Introduction

Product description and intended use

The product Husqvarna Multi Sling has 3 different

approved areas of use:

• As an anchor device to give protection against fall

from a height

• As a lanyard

• As a Prusik loop

The product is used as personal protective equipment

in work positioning systems, restraint systems and fall

arrest systems for arborists.

The product consists of a rope with 2 eye end

connections. One eye end connection has an aluminum

ring. The rope is made of synthetic fiber.

Do not use the product as lifting equipment as specified

in EU directive 2006/42/EC.

• This product can be dangerous if you are not careful

or if you use the product incorrectly. Before you

use the product, you must read and understand the

contents of this operator’s manual.

• You must obey all instructions in this operator's

manual. The risk of serious injury or death increases

if the instructions are not obeyed.

• The operator must have necessary knowledge and

experience. The operator must be trained in the

safe use of the product and in the applicable safety

precautions.

• The equipment should if possible be used personally

by one operator only.

• Only use the product for the specified intended use

and in the specified limited scope.

• The operator must have good medical health.

• The product can cause damage if incorrectly used,

stored, cleaned or if it is used with too much load.

• Do the product inspections as given in this operator's

manual.

• Obey local requirements and national regulations for

personal protective equipment for arborists.

• Keep this operator's manual and inspection report

together with the product.

• If the product is given to a new operator, make sure

that the operator's manual goes with the product.

• If the product is moved to a different country, it is the

responsibility of the previous operator to make sure

that the operator's manual is in the correct language

for that country.

Safety instructions before operation

WARNING: Read the warning

instructions that follow before you use the

product.

• All components in the work positioning system must

be compatible and correctly configured. You must

comply with the recommendations for use of the

product together with other components:

• Ropes must comply with EN 1891.

• Carabiners must comply with EN 362.

• Other PPE components must comply with the

harmonized standards under the regulation EU

2016/425.

• Do a visual inspection of the product before

operation. If you are not fully sure that the product

is safe to use, take it out of service. Refer to

To take

the product out of service on page 9

• Prepare a risk assessment (RA) that includes

emergency procedures for all possible emergencies.

Make sure that emergency and rescue procedures

can be done quickly and safely if an emergency

occurs.

Safety instructions for operation

WARNING: Read the warning

instructions that follow before you use the

product.

• The product must be used by 1 person only.

• Attach and adjust the product in a position where

there is no risk of falling.

• During operation, do a check of all fastening and

adjustment components at regular intervals.

• When the product is used as a lanyard, make

sure that the total length of the product and other

connected components is not more than 2.0 m.

• Keep the anchor point vertically above the operator.

Pendulum swings can occur. Always be prepared for

the consequences of pendulum swings.

• Do not put the product across sharp edges.

To prevent damage to the product and other

components of the work positioning system, obey

these instructions:

• Keep all components away from surfaces that

can damage the components.

• Put applicable and sufficient protection between

the components and the surface that can

damage the components.

• Do rappelling operations slowly to prevent high

temperatures in the product.

• Sunlight and chemicals can damage the product and

cause it to lose its strength. Keep the product away

from UV radiation.

• Do not expose the product to temperatures higher

than 100°C.

• The metal ring is made of aluminum. Do not use the

product in corrosive conditions.

• Snow, ice and moisture have a negative effect on

the handling of the product.

• Make sure that there are no knots. Knots decrease

the breaking load.

• Do a check of the structure that the product is
attached to. Make sure that the structure has
sufficient strength for the operation, including the
additional load that an emergency situation can
cause.
• The product can be used as a belay for the rescuer
after a single fall. Select an applicable tree, branch
or other structural anchor that is resistant to a
minimum of 12 kN.
• Make sure that the length of the product is sufficient
for the object that it is looped around. Refer to

• Prevent rope slack between the anchor point and the
operator. Always keep the work positioning system
in tension.
• If the product is used in fall arrest applications, the
potential fall distance must not be more than 500
mm.
• If the product is subject to a fall, take it out of service
immediately. Refer to

Operation
Introduction
WARNING: Read and understand the
safety chapter before you use the product.
To operate the product as an anchor
device
The product complies with EN 795B, standard for
anchor devices.
• Put the product around a support structure, such as
a branch, in one of these configurations:
a) As a choke sling. (Fig. 3)
b) As a single sling. (Fig. 4)
c) As a double sling. (Fig. 5)
• Make sure that the selected configuration is
applicable for the load on the product. Refer to
Breaking loads in different configurations on page
6
.
Breaking loads in different configurations
The breaking load of the product depends on the
selected configuration and the diameter of the support
structure. Refer to the table below for breaking loads
measured under laboratory conditions.

