Description:
The compression fittings ”Cofit S” can be used with the composition pipe
”Copipe” and standardised plastic pipes sized 14 x 2, 16 x 2, 17 x 2, 18 x
2 and 20 x 2 mm. Processing as described below for the composition pipe
”Copipe”.
Application:
The Oventrop compression fittings ”Cofit S” are used in connection with
the composition pipe ”Copipe” for heating systems, sanitary installations
and rainwater usage plants.
Installation:
1 Cutting pipe to required length
The composition pipe ”Copipe” is cut at a right angle to the required length
with an Oventrop pipe cutter or pipe shears, item nos. 1509580 or 1509567.
2 Deburring and calibrating
By using the Oventrop universal tool, item no. 1509594 or 1509596, the
composition pipe can be calibrated and the inner pipe layer can be
deburred at the same time.
Choose the calibrating and deburring mandrel suitable for the pipe
dimension, insert fully into the pipe whilst turning the tool clockwise.
Rotate mandrel for at least a further half turn. Remove the tool from the
pipe and any shavings will be pulled out automatically.
Please observe operating instructions.
3 Check that the end of the pipe is clean and accurately deburred.
4 Fit compression fittings with male or female threaded connections
as per corresponding drawing.
Care must be taken to ensure that the O-rings are not damaged or
pushed out of the grooves.
5 The composition pipe must be pushed completely onto the fitting.
6 Tighten collar nut or pressure screw with the appropriate tool.
(14, 16 , 18 and 20 mm - approx. 40 - 50 Nm)
(26 and 32 mm - approx. 80 - 90 Nm).
7 Use the compression fittings only once!
8 Leakage testing
Please ensure that all standard leakage test procedures are carried out.

Montageanleitung
Beschreibung:
Die „Cofit S“ Klemmringverschraubungen können für „Copipe“
Mehrschicht-Verbundrohre, aber auch für genormte Kunststoffrohre der
Abmessungen 14 x 2, 16 x 2, 17 x 2, 18 x 2 und 20 x 2 mm eingesetzt wer-
den. Die Verarbeitung geschieht wie im Folgenden für das „Copipe“
Mehrschicht-Verbundrohr beschrieben.
Einsatzbereiche:
Die Oventrop „Cofit S“ Klemmringverschraubungen sind in Verbindung mit
„Copipe“ Mehrschicht-Verbundrohr einsetzbar im Heizungsbereich, bei
der Sanitärinstallation und bei Regenwasser nutzungsanlagen.
Montage:
1 Ablängen
Das „Copipe“ Mehrschicht-Verbundrohr mit Oventrop Rohrabschnei der
bzw. Rohrschere für Mehrschicht-Verbundrohre, Artikel-Nr. 1509580 bzw.
1509567, rechtwinklig zur Mittelachse ablängen.
2 Entgraten und Kalibrieren
Mit dem Oventrop Universalwerkzeug, Artikel-Nr. 1509594 bzw. 1509596,
das Rohrende in einem Arbeitsgang kalibrieren und die innenliegende
Kunststoffschicht entgraten.
Den zur Rohrdimension passenden Kalibrier- und Entgrat dorn auswählen,
vollständig in das Rohr einstecken und dabei das Werkzeug im
Uhrzeigersinn drehen. Drehbewe gung über mindestens eine halbe
Umdrehung fortsetzen. Beim Herausziehen werden die Späne automa-
tisch entfernt. Bitte die beiliegende Bedienungsanleitung beachten.
3 Rohrende auf Sauberkeit und einwandfreie Entgratung überprüfen.
4 Klemmringverschraubung für Außen- oder Innengewin deanschluss
entsprechend der zugehörigen Skizze montieren.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass die O-Ringe auf dem Stützk örper nicht
beschädigt oder aus der Nut geschoben werden.
5 Das Mehrschicht-Verbundrohr bis zum Anschlag auf den Auslass
stecken.
6 Überwurfmutter oder Druckschraube mit geeignetem Werkzeug
fest anziehen.
(14, 16, 18 und 20 mm ca. 40 - 50 Nm)
(26 und 32 mm ca. 80 - 90 Nm)
7 Die Klemmringverschraubung nur einmal benutzen.
8 Hinweise zu Dichtheitsprüfungen
Die Dichtheitsprüfung einer Heizungsanlage erfolgt nach VOB (DIN
18380), für eine Sanitärinstallation nach DIN EN 806-4 bzw. nach ZVSHK-
Merkblatt.

