossa.
f. Pidä leikkuutyökalut terävinä ja puhtaina. Kunnossa pidetyt
leikkuutyökalut, joiden leikkuusärmä on terävä, jumiutuvat harvemmin ja
ovat helpompia hallita.
g. Käytä sähkötyökalua, lisävarusteita, kärkiä jne. Näiden ohjeiden
mukaan, ja huomioi työskentelyolosuhteet ja suoritettavan työn
tyyppi.
johtaa vaaratilanteisiin.
5. Akkukäyttöisen työkalun käyttö ja kunnossapito
6. Huolto
a. Huollata sähkötyökalu koulutetulla henkilöllä käyttäen vain
alkuperäistä vastaavia varaosia. Näin varmistat, että sähkötyökalu
pysyy turvallisena.
2. TUOTTEEN TURVALLISUUSOHJEET
VAROITUS
1. Älä poista asennettuja kansia tai ruuveja, jotta sähkötyökalu säilyy
toiminnallisesti eheänä.
2. Käytä työkaluasi tyyppikilvessä mainittua tehoa alhaisemmalla teholla, muuten
viimeistely saattaa mennä pilalle ja moottorin ylikuormitus saattaa alentaa
työtehoa.
3. Älä pyyhi muoviosia liuottimella. Liuottimet kuten bensiini, tinneri, bentseeni,
hiilitetrakloridi, alkoholi, ammoniakki ja kloorilisäaineita sisältävä öljy saattavat
vaurioittaa muoviosia ja aiheuttaa niihin halkeamia. Älä pyyhi niitä tämän
kaltaisilla liuottimilla. Pyyhi muoviosat pehmeällä kankaalla, joka on kostutettu
saippuavedellä.
4. Käytä puristimia tai jotakin muuta käytännöllistä menetelmää työkappaleen
kiinnittämiseen tukevalle alustalle. Työkappaleen pitäminen käsin tai kehoa
vasten on epävakaa tapa ja saattaa aiheuttaa hallinnan menetyksen.
5. Käytä ainoastaan kyseisen työkalun valmistajan suosittelemia
lisävarusteita. Tiettyyn työkaluun sopivat lisävarusteet saattavat aiheuttaa
loukkaantumisvaaran toisessa työkalussa käytettynä.
3. TÄRKEITÄ LATURIA JA AKKUYKSIKKÖÄ KOSKEVIA TURVALLISUUSOHJEITA
VAROITUS
1. Huomautus: henkilövahingon vaaran vähentämiseksi lataa ainoastaan
ilmoitettua tyyppiä vastaavia akkuyksikköjä. Muun tyyppiset akkuyksiköt voivat
haljeta ja aiheuttaa henkilö- ja omaisuusvahinkoja.
2. Lue kaikki akkuyksiköissä ja latureissa olevat ohjeet ja huomautukset ennen
laturin käyttämistä.
3. Älä altista laturia sateelle tai lumelle.
4. Vähennä sähköpistokkeen tai johdon vaurioitumisvaaraa vetämällä aina
pistokkeesta johdon sijaan, kun irrotat laturin sähköverkosta.
16
jollain muulla tavalla vaurioitunut. Vie laturi tällöin asiantuntevaan huoltoon.
9. Vähennä sähköiskun vaaraa irrottamalla laturin pistoke pistorasiasta ennen
minkäänlaisen huolto- tai puhdistustyön suorittamista. Säätimien kytkeminen
pois päältä ei ehkäise vaaraa.
10. Älä pura laturia tai akkuyksikköä. Vie ne valtuutettuun huoltopisteeseen,
mikäli huolto on tarpeen. Virheellinen kokoaminen voi aiheuttaa tulipalon tai
sähköiskun vaaran.
4. LATURIA JA AKKUYKSIKKÖÄ KOSKEVIA LITURVALLISUUSOHJEITA
VAROITUS
1. Älä lataa akkuyksikköä lämpötilan ollessa alle 0°C (32°F) tai yli 40°C (104°F).
2. Älä yritä käyttää muunneltua muuntajaa, moottorin laturia tai tasavirtaliitäntää.
3. Älä anna minkään peittää tai tukkia laturin ilma-aukkoja.
5. Älä oikosulje akkuyksikköä.
6. Älä kosketa liitäntöjä millään sähköä johtavalla materiaalilla.
7. Vältä akkuyksikön säilyttämistä astiassa, jossa on muita metalliesineitä, kuten
nauloja, kolikoita jne.
8. Älä altista akkuyksikköä vedelle tai sateelle. Akkuyksikön oikosulku saattaa
aiheuttaa korkean virran, ylikuumenemisen, mahdollisia palovammoja ja jopa
rikkoutumisens.
9. Älä säilytä laitetta ja akkuyksikköä paikoissa, joissa lämpötila on 50°C (122°F)
tai tätä korkeampi.
11. Varo, ettet pudota, ravista tai lyö akkuyksikköä.
12. Älä lataa minkäänlaisessa laatikossa tai astiassa. Akkuyksikön on oltava
hyvin tuuletetussa tilassa lataamisen aikana.
17
13. Älä jätä akkuja käyttämättömiksi pitkäksi aikaa. Lataa akku 3–6 kuukauden
välein ja lataa Li-Ion-akku 40–80 prosentin varaukseen ennen varastointia.
15. Akun kestoiän pidentämiseksi litiumioniakku on varustettu suojatoiminnolla,
joka katkaisee virransyötön.
Alla kuvatuissa tilanteissa moottori saattaa pysähtyä kytkimen painamisesta
huolimatta.
saattaa katketa.

