Bitte beachten: Die HD 50 kann als Wärme-Zudecke oder Wärme-Cape verwendet werden. In der
folgenden Gebrauchsanweisung wird stellvertretend für beide Verwendungen der Begriff „Wärme-Zu-
decke“ verwendet. Die Anweisungen gelten gleichermaßen auch für die Anwendung als Wärme-Cape.
2. Wichtige Anweisungen
Für den späteren Gebrauch aufbewahren
WARNUNG
• Ein Nichtbeachten der nachfolgenden Anweisungen kann Personen-
oder Sachschäden (elektrischer Schlag, Hautverbrennung, Brand)
verursachen. Die folgenden Sicherheits- und Gefahrenhinweise
dienen nicht nur zum Schutz Ihrer Gesundheit bzw. der Gesundheit
Dritter, sondern auch zum Schutz des Produktes. Beachten Sie daher
diese Sicherheitshinweise und übergeben Sie diese Gebrauchs-
anweisung bei Weitergabe des Artikels.
• Diese Wärme-Zudecke darf nicht bei wärmeunempfindlichen und
anderen sehr schutzbedürftigen Personen angewandt werden, weil
diese nicht auf eine Überhitzung reagieren können (z.B. Diabetikern,
Personen mit krankheitsbedingten Hautveränderungen oder ver
-
narbten Hautarealen im Anwendungsgebiet, nach der Einnahme von
schmerzlindernden Medikamenten oder Alkohol).

• Diese Wärme-Zudecke darf nicht bei sehr jungen Kindern (0-3 Jahre)
angewandt werden, weil diese nicht auf eine Überhitzung reagieren
können.
• Diese Wärme-Zudecke darf nicht von jungen Kindern (3-8 Jahre)
benutzt werden, es sei denn der Schalter wurde von einem Elternteil
oder einer Aufsichtsperson eingestellt und das Kind wurde ausrei
-
chend eingewiesen wie es die Wärme-Zudecke sicher betreibt.
• Diese Wärme-Zudecke kann von Kindern ab 8 Jahren und darüber
sowie von Personen mit verringerten physischen, sensorischen oder
mentalen Fähigkeiten oder Mangel an Erfahrung und Wissen benutzt
werden, wenn Sie beaufsichtigt werden und bezüglich des sicheren
Gebrauchs der Wärme-Zudecke unterwiesen wurden und die daraus
resultierenden Gefahren verstehen.
• Kinder dürfen nicht mit der Wärme-Zudecke spielen.
• Reinigung und Benutzer-Wartung dürfen nicht von Kindern ohne
Beaufsichtigung durchgeführt werden.
• Diese Wärme-Zudecke ist nicht für den Gebrauch in Krankenhäusern
bestimmt.
• Keine Nadeln hineinstechen.
• Nicht gefaltet oder zusammengeschoben benutzen.
• Nicht nass benutzen.
•
Diese Wärme-Zudecke darf nur in Verbindung mit dem auf dem Etikett
angegeben Schalter betrieben werden.
•
Die von dieser elektrischen Wärme-Zudecke ausgehenden elektrischen
und magnetischen Felder können unter Umständen die Funktion
Ihres Herzschrittmachers stören. Sie liegen jedoch weit unter den
Grenzwerten: elektrische Feldstärke: max. 5000 V/m, magnetische
Feldstärke: max. 80 A/m, magnetische Flussdichte: max. 0,1 Milli-
Tesla. Bitte befragen Sie deshalb Ihren Arzt und den Hersteller Ihres
Herzschrittmachers vor der Benutzung dieser Wärme-Zudecke.
• Während diese Wärme-Zudecke eingeschaltet ist, darf
– kein Gegenstand (z. B. Koffer oder Wäschekorb) daraufgelegt
werden,
– keine Wärmequelle wie Bettflasche, Heizkissen oder ähnliches
daraufgelegt werden.
•
Die elektronischen Bauteile im Schalter erwärmen sich beim Gebrauch
der Wärme-Zudecke. Der Schalter darf deshalb nicht abgedeckt
werden oder auf der Wärme-Zudecke liegen wenn sie betrieben wird.
• Nicht an den Leitungen ziehen, drehen oder sie scharf knicken.
• Diese Wärme-Zudecke ist häufig dahingehend zu prüfen, ob sie
Anzeichen von Abnutzung oder Beschädigung zeigt. Falls solche