3 Проверьте трубу на чистоту и отсутствие фаски.
4 Присоединение со стяжным кольцом для внутренней или
наружной резьбы монтировать согласно приведенным эскизам.
Необходимо следить, чтобы уплотнительное кольцо не было
повреждено или не выходило из паза.
5 Надеть металлопластиковую трубу на штуцер до упора.
6 Затянуть накидную гайку или нажимный винт.

раз.
8 Проверка герметичности.

Описание:
Присоединения со стяжным кольцом “Cofit S“ применяются для
металлопластиковых труб “Copipe“ а также для нормированных
пластиковых труб размером 14 x 2, 16 x 2, 17 x 2, 18 x 2 и 20 х 2 мм.
Область применения:
Присоединения “Cofit S“ фирмы Oventrop применяются для
соединения металлопластиковых труб “Copipe“ в системах отопления,
водоснабжения и устройствах, использующих дождевую воду.
Монтаж:
1 Обрезка
Обрезать трубу “Copipe“ перпедикулярно продольной оси с
помощью трубореза или специльных ножниц фирмы Oventrop, артикул
№ 1509580 или 1509567.
2 Снятие фаски и калибровка
С помощью универсального инструмента, артикул N 15994 или
1509596 одновременно производится калибровка трубы и снятие
фаски с внутреннего слоя полиэтилена.
Выбрать подходящий по размеру трубы калибровочный стержень,
вставить его до упора в трубу и повернуть по часовой стрелке
минимум на полоборота. Cтружка вынимается вместе со стержнем.
Соблюдайте, пожалуйста, инструкцию по эксплуатации калибратора.

Instructions de montage
Descriptif:
Les écrous et bagues de serrage «Cofit S» s’utilisent avec les tubes multi-
couches «Copipe» et des tubes plastiques standardisés en dimension
14 x 2, 16 x 2, 17 x 2, 18 x 2 et 20 x 2 mm. Emploi comme décrit ci-des-
sous pour le tube multi-couches «Copipe».
Domaines d’utilisation:
Les écrous et bagues de serrage «Cofit S» sont utilisables en combinaison
avec le tube multi-couches «Copipe» dans le domaine du chauffage, du
sanitaire et de la récupération d’eau pluviale.
Montage:
1 Couper
Couper d’équerre le tube à l’aide d’un coupe tube ou de ciseaux de tube
Oventrop pour tube multi-couches, réf. 1509580 ou 1509567, à
l’entraxe souhaité.
2 Ebavurer et calibrer
A l’aide de l’outil universel Oventrop réf. 1509594 ou 1509596 calibrer et
ébavurer la couche intérieure de l’extrémité du tube en une opération.
Sélectionner le mandrin correspondant au diamètre du tube, I’enfoncer
entièrement dans le tube et tourner l’outil dans le sens des aiguilles d’une
montre d’au moins 1⁄2tour. Les copeaux sont automatiquement rejetés
lors du retrait de l’outil. Merci de tenir compte de la notice d’utilisation
jointe.
3 Contrôler la propreté et la parfaite ébavuration de l’extrémité du
tube.
4 Monter les raccords à serrage pour filetage mâle ou femelle selon
le croquis correspondant.
Il faut veiller à ne pas abîmer ou déloger le joint torique situé sur la tétine.
5 Glisser le tube multi-couches sur la tétine jusqu’à butée.
6 Serrer l’écrou ou la vis avec l’outillage correspondant.
(14,16, 18 et 20 mm environ 40 - 50 Nm)
(26 et 32 mm environ 80 - 90 Nm)
7 N’utiliser qu’une seule fois les raccords à serrage.
8 Remarque:
Pour les tests d’étanchéité, se référer au D.T.U correspondant.