Applicable usage as a lanyard
The product complies with EN 354:2010, standard for
lanyards.
When used as a lanyard, the product has 3 different
approved areas of use:
• Around a support structure or attached to an anchor
device in a work positioning system: The product is
used to keep the operator in a position where the
operator can use both hands.
• Around a support structure or attached to an anchor
device in a restraint system: The product prevents
the operator from reaching places where there is a
risk of falling down.
• In a fall arrest system, as described in the standard
EN 363: The product catches the operator if they fall.

For all 3 areas of use, the total length of the product and
other connected components must not be more than 2.0
m.

To use the product around a support structure
The product is applicable for use in work positioning
systems and restraint systems as described in the
standard EN 358.
1. Attach the eye end connection of the product (A) to a
suspension eye (B) on the harness with a carabiner
(C). (Fig. 6)
2. If you use the product around a support structure,
attach the other end in one of these configurations:
a) With a carabiner in a suspension eye on the
harness and the ring end connection on the
product. (Fig. 7)

b) With a carabiner in a suspension eye on the

harness and the eye end connection on the

product. (Fig. 8)

To use the product in a fall arrest system

The product is applicable for use in fall arrest systems

as described in the standard EN 363. A shock absorber

and a fall arrest harness are required together with the

product. The shock absorber must comply with EN 355

and reduce the dynamic forces to a maximum of 6 kN.

WARNING: Do not use the product

without a shock absorber in a fall arrest

system.

WARNING: Use only a fall arrest

harness as a body support device in a fall

arrest system.

WARNING: Keep a clearance of 7 m

below the operator to prevent injuries if a fall

occurs.

1. Read the manufacturer's instructions supplied with

the shock absorber. Make sure that the product

and the shock absorber are compatible and that the

configurations used are applicable.

2. Attach the shock absorber (A) to the eye end

connection of the product (B) with a carabiner (C).

3. Attach the other end of the shock absorber (A) to an

anchor device or an anchor point. Refer to

4. Attach the other end of the product to a suspension

eye on the fall arrest harness. The applicable

suspension eye is marked with the letter "A" on the

fall arrest harness.

To select an anchor device or anchor point

An anchor device is a component. An anchor point is

a position in the support structure or system where

the product is attached. In the steps below, the term

anchor device refers to an additional component, not the

product.

• Make sure that the anchor device or anchor point

can hold a force of 10 kN.

• Make sure that the anchor device or anchor point is

always at or above the waist level of the operator.

• Select a position of the anchor device or anchor

point that keeps the free fall and fall height to a

minimum.

• Select a position of the anchor device or anchor

point that prevents pendulum motions if there is a

fall.

• If the product is used in a work positioning system,

make sure that the anchor device or anchor point

prevents slack in the product.

• If the product is used in a work positioning system,

make sure that the anchor device or anchor point

prevents movement of more than 0.6 m.

• If the product is used in a restraint system, select

an anchor point at a safe distance from the fall-risk

edge. It must be impossible for the operator to reach

the fall-risk edge during operation of the product.

• If the product is used in a fall arrest system, make

sure that the anchor device or anchor point meets

the requirements for the fall arrest system.

To use the product as a Prusik loop

The product complies with these standards: EN

566:2017 for mountaineering and ANSI Z133-2017 for

Prusik loops in arboricultural operations. The breaking

load at the time of manufacture is 22 kN.