Anzeichen vorhanden sind, die Wärme-Zudecke unsachgemäß
gebraucht wurde oder sie sich nicht mehr erwärmt, muss sie vor
erneutem Einschalten erst durch den Hersteller überprüft werden.
• Wenn die Netzanschlussleitung dieser Wärme-Zudecke beschädigt
wird, muss sie durch den Hersteller oder seinen Kundendienst oder
eine ähnlich qualifizierte Person ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu
vermeiden.
• Beachten Sie unbedingt die Hinweise zur Bedienung (Kapitel 4), zur
Reinigung und Pflege (Kapitel 5) und zur Aufbewahrung (Kapitel 6).
• Sollten Sie noch Fragen zur Anwendung unserer Geräte haben, so
wenden Sie sich bitte an unseren Kundenservice.
3. Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
ACHTUNG
Diese Wärme-Zudecke ist nur zur Erwärmung des menschlichen Körpers bestimmt.
Die Wärme-Zudecke ist so geformt, dass sie als Cape getragen werden kann.
Die dunkle Oberläche der Wärme-Zudecke / Wärme-Cape muss zum Körper
weisen. Das Wärme-Cape kann durch Druckknöpfe vorne geschlossen wer
-
den. Zusätzlich befinden sich jeweils im Bereich der Arme weitere Druckknöpfe
zur besseren Fixierung des Wärme-Capes am Körper (siehe Abbildung).
4. Bedienung
4.1 Sicherheit
ACHTUNG
D
ie Wärme-Zudecke ist mit dem SICHERHEITS-SYSTEM ausgestattet. Diese elektronische Sensor-
technik verhindert eine Überhitzung der Wärme-Zudecke auf seiner gesamten Fläche durch automa-
tische Abschaltung im Fehlerfall.

itte beachten Sie, dass die Wärme-Zudecke nach einem Fehlerfall aus Gründen der Sicherheit nicht
m
ehr betrieben werden kann und an die angegebene Service-Adresse eingesendet werden muss.
4.2 Inbetriebnahme
•
Verbinden Sie zuerst den Schalter mit der Wärme-Zudecke
indem Sie die Steckkupplung zusammenfügen.
•
Stecken Sie danach den Netzstecker in die Steckdose.

4.3 Einschalten
Stellen Sie den Schiebeschalter für EIN/AUS und Temperaturstufen auf Stufe 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, oder 6, um die
Wärme-Zudecke einzuschalten.
Im eingeschalteten Zustand leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte (4).
4.4 Temperatur einstellen
Stufe 0: AUS
Stufe 1: Minimale Wärme
Stufe 2 – 5: Individuelle Wärme
Stufe 6: Maximale Wärme
WARNUNG
Wenn die Wärme-Zudecke über mehrere Stunden benutzt wird, emp-
fehlen wir die niedrigste Temperaturstufe am Schalter einzustellen, um
eine Überhitzung des Anwenders zu vermeiden.
HINWEIS
Die schnellste Erwärmung der Wärme-Zudecke erreichen Sie, indem Sie zuerst die höchste Tempe-
raturstufe einstellen.
4.5 Ausschalten
Schieben Sie den Schiebeschalter für EIN/AUS und Temperaturstufen auf die Position AUS ( 0 ), um die
Wärme-Zudecke auszuschalten.
HINWEIS
Falls die Wärme-Zudecke für einige Tage nicht verwendet wird, schieben Sie den Schiebeschalter
für EIN/AUS und Temperaturstufen auf die Position AUS ( 0 ) und ziehen den Netzstecker aus der
Steckdose.
Trennen Sie anschließend die Steckkupplung und somit den Schalter von der Wärme-Zudecke ab.
4.6 Automatische Abschaltung
Diese Wärme-Zudecke schaltet sich nach 3 Stunden automatisch ab. Nach erfolgter Abschaltung wird die
Wärme-Zudecke nicht mehr erwärmt und die Kontrollleuchte blinkt.
Um die Wärme-Zudecke erneut einzuschalten, stellen Sie zunächst den Schiebeschalter für EIN/AUS und
Temperaturstufen für 5 Sekunden auf die Position AUS (0). Nach ungefähr 5 Sekunden ist ein erneutes
Einschalten möglich.
5. Reinigung und Pflege
WARNUNG
Ziehen Sie vor der Reinigung immer zuerst den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose. Trennen Sie anschlie-
ßend die Steckkupplung und somit den Schalter von der Wärme-Zudecke ab. Andernfalls besteht die
Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlages.