merkkivalo syttyy. Nyt akkuyksikön latausjakso käynnistyy.
5. Latausjakson päätyttyä merkkivalo muuttuu vihreäksi. Akkuyksikkö
on nyt käyttövalmis.
6. Uutta akkuyksikköäsi ei ole ladattu. Sinun on ladattava se ennen
käyttöä.

Koneen varaustason ilmaisinvalo
1. ´ Koneen vihreä ilmaisinvalo näyttää akun jäljellä olevan varauksen kolme eri tasoa. Paina
liipaisinta alaspäin, jolloin ilmaisinvalo syttyy kolmen sekunnin ajaksi. (Paina liipaisinta
uudelleen, jos haluat tarkistaa akun varaustason uudelleen).
2. Jos merkkivalo 1 välkkyy kolme kertaa, akkuyksikkö täytyy ladata uudelleen.
3. Ylikuumenemissuojaus: Jos kaikki kolme varaustason ilmaisinvaloa välkähtävät
samanaikaisesti kolme kertaa, akku on ylikuumentunut.

(punainen valo vilkkuu hitaasti)
Akkuyksikön toimintahäiriö (punainen ja vihreä valo palavat jatkuvasti)
VAROITUS
1. Laturi kytketään ainoastaan 100–240 voltin vaihtovirtalähteeseen.

akkuyksikkö on poistettu.
Varoitus
2. Poista hylsy yksinkertaisesti vetämällä se karasta.
3. Käynnistä laite yksinkertaisesti vetämällä pääkytkimestä. Laitteen nopeutta nostetaan
lisäämällä pääkytkimeen kohdistuvaa voimaa. Pysäytä vapauttamalla pääkytkin.
4. Käytä laitetta päinvastaiseen pyörimissuuntaan vaihtamalla käyttöyksikön
suunnanvaihtotangon asentoa (katso kuva 2). Pyörimissuunnat on myös merkitty tangon
pintaan.
5. Tässä mallissa on kaksi osaa: Ensimmäinen osa on esikiristin. Esikiristys käyttää 15
% moottorin täydestä tehosta. Toiminto aktivoituu vain, kun momenttisäädön nuppi on
käännetty etuasentoon. Kun tarvitset täyden tehon, käännä momenttisäädön nuppia .

6. Huomaa, että annetut arvot on mitattu laboratorio-olosuhteissa. Luvut voivat vaihdella
15 prosenttiyksikköä molempiin suuntiin. Työkalun todellinen vääntömomentti voi vaihdella
hylsyn kestävyyden, voitelun ja pyörän materiaalin mukaan.
7. Tarkasta pyörimissuunta aina ennen käyttöä.