• Tie the product in a Prusik knot around the climbing

rope. (Fig. 10)

WARNING: If the product is

not applied exactly as shown in the

illustration, the required clamping effect

and breaking load is reduced. Knots in

the product also reduce the breaking

load.

Product inspection

WARNING: Do the product inspections

at the intervals given below. There is a risk

of serious injury or death if defects are not

identified.

Note: Refer to national regulations for other product

inspection intervals.

Product inspections must always be done before and

after each use. The operator can do these inspections.

If the product is used for equipment in occupational

health and safety according to EN 365, a product

inspection must be done at least each 12 months. This

inspection must be done by a competent person or the

manufacturer. The detailed instructions must be obeyed

and the findings written on the inspection sheets. Refer

the product is safe to use, take the product out of

• Examine the product for abrasion and cuts.

• Make sure that the product label is clearly visible and

easy to read.

• Do a check of the general product condition:

a) Do a check of the product age.

b) Do a check of the completeness of the product.

c) Make sure that the product is not dirty.

d) Make sure that the product is correctly

assembled.

• Examine the product label:

a) Make sure that the product label is clearly visible

and easy to read.

b) Make sure that the product label has a CE

marking and specifies the year and month of

manufacture.

• Examine all individual parts for these types of

mechanical damage:

a) Cuts and cracks

b) Indentations

c) Fibrillation and abrasion of fiber parts

d) Formation of ribs

e) Kinks

f) Crush damages

• Examine all individual parts for thermal or chemical

damages, such as fusing or hardening.

• Make sure that there is no discoloration of the

product.

• Examine all metal components for corrosion and

deformations.

• Do a check of the condition and completeness of the

end connections:

a) Make sure that there are no damages to the

stitching, such as abrasion of the sewing thread.

b) Make sure that there is no slippage of the

splices.

c) Examine the knots.

After the product inspection, mark the product with the

date of inspection or with the next date for inspection.

Maintenance

To repair the product

• Only let the manufacturer do repairs.

To clean the product

1. Clean the product with warm water and a rope

detergent. Obey the instructions on the package of

the rope detergent.

WARNING: Do not use a textile

detergent.

2. Flush the product with a large quantity of clear water.

3. Let the product become fully dry, away from sunlight,

fires or other heat sources.

WARNING: Do not use the product

or put it in storage before it is fully dry.

To disinfect the product

WARNING: Do not disinfect the

product more often than absolutely

necessary.

WARNING: Only use disinfectants that

do not damage the synthetic material of the

product. We recommend isopropyl alcohol,

70%.

WARNING: Obey the safety

instructions for the disinfectant.

1. Apply the disinfectant to the product surface.

2. Let the product become fully dry.

Service life of the product

The service life of the product is a maximum of 5 years

from the day the product is removed from the package.

This is valid if the package is not damaged and the

product is removed from the package at the time of

the purchase. The product must be discarded after a

maximum of 5 years of use.

If the product is not removed from the package at

the time of purchase and kept in storage correctly,

the possible service life is 8 years from the date of

manufacture.

The actual service life depends fully on the condition of

the product. The condition of the product is affected by

these factors:

• UV radiation

• Type and frequency of use

• Product handling and storage

• Climatic influences such as ice or snow

• Operational environments such as salt or sand

• Chemical influences such as battery acid

• Heat contamination

• Mechanical deformation or distortion

Extreme conditions during operation can shorten the

service life to a single use only. If the product is

damaged before its first use, for example during

transportation, it must be discarded immediately and not

used.

Mechanical wear and sunlight decrease the service life

considerably. Bleached or abraded fibers, discoloration,

and hardened spots are signs that show that the product

must be discarded.

To take the product out of service

If the product is subject to a fall or shows signs of wear

or damage, it must be taken out of service.

1. If you are sure that the product is damaged, discard

it.

2. If you think that the product can be damaged, do

these steps:

a) Put a clearly visible label or marking on the

product to prevent accidental use.

b) Let a competent person or the manufacturer do

the required tests and inspections.

If the competent person gives a written approval, the

product can be used again.

Transportation, storage and disposal

Transportation and storage

• Before transportation and storage, make sure that

the product is clean and dry.