ACHTUNG
• Der Schalter darf niemals mit Wasser oder mit anderen Flüssigkeiten in Kontakt kommen. Er kann
sonst beschädigt werden.
Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung des Schalters ein trockenes fusselfreies Tuch. Verwenden Sie keine chemischen
Reiniger oder Scheuermittel.
Kleine Flecken auf der Wärme-Zudecke können mit einem angefeuchteten Tuch oder Schwamm sowie ggf.
mit etwas flüssigem Feinwaschmittel entfernt werden.
ACHTUNG
• Beachten Sie, dass die Wärme-Zudecke nicht chemisch gereinigt, ausgewrungen, maschinell
getrocknet, gemangelt oder gebügelt werden darf.
Diese Wärme-Zudecke ist maschinenwaschbar.
Stellen Sie die Waschmaschine auf einen besonders schonenden Waschgang bei 30 °C ein (Wollwaschgang).
Benutzen Sie ein Feinwaschmittel und dosieren Sie es nach Angaben des Herstellers.
ACHTUNG
• Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Wärme-Zudecke durch allzu häufiges Waschen beansprucht wird.
Die Wärme-Zudecke sollte deshalb während der gesamten Lebensdauer max. 5 Mal in einer Waschmaschine
gewaschen werden.
Ziehen Sie direkt nach dem Waschen die noch nasse Wärme-Zudecke auf das Originalmaß in Form und
lassen Sie sie flach ausgebreitet über einem Wäscheständer trocknen.
ACHTUNG
• Verwenden Sie keine Wäscheklammern oder ähnliches um die Wärme-Zudecke am Wäscheständer
zu befestigen. Andernfalls kann die Wärme-Zudecke beschädigt werden.
• Verbinden Sie den Schalter erst wieder mit der Wärme-Zudecke, wenn die Steckkupplung und die
Wärme-Zudecke vollständig trocken sind. Andernfalls kann die Wärme-Zudecke beschädigt werden.
WARNUNG
• Schalten Sie die Wärme-Zudecke auf keinen Fall zum Trocknen ein! Andernfalls besteht die Gefahr
eines elektrischen Schlages.
6. Aufbewahrung
Wenn Sie die Wärme-Zudecke längere Zeit nicht verwenden, empfehlen wir Ihnen, sie in der Originalverpa-
ckung aufzubewahren. Trennen Sie hierzu die Steckkupplung und somit den Schalter von der Wärme-Zudecke.
ACHTUNG
Bitte lassen Sie die Wärme-Zudecke zuerst abkühlen. Andernfalls kann
die Wärme-Zudecke beschädigt werden. Legen Sie während der Lage
-
rung keine Gegenstände auf der Wärme-Zudecke ab um zu vermeiden,
dass sie scharf geknickt wird.

7. Entsorgung
Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das Gerät am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit dem
Hausmüll entsorgt werden. Die Entsorgung kann über entsprechende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land
erfolgen. Entsorgen Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altgeräte EG-Richtlinie – WEEE
(Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich an die für die Entsorgung
zuständige kommunale Behörde.
8. Was tun bei Problemen?

