During operation of the water heater, it is necessary to observe some
precautions. Improper operation due to ignorance of the precautions may
result in personal injury of the user or other people, as well as damage of their
property.
1. Any electric appliance shall be under observation during its operation,
especially if there are children close by. Carefully watch that children do not
touch the appliance.
2. Before installation and connection of the water heater to the electric mains,
check and make sure that the wall socket for the water heater has a grounding
contact and it is properly grounded (for 3,5 kW series). If your electric main is
not provided with a grounding loop, operation of the water heater is hazardous
for life.
3. Connect the water heater only to 220VAC/50Hz mains. If necessary, clarify
specifications of your electric mains from the power suppliers.
4. To avoid overheating, as well as risk of fire and damage of the internal
electric circuit, do not change length of the power cord and do not connect
the water heater via electric extension cables.
5. Never use the water heater, if it is faulty.
6. Immediately disconnect the water heater from the electric mains in case of
strange sounds, odor, or smoke from it.
7. Always disconnect the water heater from the electric mains during storms.

8. Before beginning of cleaning and maintenance of the water heater, always
disconnect it from the electric mains. Perform cleaning and maintenance in
accordance with the guidelines of this instruction manual.
9. Do not use hazardous chemicals for cleaning of the water heater and
exclude their contact with it.
10. To avoid hazard of electric shock, the damaged power cord shall be
replaced only by qualified specialists.
11. To avoid hazard of electric shock, do not place the power cord near
heating appliances and flammable or combustible materials.
12. Do not use the water heater for purposes not specified in this instruction
manual.
13. Do not use the water heater in explosive or corrosive environment. Do not
store gasoline and other volatile highly inflammable liquids near the appliance.
This is very hazardous!
14. It is prohibited to change the design of the water heater or modify it.
15. Any service works shall be performed by a specialized organization, by
qualified specialists. Improper installation may result in refusal of warranty
service.
16. The water heater is not designed for use by people (including children)
with physical, sensory, or mental disability, having insufficient experience and
knowledge, without observation and instructing on use of the appliance by the
person responsible for their safety. It is necessary to watch children not to play
with the appliance.
17. Use only for household purposes. The water heater is not designed for
industrial use.
18. Do not use the water heater with the damaged power cord or other
damages. For troubleshooting and repairs, please contact the nearest
authorized service center of the manufacturer in your region.
19. Make sure that the power cord does not cross sharp edges and does not
contact with hot surfaces.
20. Never leave the energized water heater unattended.
21. Do not allow children to use the water heater without control by adults.
22. Thoroughly observe the connection procedure of the water heater, since
improper connection will result in its failure and may inflict harm to the user.
23. Do not swap locations of the water inlet and outlet positions, since this
will result in failure of the water heater and may inflict harm to the user (see IN
(inlet) and OUT (outlet) marks). The water heater shall be connected only with
its water connections downward in strictly horizontal position.
24. Connection of the water heater in another position will result in its failure.