• Put the product in a bag that gives protection from

moisture, light and dirt.

• Make sure that the storage space meets these

requirements:

• The temperature is 15–25°C.

• The air flow is sufficient.

• There is no sunlight, UV radiation or light from

welding equipment.

• There are no chemicals or other aggressive

environments.

• There are no objects with sharp edges.

Disposal

• Obey national regulations.

• Use the local recycling system.

The following standards are applied:

• EN 795B:2012

The product accompanied by this set of instructions

is type-examined, CE-marked to state conformity with

the European regulation (EU) 2016/425 on Personal

Protective Equipment (PPE) and meets the European

standards given on the product label. The product

does however not comply with any other standards

unless explicitly stated. Notified body 0408: TÜV Austria

Services GmbH, Deutschstrasse 10, A-1230 Vienna,

Austria.

This product was tested to EN 795, Class B, for use by a

single person using Personal Protective Equipment.

Pursuant to EN 795, this product for Personal Protective

Equipment must be capable of withstanding a force of

18 kN in every described mode of use when new.

EN 566:2017 and ANSI Z133-2017:

• Breaking load to EN 566 at the time of manufacture:

22 kN.

• The product meets the requirements of the ANSI

Z133-2017 standard as regards the required

minimum breaking load (MBL) for climbing ropes

and prusik loops. It does not meet the diameter

requirements for climbing ropes. There exists no

diameter requirement for prusik loops.

Úvod

Popis výrobku a zamýšlené použití

Výrobek Husqvarna Multi Sling má 3 různé schválené

oblasti použití:

• Jako kotvicí zařízení, které poskytuje ochranu proti

pádu z výšky.

• Jako smyčka.

• Jako prusík.

Výrobek se používá jako osobní ochranné vybavení

v pracovních polohovacích systémech, zádržných

systémech a systémech zachycení pádu pro arboristy.

Výrobek se skládá z lana se 2 koncovými oky. Jedno

koncové oko má hliníkový kroužek. Lano je vyrobeno ze

syntetického vlákna.

Nepoužívejte výrobek jako zvedací zařízení, jak je

stanoveno ve směrnici EU 2006/42/ES.

Obecné bezpečnostní pokyny

VÝSTRAHA: Před použitím výrobku si

přečtěte následující varování.

• Při neopatrném nebo nesprávném použití může

být tento výrobek velmi nebezpečný. Než začnete

výrobek používat, musíte si prostudovat tento návod

k použití a porozumět jeho obsahu.

týkající se osobních ochranných prostředků pro

arboristy.

• Tento návod k používání a protokol o kontrole

uchovávejte společně s výrobkem.

• Pokud je výrobek předán novému uživateli, zajistěte,

aby byl k výrobku přiložen návod k používání.

• Pokud je výrobek přemístěn do jiné země, je

odpovědností předchozího uživatele zajistit, aby byl

návod k obsluze ve správném jazyce pro danou

zemi.

Bezpečnostní pokyny před použitím

VÝSTRAHA: Před použitím výrobku si

• Všechny součásti pracovního polohovacího systému

musí být kompatibilní a správně nakonfigurované.

Musíte dodržovat doporučení pro používání výrobku

ujistěte se, že celková délka výrobku a dalších

připojených součástí není větší než 2 m.

• Udržujte kotevní bod svisle nad uživatelem. Může

dojít ke kývavým pohybům. Vždy buďte připraveni na

následky kývavých pohybů.

• Nepokládejte výrobek přes ostré hrany. Aby nedošlo

• Udržujte všechny součásti mimo dosah povrchů,

které mohou poškodit součásti.

• Mezi součásti a povrch, který by mohl součásti

• Slaňujte pomalu, aby výrobek nebyl příliš horký.

• Sluneční světlo a chemikálie mohou výrobek

Uchovávejte výrobek mimo dosah UV záření.

• Nevystavujte výrobek teplotám vyšším než 100 °C.

• Kovový kroužek je vyroben z hliníku. Nepoužívejte

výrobek v korozivních podmínkách.