10. Garantie / Ser vice
Wir leisten 3 Jahre Garantie ab Kaufdatum für Material- und Fabrikationsfehler des Produktes. Die Garantie
gilt nicht:
• Im Falle von Schäden, die auf unsachgemäßer Bedienung beruhen.
• Für Verschleißteile.
• Bei Eigenverschulden des Kunden.
• Sobald das Gerät durch eine nicht autorisierte Werkstatt geöffnet wurde.
Die gesetzlichen Gewährleistungen des Kunden bleiben durch die Garantie unberührt. Für Geltendmachung
eines Garantiefalles innerhalb der Garantiezeit ist durch den Kunden der Nachweis des Kaufes zu führen.
Die Garantie ist innerhalb eines Zeitraumes von 3 Jahren ab Kaufdatum gegenüber der Beurer GmbH, Ulm
(Germany) geltend zu machen.

safety and hazard information is not only intended to protect
your health and the health of others, it should also protect the prod

uct. For this reason, pay attention to these safety notes and include
these instructions for use when handing over the product to others.
• This electric overblanket may not be used by people with reduced
sensitivity to heat or by other very vulnerable people as they are
unable to respond to overheating (e.g. diabetics, persons with skin
changes related to illness or persons with scarred skin in the area
where the pad is to be applied, after taking any pain-relieving medi
-
cation or alcohol).
• This electric overblanket may not be used by very young children
(0-3 years old) as they are unable to respond to overheating.

This electric overblanket may not be used by young children (3-8
years
old) unless the controller has been set by a parent or responsi-
ble adult and the child has been given adequate instructions on how
to use the electric overblanket safely.

a lack of experience or knowledge, provided that they are super

your pacemaker before using this electric overblanket.
• When this electric overblanket is switched on
– do not place any objects on it (e.g. suitcase or washing basket)
– Heat sources, such as hot water bottles, heating pads or similar,
must not be placed on the pad.
• The electronic components in the controller warm up when the
electric overblanket is in use.
For this reason, the controller must never be covered or placed on
the electric overblanket when it is in use.
• Do not pull, twist or make sharp bends in the cables.
• Please check this electric overblanket frequently for signs of wear
and tear or damage.
If any such signs are evident, if the electric overblanket has been
used incorrectly or if it no longer heats up, it must be checked by
the manufacturer before being switched on again.

If the mains cable of the electric overbl
anket is damaged, it must be
replaced by the manufacturer, its customer service department or a
similarly qualified person to avoid any risk.
• Always observe the notes on operation (section 4), cleaning and
maintenance (section 5) and storage (section 6).

3. Intended use
CAUTION
This electric overblanket is only designed to warm up the human body.
The electric overblanket is shaped so that it can be worn as a cape. The dark
surface of the overblanket/cape must face towards the body. The electric cape
can be closed using poppers at the front. There are also further poppers in the
area of each arm to ensure a better fit to the body (see image).
4. Operation
4.1 Safety
CAUTION
T
he electric overblanket is fitted with the SAFETY SYSTEM. This electronic sensor technology provides
protection against overheating across the entire surface of the electric overblanket with an automatic
switch-off if there is a fault.
P
lease note that, for safety reasons, the electric overblanket can no longer be operated after a fault
has occurred and must be sent to the specified service address.
4.2 Initial use
•
First, connect the controller to the electric overblanket by inserting
the plug-in coupling.
•
Then plug the mains plug into the socket.
4.3 Switching on
To switch the electric overblanket on, set the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings to setting
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6.
When it is switched on, the indicator lamp (4) lights up.
4.4 Setting the temperature
Level 0: OFF
Level 1: minimum heat
Setting 2 - 5: individual heat setting
Level 6: maximum heat
WARNING
If the electric overblanket is being used over several hours, we recom
-
mend that you set the lowest temperature setting on the controller to
avoid overheating the person using the blanket.
NOTE
The fastest way to warm up the electric overblanket is to initially set the highest temperature setting.

4.5 Switching off
To switch off the electric overblanket, slide the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings to the
OFF ( 0 ) position.
NOTE
If the electric overblanket is not being used for several days, slide the sliding switch for ON/OFF and
temperature settings to the OFF ( 0 ) position and remove the mains plug from the socket.
Then disconnect the controller from the electric overblanket by unplugging the plug-in coupling.
4.6 Automatic switch-off
This electric overblanket switches off automatically after 3 hours. Once the electric overblanket has switched
off, it is no longer heated and the indicator lamp flashes.
To switch on the electric overblanket again, first set the sliding switch for ON/OFF and temperature settings
to the OFF ( 0 ) position for 5 seconds. After about 5 seconds it is possible to switch it on again.
5. Cleaning and maintenance
WARNING
Before cleaning, always remove the mains plug from the socket first. Then disconnect the controller from
the electric overblanket by unplugging the plug-in coupling. Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.
CAUTION
• The controller must never come into contact with water or other liquids, as this may cause damage.
To clean the controller, use a dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use any chemical or abrasive cleaning agents.
Small marks on the electric overblanket can be removed with a damp cloth or sponge and, if necessary, with
a little liquid detergent for delicate laundry.
CAUTION
• Please note that the electric overblanket may not be chemically cleaned, wrung out, tumble dried,
put through a mangle or ironed.
Set the washing machine to a particularly gentle wash cycle at 30°C (wool cycle).
Use a delicate laundry detergent and measure it out according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
CAUTION
•
Please note that frequent washing of the electric overblanket has a negative effect on the product.
The electric overblanket should therefore be washed in a washing machine a maximum of 5 times during its life.
Immediately after washing, reshape the electric overblanket to its original dimensions while it is still wet and
spread it out flat over a clothes horse to dry.
CAUTION
• Do not use pegs or similar items to attach the electric overblanket to the clothes horse. Failure to do
so may damage the electric overblanket.
• Do not reconnect the controller to the electric overblanket until the plug-in connector and electric

• Never switch the electric overblanket on to dry it! Otherwise there is a risk of electric shock.

6. Storage
If you do not plan to use the electric overblanket for a long period of time, we recommend that you store it in
the original packaging. For this purpose, disconnect the controller from the electric overblanket by unplug
-
ging the plug-in coupling.
CAUTION
Allow the electric overblanket to cool down before folding. Otherwise
the electric overblanket may be damaged. Do not crease the electric
overblanket by placing items on top of it during storage.
7. Disposal
For environmental reasons, do not dispose of the device in the household waste at the end of its
useful life. Dispose of the unit at a suitable local collection or recycling point. Dispose of the device
in accordance with EC Directive – WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment). If you have
any questions, please contact the local authorities responsible for waste disposal.
8. What if there are problems?

10. Warranty / ser vice
In case of a claim under the warranty please contact your local dealer or the local representation which is
mentioned in the list “service international”.
In case of returning the unit please add a copy of your receipt and a short report of the defect.
The following warranty terms shall apply:
1. The warranty period for BEURER products is either 3 years or- if longer- the country specific warranty
period from date of Purchase.
In case of a warranty claim, the date of purchase has to be proven by means of the sales receipt or invoice.
2. Repairs (complete unit or parts of the unit) do not extend the warranty period.
3. The warranty shall not be valid for damages because of
a. improper treatment, e.g. nonobservance of the user instructions.
b. repairs or tampering by the customer or unauthorised third parties.
c. transport from the manufacturer to the consumer or during transport to the service centre.
d. The warranty shall not be valid for accessories which are subject to normal wear and tear (cuff,
batteries etc.).
4. Liability for direct or indirect consequential losses caused by the unit are excluded even if the damage
to the unit is accepted as a warranty claim.

Attention Le modèle HD 50 peut être utilisé comme couverture ou cape chauffante. Dans ce mode
d’emploi, le terme « couverture chauffante » sera employé pour faire référence aux deux. Les instruc-
tions d’utilisation s’appliquent de la même manière à la cape chauffante.
2. Consignes importantes

la peau, incendie). Ces consignes de sécurité et avertissements ne
sont pas uniquement destinés à protéger votre santé ou celle d’autres