• Sníh, led a vlhkost mají negativní vliv na manipulaci

s výrobkem.

• Zkontrolujte, zda výrobek není zauzlený. Uzly snižují

hodnotu zatížení při přetržení.

• Zkontrolujte strukturu, ke které je výrobek připevněn.

Ujistěte se, že struktura je dostatečně pevná

pro provoz, včetně dalšího zatížení, které může
vzniknout při nouzové situaci.
• Výrobek lze po pádu s faktorem 1 použít jako jištění
pro záchranáře. Vyberte vhodný strom, větev nebo
jinou konstrukční kotvu, která odolá síle minimálně
12 kN.
• Ujistěte se, že výrobek je dostatečně dlouhý pro
předmět, kolem kterého má být omotán. Další

• Zabraňte prověšení lana mezi kotevním bodem
a uživatelem. Vždy udržujte pracovní polohovací
systém v napnuté poloze.
• Pokud se výrobek používá v aplikacích zachycení
pádu, nesmí být potenciální vzdálenost pádu větší
než 500 mm.
• Pokud je výrobek vystaven pádu, okamžitě jej

• Umístěte výrobek kolem nosné struktury, například
větve, v jedné z těchto konfigurací:

konfiguraci a průměru nosné konstrukce. Viz tabulka

Použití produktu kolem nosné konstrukce
Výrobek je vhodný pro použití v pracovních
polohovacích systémech a zádržných systémech, jak je
popsáno v normě EN 358.
1. Pomocí karabiny (C) připevněte koncové oko
výrobku (A) k závěsnému oku (B) na postroji. (Obr.

2. Používáte-li produkt kolem nosné konstrukce,
připojte druhý konec do jedné z těchto konfigurací:
a) Pomocí karabiny v závěsném oku na postroji
a koncovém kroužku na výrobku. (Obr. 7)

Použití výrobku v systému zachycení pádu

Výrobek je vhodný pro použití v systémech zachycení

pádu, jak je popsáno v normě EN 363. Společně

s výrobkem je vyžadován tlumič pádu a postroj pro

zachycení pádu. Tlumič pádu musí vyhovovat normě

EN 355 a musí snížit dynamické síly maximálně na

6 kN.

VÝSTRAHA: Nepoužívejte výrobek

bez tlumiče pádu v systému zachycení

pádu.

VÝSTRAHA: V systému zachycení

pádu používejte pouze postroj pro

zachycení pádu.

VÝSTRAHA: Udržujte volný prostor

7 m pod uživatelem, aby nedošlo ke zranění

v případě pádu.

1. Přečtěte si pokyny výrobce dodané s tlumičem

pádu. Ujistěte se, že výrobek a tlumič pádu jsou

kompatibilní a že platí použité konfigurace.

2. Pomocí karabiny (C) připevněte tlumič pádu (A) ke

koncovému oku výrobku (B). (Obr. 9)

3. Druhý konec tlumiče pádu (A) připevněte ke

kotvicímu zařízení nebo kotevnímu bodu. Další

4. Druhý konec výrobku připevněte k závěsnému oku

na postroji pro zachycení pádu. Příslušné závěsné

oko je označeno písmenem „A“ na postroji pro

zachycení pádu.

Výběr kotvicího zařízení nebo kotevního bodu

Kotvicí zařízení je součást. Kotevní bod je pozice

v nosné konstrukci nebo systému, kde je výrobek

připevněn. V níže uvedených krocích se termín kotvicí

zařízení vztahuje k další součásti, nikoli k výrobku.

• Ujistěte se, že kotvicí zařízení nebo kotevní bod

mohou držet sílu 10 kN.

• Zkontrolujte, zda je kotvicí zařízení nebo kotevní bod

vždy v úrovni pasu obsluhy nebo nad ním.

• Vyberte polohu kotvicího zařízení nebo kotevního

bodu, která zachová co nejmenší výšku volného

pádu a pádu.

• Vyberte polohu kotvicího zařízení nebo kotevního

bodu, která zabrání výkyvům v případě pádu.