jeunes enfants (de 0 à 3 ans), car ils pourraient ne pas réagir en cas
de surchauffe.
• Cette couverture chauffante ne doit pas être utilisée par de jeunes
enfants (de 3 à 8 ans), sauf si l’interrupteur a été réglé par un parent
ou tuteur et que l’enfant a reçu suffisamment d’informations pour
utiliser la couverture chauffante en toute sécurité.
• Cette couverture chauffante peut être utilisée par les enfants de plus
de 8 ans ainsi que par les déficients physiques, sensoriels ou mentaux
et les personnes ayant peu de connaissances ou d’expérience à la
condition qu’ils soient surveillés ou sachent comment l’utiliser en
toute sécurité et en comprennent les risques.
• Les enfants ne doivent pas jouer avec la couverture chauffante.
• Le nettoyage et l’entretien ne doivent pas être effectués par des
enfants sans surveillance.
• Cette couverture chauffante n’est pas conçue pour une utilisation en
milieu hospitalier.
• N’enfoncez pas d’aiguilles.
• N’utilisez pas la couverture chauffante pliée ou froissée.
• N’utilisez pas la couverture chauffante mouillée.
• Vous ne devez utiliser cette couverture chauffante qu’en association
avec l’interrupteur mentionné sur l’étiquette.
• Les champs électriques et magnétiques émanant de cette cou-
verture chauffante électrique peuvent éventuellement perturber le
fonctionnement des stimulateurs cardiaques. Ils sont pourtant bien
inférieurs aux limites : puissance des champs électriques : 5 000 V/m
max., puissance des champs magnétiques : 80 A/m max., induction
magnétique : 0,1 mT max. Veuillez donc consulter votre médecin et
le fabricant de votre stimulateur cardiaque avant d’utiliser cette cou-
verture chauffante.
•
Pendant que cette couverture chauffante fonctionne, vous ne devez pas
– poser d’objets dessus (par ex. valise ou corbeille à linge),
– poser de source de chaleur dessus, comme des bouillottes, des
coussins chauffants, etc.
• Les composants électroniques de l’interrupteur chauffent lors de
l’utilisation de la couverture chauffante.
Vous ne devez donc pas couvrir l’interrupteur ou le poser sur la
couverture chauffante lorsque cette dernière est utilisée.
• Ne tirez, ne tordez ou ne pliez pas trop fortement les câbles.
• Cette couverture chauffante doit être régulièrement vérifiée pour
détecter la présence de tout signe d’usure ou d’endommagement.

Le cas échéant, ou si cette couverture chauffante a été utilisée de
façon inappropriée ou si elle ne chauffe plus, elle doit être vérifiée par
le fabricant avant d’être utilisée à nouveau.
• Si le câble d’alimentation électrique de la couverture chauffante est
endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant, son service client
ou toute autre personne qualifiée afin d’éviter tout danger.
• Respectez impérativement les consignes d’utilisation (chapitre 4)
ainsi que celles d’entretien et de nettoyage (chapitre 5) et de range
-
ment (chapitre 6).

3. Utilisation conforme aux recommandations
ATTENTION
C
ette couverture chauffante est exclusivement conçue pour réchauffer le corps humain.
La forme de la couverture chauante lui permet d’être portée comme une cape. La
couverture / cape chauante se porte côté sombre sur le corps. La cape chauante
peut se fermer sur le devant à l’aide de boutons-pression. Pour une meilleure tenue
de la cape chauante, vous trouverez en plus d’autres boutons-pression situés au
niveau des bras (voir illustration).
4. Utilisation
4.1 Sécurité
ATTENTION
L
a couverture chauffante est équipée d’un SYSTÈME DE SÉCURITÉ. Cette technologie de capteur
électronique empêche la surchauffe de la couverture chauffante sur toute sa surface grâce à l’arrêt
automatique en cas de défaillance.
V
euillez noter qu’après une défaillance due à la sécurité, vous ne pouvez plus utiliser la couverture
chauffante et devez l’envoyer au service après-vente indiqué.
4.2 Mise en service
• Branchez d’abord l’interrupteur à la couverture chauffante en
connectant la fiche secteur.
• Branchez la prise au secteur.