• Pokud je výrobek používán v pracovním

polohovacím systému, zkontrolujte, zda kotvicí

zařízení nebo kotevní bod brání prověšení výrobku.

• Pokud je výrobek používán v pracovním

polohovacím systému, ujistěte se, že kotvicí zařízení

nebo kotevní bod brání pohybu o více než 0,6 m.

• Pokud je výrobek používán v zádržném systému,

vyberte kotevní bod v bezpečné vzdálenosti od

okraje s rizikem pádu. Během použití výrobku nesmí

uživatel dosáhnout okraje s rizikem pádu.

• Pokud je výrobek používán v systému zachycení

pádu, zkontrolujte, zda kotvicí zařízení nebo kotevní

bod splňují požadavky pro systém zachycení pádu.

Použití výrobku jako prusíku

Výrobek splňuje tyto normy: EN 566:2017 pro

horolezectví a ANSI Z133-2017 pro prusíky při

arboristice. Zatížení při přetržení v době výroby je

22 KN.

• Výrobek uvažte jako Prusíkův uzel kolem

horolezeckého lana. (Obr. 10)

VÝSTRAHA: Pokud výrobek není

aplikován přesně podle obrázku, sníží

se požadovaný zadržovací účinek

a zatížení při přetržení. Zatížení při

přetržení také snižují uzly ve výrobku.

Kontrola výrobku

VÝSTRAHA: Výrobek kontrolujte

v níže uvedených intervalech. Pokud

byste nerozpoznali závady, hrozí nebezpečí

vážného nebo smrtelného zranění.

Povšimněte si: Další intervaly kontroly výrobku

naleznete v národních předpisech.

Výrobek musí být zkontrolován před každým použitím

a po něm. Tyto kontroly může provádět uživatel.

Pokud je výrobek používán pro vybavení v oblasti

bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci podle normy

EN 365, musí být výrobek kontrolován minimálně

každých 12 měsíců. Tuto kontrolu musí provádět

kompetentní osoba nebo výrobce. Je třeba dodržovat

podrobné pokyny a zjištěné poznatky zapsat do listů

odbarvení.

• Zkontrolujte všechny kovové součásti, zda nejsou

zkorodované a deformované.

• Zkontrolujte stav a celistvost koncových připojení:

a) Zkontrolujte, zda nedošlo k poškození prošívání,

například oděru nití.

b) Zkontrolujte, zda spoje neprokluzují.

c) Zkontrolujte uzly.

Dezinfekce výrobku

VÝSTRAHA: Nedezinfikujte výrobek

častěji, než je nezbytně nutné.

VÝSTRAHA: Používejte pouze

dezinfekční prostředky, které nepoškodí

syntetický materiál výrobku. Doporučujeme

70% isopropylalkohol.

VÝSTRAHA: Dodržujte bezpečnostní

pokyny pro dezinfekční prostředek.

1. Naneste dezinfekční prostředek na povrch výrobku.

2. Nechte výrobek zcela vyschnout.

Životnost výrobku

Životnost výrobku je maximálně 5 let ode dne vyjmutí

z obalu. To platí, pokud obal není poškozený a výrobek

je vytažen z obalu v době nákupu. Výrobek musí být po

maximálně 5 letech používání zlikvidován.

Pokud výrobek není v době nákupu vyjmut z obalu

a je řádně uskladněn, je možná životnost 8 let od data

výroby.

Skutečná životnost závisí plně na stavu výrobku. Stav

výrobku je ovlivněn těmito faktory:

• UV záření,

• typ a četnost použití,

• manipulace s výrobkem a jeho skladování,

• klimatické vlivy, jako je led nebo sníh,

• provozní prostředí, například sůl nebo písek,

• chemické vlivy, jako je akumulátorová kyselina,

• tepelná kontaminace,

• mechanická deformace nebo zkroucení.

Extrémní podmínky během provozu mohou zkrátit

životnost pouze na jedno použití. Pokud je výrobek před

prvním použitím poškozen, například během přepravy,

musí být okamžitě zlikvidován a nesmí se používat.

Mechanické opotřebení a sluneční světlo výrazně snižují

životnost. Bělavá nebo odbarvená vlákna, změna barvy

a zatvrdlá místa jsou známky toho, že výrobek musí být

zlikvidován.

Vyřazení výrobku z provozu

Pokud je výrobek vystaven pádu nebo vykazuje

známky opotřebení nebo poškození, je nutné jej vyřadit

z provozu.

1. Pokud jste si jisti, že je výrobek poškozený,

zlikvidujte jej.

2. Pokud se domníváte, že mohlo dojít k poškození

výrobku, proveďte následující kroky:

a) Na výrobek umístěte jasně viditelný štítek nebo

označení, aby nedošlo k jeho náhodnému

použití.

b) Nechte kompetentní osobu nebo výrobce provést

požadované zkoušky a kontroly.

Pokud kompetentní osoba vydá písemný souhlas, lze

výrobek znovu použít.

Přeprava, skladování a likvidace

Přeprava a skladování

• Před přepravou a uskladněním zkontrolujte, zda je

výrobek čistý a suchý.

• Vložte výrobek do sáčku, který poskytuje ochranu

před vlhkostí, světlem a nečistotami.

• Zkontrolujte, zda úložný prostor splňuje tyto

požadavky:

• Teplota je 15 až 25 °C.

• Proudění vzduchu je dostatečné.

• Není přítomno sluneční světlo, UV záření

a světlo ze svařovacích zařízení.

• Nejsou přítomny žádné chemikálie nebo jiné

agresivní prostředí.

• Nejsou přítomny žádné předměty s ostrými

hranami.

Likvidace

• Dodržujte státní předpisy.

• Použijte místní recyklační systém.

• Når produktet bruges som en line, skal du sørge

for, at den samlede længde af produktet og andre

tilsluttede komponenter ikke er mere end 2,0 m.

• Hold forankringspunktet lodret over brugeren. Der

kan forekomme pendulering. Vær altid bevidst om

konsekvenserne af pendulering.

• Placer ikke produktet hen over skarpe kanter.

Overhold følgende anvisninger for at undgå

beskadigelse af produktet og andre komponenter i

arbejdspositioneringssystemet:

• Hold alle komponenter væk fra overflader, der

kan beskadige komponenterne.

• Sørg for passende og tilstrækkelig beskyttelse

mellem komponenterne og overfladen, som kan

beskadige komponenterne.

• Foretag rappelling langsomt for at undgå høje

temperaturer i produktet.

• Sollys og kemikalier kan beskadige produktet og få

det til at miste sin styrke. Hold produktet væk fra

UV-stråling.

• Udsæt ikke produktet for temperaturer over 100 °C.

• Metalringen er fremstillet af aluminium. Brug ikke

produktet under korroderende forhold.

• Sne, is og fugt har en negativ indvirkning på

håndteringen af produktet.

• Sørg for, at der ikke er knuder. Knob reducerer

brudbelastningen.

• Udfør en kontrol af den struktur, som produktet er

fastgjort til. Sørg for, at strukturen har tilstrækkelig

styrke til at være, herunder den ekstra belastning,

som en nødsituation kan forårsage.

• Produktet kan bruges som ringbolt til

redningspersonalet efter et enkelt fald. Vælg et

relevant træ, en gren eller en anden strukturel

forankring, der er modstandsdygtig over for mindst

12 KN.

• Sørg for, at produktets længde svarer til det objekt,

det er viklet rundt om. Se

• Sørg for, at wiren ikke er løs mellem

forankringspunktet og operatøren. Hold altid

arbejdspositioneringssystemet i spænd.

• Hvis produktet anvendes i faldsikringsanvendelser,

må den potentielle faldafstand ikke være mere end

500 mm.

• Hvis produktet har været udsat for et fald, skal det

straks tages ud af brug. Se

Produktet er i overensstemmelse med EN 795B,

standard for forankringsudstyr.

• Anbring produktet rundt om en støttende struktur,

f.eks. en gren, i en af disse konfigurationer:

a) Som en stopslynge. (Fig. 3)

• Sørg for, at den valgte konfiguration er relevant