4.3 Mise sous tension
Réglez le commutateur coulissant MARCHE/ARRÊT et des niveaux de température sur le 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 ou 6
pour allumer la couverture chauffante.
Lorsqu’elle est allumée, le voyant de contrôle (4) s’allume.
4.4 Réglage de la température
Niveau 0 : éteint
Niveau 1 : chaleur minimale
Niveau 2 – 5 : chaleur personnalisée
Niveau 6 : chaleur maximale
AVERTISSEMENT
Lorsque vous utilisez la couverture chauffante pendant plusieurs heures,
il est recommandé de régler l’interrupteur sur le niveau de température
le plus bas pour éviter toute surchauffe.
REMARQUE
La couverture chauffante se réchauffe plus rapidement lorsque vous réglez le niveau de température
au plus haut.
4.5 Mise hors tension
Placez le commutateur MARCHE/ARRÊT et des niveaux de température sur la position ARRÊT (0) pour
éteindre la couverture chauffante.
REMARQUE
Si vous n’utilisez pas la couverture chauffante pendant plusieurs jours, placez l’interrupteur MARCHE/
ARRÊT et des niveaux de température sur la position ARRÊT (0) et débranchez la prise secteur.
Déconnectez ensuite la fiche secteur et donc l’interrupteur de la couverture chauffante.
4.6 Arrêt automatique
Cette couverture chauffante s’éteint automatiquement après 3 heures. Après l’arrêt, la couverture chauffante
n’est plus chauffée et le voyant de contrôle clignote.
Pour rallumer la couverture chauffante, placez d’abord l’interrupteur MARCHE/ARRÊT et des niveaux de
température sur la position ARRÊT (0) pendant 5 secondes. Après environ 5 secondes, vous pouvez remettre
la couverture chauffante sous tension.
5. Nettoyage et entretien
AVERTISSEMENT
Pour commencer, débranchez toujours le câble d’alimentation de la prise avant de nettoyer l’appareil.
Déconnectez ensuite la fiche secteur et donc l’interrupteur de la couverture chauffante. Sinon, vous
vous exposez à un risque de choc électrique.
ATTENTION
• L’interrupteur ne doit jamais entrer en contact avec de l’eau ou d’autres liquides. Il peut être endom-
magé.
Pour le nettoyage de l’interrupteur, utilisez un chiffon sec non pelucheux. N’utilisez pas de produit abrasif
ou autre détergent.

Vous pouvez nettoyer les petites tâches de la couverture chauffante à l’aide d’un chiffon humide et un peu
de lessive liquide pour linge délicat.
ATTENTION
• La couverture chauffante ne doit pas être nettoyée avec des produits chimiques, essorée, séchée
en machine, cylindrée ou repassée.
La couverture chauffante est lavable en machine.
Réglez la machine sur un cycle très doux à 30 °C (cycle laine).
Utilisez une lessive pour linge délicat et dosez-la selon les instructions du fabricant.
ATTENTION
• Veuillez noter qu’une exposition trop fréquente de la couverture chauffante à l’eau n’est pas re
commandée.
Par conséquent, vous ne devez laver la couverture chauffante à la machine qu’au maximum 5 fois pendant
sa durée de vie.
Étirez la couverture chauffante encore mouillée juste après le lavage pour qu’elle retrouve sa taille d’origine
et laissez-la sécher à plat sur un étendage.
ATTENTION
•
N’utilisez pas de pinces à linge ou autres pour accrocher la couverture chauffante sur l’étendage.
Sinon, elle pourrait être endommagée.
•
Ne reconnectez l’interrupteur à la couverture chauffante qu’une fois que celle-ci et la fiche secteur
sont complètement sèches. Sinon, la couverture chauffante pourrait être endommagée.
AVERTISSEMENT
• Ne mettez en aucun cas la couverture chauffante en marche lors du séchage ! Sinon, vous vous
exposez à un risque de choc électrique.
6. Rangement
Si vous n’utilisez pas la couverture chauffante pendant une période prolongée, nous vous recommandons
de la ranger dans son emballage d’origine. Pour cela, déconnectez la fiche secteur et donc l’interrupteur de
la couverture chauffante.
ATTENTION
Laissez d’abord la couverture chauffante refroidir. Sinon, elle pourrait
être endommagée.
Ne posez pas d’objet sur la couverture chauffante lors de son stockage
pour éviter qu’elle ne se plie trop fortement.
7. Élimination
Dans l’intérêt de la protection de l’environnement, l’appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les ordures
ménagères à la fin de sa durée de service. L’élimination doit se faire par le biais des points de collecte
compétents dans votre pays. Veuillez éliminer l’appareil conformément à la directive européenne
– WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) relative aux appareils électriques et électro
-
niques usagés. Pour toute question, adressez-vous aux collectivités locales responsables de l’élimination
et du recyclage de ces produits.
